1. Good customer service. Laine was patient with me and fixed my issue.

2. I’ve asked the same question repeatedly but never got my needed answer. The customer reps need to read the questions carefully.

3. Takeprofittrader has the best payout policy ever. It is fast and convenient. Also, their customer service is 24 hours. It is always available and agents are not hard to reach unlike their peers. Pricing is also reasonable considering their day 1 payout policy. This company feels dependable and reliable unlike similar entities on the internet. I am glad that I gave Takeprofittrader a shot. They live up to their name.

4. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I PASSED MY EVAL ACCOUNT AND IT HAS BEEN 2 DAYS AND MY PRO ACCOUNT IS STILL NOT ACTIVE. I’VE REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES AND HAVE BEEN TOLD A MANAGER WOULD CONTACT ME. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. I’M REPORTING ALL CHARGES TO MY BANK FOR FRAUD. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

5. Alvin,This dude is a fireball. One of the top reps at TPT. There are few others like him and I have mentioned them on here before, but this dude is something else. Respectful, detail oriented, patient, and resolve all of the issues right there and then with positive attitude. I am not going to lie he is a rockstar.

6. I accidentally had another promo code applied when I bought my 50k account. And Alvin L was very helpful getting me a refund so I could use the correct promo code this time. I appreciate his fast answers because earlier in the day the other support staff were not responding. But overall good experience.

8. I was double charged and the company wouldn’t stand behind it. $200 charged, was issued a $100 credit after they canceled my $53k passed eval. I have all pictures of bank statements. Would not reinstate my account.

9. If you opt for cheap services, expect the following issues. I have proof and can provide it anytime.Login Issues: The system doesn’t accept my email ID. I have to try connecting with three different email IDs. Sometimes, the reset link is sent after 2 hours or the next day, and it expires before I can use it.Live Chat Problems: Sometimes, live chat works great, but most of the time, it takes hours to get a reply. By the time I get a response, the session disconnects, and I have to start from scratch.Trading Issues: The platform constantly refreshes and freezes. When I was trading, my account partially blew, and I asked about TradingView. No one answered until I sent three emails the next day using three different email IDs. There was a similar issue with TopStep; they reset the account as a goodwill gesture. However, this company asked me to provide proof, which I didn’t have because I hadn’t taken screenshots. I shouldn’t have to contact Tradavate as I paid for this service.Time Waste: You will lose your patience and money.Poor Customer Retention: They focus on promotions to attract new customers instead of keeping current customers happy. It’s a shame they don’t prioritize their loyal customers.

10. Customer service is a garbage, I try many times and they never answer or take too long….if your customers numbers increase also agent need be increase too, not all os profit TPT need invest in agent and not put all your profit in your pocket,,,😡😡😡😡

13. NEVER AGAIN.Great payout policy (others are catching up). Evals have good rules however once you reach Pro trailing daily drawdown kicks in. Trailing drawdown is incredibly punitive to traders… you can have winning trades that lower your overall drawdown — even if you trail your take profit closely to price. I had several accounts with capital left but were lost to the trailing drawdown limit being reached and resets are very expensive.Weirdly, trailing drawdown does not exist on Evals or Pro+ only once you reach Pro.I will never again use a prop firm that has a daily trailing drawdown and urge caution for traders not familiar with how it works. Coming from Topstep which does not have this it was an absolute shock.I will never again use TPT as long as this stupid rule is in place. Going back to Topstep which has no daily trailing drawdown and is implementing daily payouts once you get to Live funded accounts.Unfortunate because I liked this firm a lot.

14. Angel was really an Angel. She was able to assist me with my test accounts. I bought them with the promo code but 3 of them were charged the full price. Angel was able to process the refund and change the account to the promotion. Thank you TPT.

20. I brought an eval and some how the promocode was not applied. The full amount was billed and I wrote Support immediately to address the problem. Support was very kind and helpful and the code was applied to my purchase and the overpaid amount was returned to my creditcard.

21. I got a little mix up on my end and not only were they quick to fix my mistake with no hassle they’re fair and will help you even if the mistake is made by you. Also the NO FEE code is a steal. Good work, TPT

22. I recently created a Take Profit Trader account and was blown away at the timely and responsive customer support. This was a far different experience than another funded trading firm I came from.

23. Customer service is topnotch. Had an issue with reset but was taken care of in less than five minutes. no hassle at all. No experience with payouts with this company yet but hopefully soon. Will add a separate review on that experience next.

24. the support/help desk has been great. It is nice for a change to get a real human being straight away. It seems their website is still ironing out some kinks, but so far I have been very impressed with how they work. Note that once you go pro, you are constrained by a trailing drawdown. Just keep size small and you will be fine. I am not yet at a point where I can comment much on the payouts. But if its as smooth as the rest of the experience, will be good as well. I will follow up with another review then

30. I have just got my first payout. request today and hit my wise accounts within 5 hours. That is international transfer. I have already passed my second challenge.They keep to the promise of the daily payout in industry with excellent customer service. 5 stars from my points of view

Luis F. was very helpful and knowledgeable about my questions also considering how difficult it is to get help as a trader, TakeProfitTrader is fast becoming the platform and prop firm of choice for most traders. They assisted me all the time from the most basic topic to the most complex ones and they are now not charging Activation fee $130 for the PRO account with the NOFEE30 Promo Code (I have not been paid for this review; this is purely to assist other traders).
