Top Step is the best! One of the greatest Prop Firms I’ve dealt with. Their rules are straightforward, payouts quick and their Support Team is the Best. I recently had an issue with my Rithmic Connection and the Support Team was so quick to respond and resolve my issues. Shout out to Amber and William.

Last Friday I had a problem with my account because the platform tradovate opened 2 trades instead of 1 and today the support (Daniel) helped me by giving me a free reset so that i could keep trading. Amazing support, i’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 only because i found out that to have enought profit cuschion you need to make a big amount of money on the first payout but for the rest this prop firm has been amazing, i’ll update yall after my payouts

This propfirm is everything i was looking for. I was on Apex for a few years but they changed the rules and more denied payouts. This propfirm having 1k daily drawdown on 50k account makes me to to not spend too much and makes me to take my trading more seriously with good entry. Live drawdown was my biggest enemy so this propfirm fits my trading style the best. I got payouts already and it is great. My friend told me about support is great too. Still has no issue with trading for me. Its been like 3 months in so far
I had high hopes for Topstep, but after a system-wide issue (TopstepX outage), I can no longer recommend them. Instead of owning up to the problem and making things right, they refused to properly acknowledge the issue and left traders to deal with the consequences.I experienced a critical error on their platform, which led to my Express account being unfairly closed. After reporting it, I had to wait four days just to get a response, which is unacceptable for a company that manages real money accounts.When they finally responded, they admitted that one of my trades occurred during the outage and removed it. However, they still refused to restore my account, which would have remained active had that trade not taken place. Their only “compensation” was a single Reset, completely ignoring the fact that I paid $150 for my Express account and lost it due to their system failure.The support agent, Juan, was robotic and dismissive, refusing to escalate my case or provide a valid explanation from their terms and conditions. Instead of genuinely assisting, they simply closed my ticket to avoid further discussion.As traders, we rely on stability and fair treatment, but this experience has shown me that Topstep prioritizes its own interests over its customers. If you’re looking for a prop firm that takes responsibility for technical issues, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Response took a bit longer than usual but it was because they were on a team-building activity (which also shows that it seems the company takes good care in their employees). This translated into amazing customer support, they guided me to solve each and every issue and even gave a courtesy because of the delay! I feel well taken care of with this prop-firm

After 10 XFAs (nine 50k and one 150k accounts) and only 1 measly $1k payout to show for it, I was selected for the VIP program and passed my first and free VIP 100k combine. Hope the lessons learned during the coaching sessions will lead to consistent payouts! definitely useful to have the support given, and having a sounding board from the coach (shoutout Coach Dee!) and other VIP participants.

Topstep = LIARS – Hyped up 150K subcriber disocunt for months and then when reached IGNORED and not provided – Then when they are asked about it they respond by attacking people saying you are NOT entitled to anything – NOT about entitlement It’s about you being a BAIT and SWITCH – Also people buy combines when they can NOW waiting for Topstep to actually do what they say – DONT HOLD YUOR BREATH

The rules are very tight and it is not feasible for the people with XFA
I have been trading with TopStep for 2 years and have requested a payout but they are now saying I have violated a rule by asking about another of my accounts. They have always had the saying 1 step 1 rule.Chat is no longer responding. Looks like another firm that will be shutting down soon which is very unfortunate. Be very careful as they will take your money but when payout time comes out they will find any excuse to reject
Topstep has been very supportive in my Futures trading journey. They pioneered the industry and continue to innovate. They have a familiar, user friendly trading platform TopstepX. Their knowledgeable coaches teach and entertain from bell-to-bell on their Youtube channel. I find their evaluation rules fair and forgiving for beginners and experienced retail traders.
Support is really slow. bought an account for Tradovate, and I got a TopStepX account and requested a refund after no one replied after 10 hours.said average was 2 days outrageousThey need 24/7 support dont know why they dont have it.
Slow to pay you and constantly having system issues and when you try to address it with proof they still do not resolve anything. Best to go to Alpha or somewhere else. They use to be top tier but not anymore. They were gone last week so now they are even slower and we are being punished for that.

Support is not helping after a glitch on their platform destroyed my Account. Even tho i have a video recording, screenshots and multiple other points of evidence they refused to offer any solutions. I refuted there reasons for doing so multiple times but ended up getting my ticket closed.
I have been with Topsetp for a while and I feel that everything has changed. During this period, I have withdrawn funds through Topsetp and had many liquidations. I have also communicated with the customer service of the Topsetp team because of some problems. I feel that this is a trustworthy platform. The customer service is very friendly and professional and can solve problems quickly. I have found a good platform, and I will work harder next time. Thank them! !

I asked for refund and the support team kept ignoring and closing my conversation. And then they banned me for just wanting refund.
