    I so wish Trust Pilot can let us upload video here. I am a profitable trader and I’ve gotten 100% win rate everyday for a week then suddenly the slippages and spread became crazy. It started with 5 pips slippage for every trade. I don’t mind because I’m still profitable when for every 2 lot I got -$100 but then it turn to 15 pips slippages. It became -$300 whenever I open position. I never trade news or anything. I knew you were scam when the CEO himself says on X that he is starting to trade with Topstep. Why didn’t you trade with your own firm? Because you know you make money from challenge fees.

    This firm is run properly. Very good customer service. They will help you. I had an incident where I forgot to put my discount code and bought a challenge(Straight to sim funded). So I told them I have forgotten to put the discount code. No questions asked, they refunded the discount percentage which is quite a bit amount for a 150K. These little things make a big difference. I have received my first payout from them and the customer service was very helpful in sorting out my payment issues as well. Overall, I am giving them 5 stars based on my experience.

    I thought this firm was different, but it turns out to be even shadier than most. Sign up and pay for accounts based on one set of profit split terms, then they change those terms with only 1 week’s notice and tell you to “deal with it” when you ask for existing accounts to adhere to the original terms. There are other, better firms out there. Take your business elsewhere!

    I was making steady 1200 dollars a day on my 100s2f and would have been in my profit goal, had tradeify not ruin my account because my data went delayed mid trade. They did fix this error but only gave back 1/2 the profit I had in the account, so instead of my account at 102,400 it was at 101,200 and the next day after they fixed my accounts I made another 1,300. But when I told them about the mistake they made they said they can only keep one days profit either the 2 days of profit before the data delayed error or the profit for the day after the data delayed error. Overall this wiped my account of 1200 dollars in profits, which if I had, would have been at the profit goal. But sadly, blew the account because of bad trading and kids getting on my computer in the overnight session. Anyway, after I started some new accounts same error again data delayed on the first day in the account. And they refunded me my, money but, if they just had not erased my profit of 1200×5, I would have 6000 more dollars and at my profit goal. I’m sick of dealing with these errors, like that is the one thing I’m paying for how it cannot just be right. So instead of taking a 12.5k payout they just gave me my money back.( started some growth accoutns with them once I was in profit and at the profit goal in the funded level, It did it again, I see good reviews, that is why I gave it another shot, but looks like a scam funding company, how does this appear to happen everytime in profit.) I have screenshots
