This tag means we have detected probable review manipulation on the part of the company either at TrustPilot or at Traders Associates. We may have to deprecate this tag in the future because review manipulation is hard to prove and many reviews can be suspicious but not necessarily fraudulent. In addition many companies do everything they can to encourage their happy customers to give them a good review, which is not manipulation but “encouragement” The line can be hard to identify, so like everything else on the internet, your mileage may vary and its important to read the reviews yourself and make up your own mind.
