Really good Customer service , Sam help me with the transition from demo to funded , the platform asked me for more profits , but after reviewing my Account , Sam fix the issue for me , so far I like this propfirm , the rules are clear , you follow the rules , you get the bread

There is only one reason for customer service: something has gone wrong. Sometimes the wrong is the customer, other times the business. FFF customer service bent over backwards for me in both instances. Highly recommend them. Now, if I could learn to trade as well as they take care of me.
I canceled all my accounts, and they even appeared as closed on the main page. However, there seems to have been a glitch in their platform, similar to what happened before when I paid for a reset that didn’t go through, leading them to manually reset it. I closed all my accounts. Yet, I’ve been charged for another month. The person I spoke with in chat was rude, and no one was helpful. This is the least helpful funding firm I’ve dealt with, and I’ve dealt with quite a few.
Overall, FFF has been good so far. There are a few growing plans and issues with payment, but they are working through it.Prices are amazing, and the $50K payout cap is one of the highest around.However, lately they have been discussing lowering this so for now I will have to give 4 stars instead of 5.If they keep the $50K cap and keep their good prices going forward, I will increase this to 5-stars.

Once again just want to show my appreciation for the FFF family and team. Addy is a superstar at the company and always very helpful. Lots of exciting new changes are coming and community engagement and feedback is at a high level. I’ve tried multiple prop firms and have been payed out with others but this one stands above. At some of the other ones I couldn’t even get the slightest acknowledgement from their customer service. But at FFF the service and support is top tier. Looking forward to our continued relationship!
The support was very quick and solved the problem immediately (unlike with other prop-firms). I also am certain that this prop-firm is legit and led in the interest of the traders, considering its creators.
I raised an alert with my bank when FFF took multiple payments out my BANKthey then offered me complimentary accounts i declined and requested my money that was taken from my bank account without buying accounts as I already had 3x 150k live accounts. Then they blocked me from my dashboard and blocked me from discord and no longer responding to my emails. I contacted my bank again and got a full refund. I have now also went ahead with the financial ombudsman to make them aware of this fraudulent company.

I’ve had an outstanding experience with FFF compared to other proprietary trading firms. As traders, our primary responsibility is to follow the rules and await our payouts. FFF has provided me with one of my largest payouts to date. In contrast, other firms often make excuses or delay payments when it’s time to disburse funds. Additionally, Ryan and Tory have been exceptionally friendly and supportive throughout my journey. I highly recommend giving FFF a try.

Had an issue with the dashboard and my account was closed. Addy from support was able to assist me and get my account reinstated. While not ideal and an inconvenience support made it right.

My experience with FFF has been nothing but smooth and fantastic. The manager Tory has personally provided me with solutions that went above and beyond what I was expecting. FFF has paid me on time, in full, hassle free after I followed their rules. FFF pays to any trader that follows their rules!
I’ve had techoncal issues with multiple prop firms. When there is an issue, FFF is quick to respond and puts my needs first. They are very helpful and timely with any questions or concerns I have.
Javier was awesome he handled every question I had in a timely manner. Great to have people like him knowing they are there to help you every step of the way.
Had two funded accounts closed due to a glitch with the ninjatrader system not closing all my trades after showing that nothing was left open even sent a video of the glitch happening in real time and was told they can’t do anything to help me I’ve watched so many people get resets for next to nothing this is my first time requesting help and I get shot down after spending so much money with FFF just sad spent so much money with this prop firm just to be treated like crap
