By Saturday, the company had already processed the refund to my credit card. I must say, the experience was amazing. Their prompt response and excellent customer service truly impressed me!

    2 x 3000 payout requests after marketclose on tuesday 31 december were approved and transfered to Rise in less than 1 hour. The 6000 is now on it’s way to Belgium. They also sent me without any question, after I forgot to use the promocode, the price difference back to my creditcard.Thanks.

    Hands down the best prop firm I have ever worked with. The team is always ready to help, their rules are straight forward and most importantly they pay. Every single time I have taken a payout with them I receive the funds within 30 minutes of request. I have taken over 20k in payouts from them over the last 3 months and have absolutely no complaints. Would 100% recommend them.

    Just got my first Payout for $15,000 (5 accounts 3k Each) – I’ve been trading for over 20 years – I’ve NEVER been approved for a withdrawal within 30 minutes and got paid! Unbelievable – Super stoked on this company. I learned about Tradeify from watching the CEO talk to Austin Silver on ASFX podcast! Awesome guy and LOVE the way they are running this company – very cool to watch the growth – keep kicking ass!

    I operate wrong,when i want to buy a new account, i thought the reset of old account can let me get a new account, this is wrong. So i contact the support and tell them this situation，then i ask whether i can exchange the reset for a new account, they said ok. This services is what i want and top and ftmo can’t provide

    The fastest first payout I’ve ever experienced!Requested at 9.01am and got the payout by 9.24am on the 11th of January (Saturday). This includes the time of getting the Rise contract and signing it.Amazing, really!

    All of my cards were blocked from purchasing anymore resets, and I was not given a specific reason why. I was simply told that my cards will no longer be accepted by the payment processor for resets, purchases, or renewals.I tried four different cards, and they were all denied. The issue was not my cards, and the issue was not my banks.I researched the discord and found that many people have had this issue in this past, but I did not see any specific solutions for them either. Many of them were told that it is their bank, not their chosen payment processor. Others were told that there is nothing to do about cards being denied by a payment processor.I would have to assume that this is for the best. As someone who is still working on learning to trade without bad practices or going on tilt, I will focus on other prop firms like Topstep that have empathetic and detailed customer service and are without questionable false-flagging payment processors.I have spent quite a bit of money with prop firms like Topstep, Apex, and TradeDay (more than I’ve spent with this company). I’ve purchased many resets with these other companies, and I’ve never been denied through their payment processors. It’s nice to know that these prop firms will not unnecessarily flag you for spending money in accordance with their rules.No, I have never charged back anything from Tradeify, neither have I charged back anything in my life.Yes, I was using my own cards with my legal name, all with the same billing address.No, I did not have multiple registered accounts.No, I did not have more than the 5 max allotted accounts.No, I was not rude to customer service.I offered to show my ID to prove that these were my purchases, but this offering was ignored and unneeded from their perspective.Although I have had a poor experience with the company, it seems that most people have a positive experience. I believe this company is a contender in the space and is doing great things, and it seems that their CEO does truly care. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately), I was not deemed worthy of trading with this prop firm. I have requested cancellation of the accounts I have left, and I will gladly spend my money elsewhere!Thank you, Tradeify.

    I want to leave this review strictly based off my interactions with Dario. Beginning of January my mother passed and I explained to him I was in no position to trade. Dario has gone above and beyond with helping me in regard to my account and has been very kind during this time. The customer service is truly unmatched with this company compared to others.

    Feels like a big scam to me ! my 2 accounts were terminated for no reason .. I was 4k in profit in both then account terminated ..Changing rules every now and then is a thing, but blowing up accounts for traders is another one!

    Tradeify has an awesome customer support. To help with my case, Dario from customer service even worked over a weekend and got me a resolution. Their payments are ultra fast and most of them are usually below 5 mins. They have solid offerings, so, all in all they are one the best prop firms out there

    Great company, super responsive customer service and one that listens to their customer. Have been a smooth journey with my experience at Tradeify. Was a little hesitant initially with the S2F business model and only purchase a couple of accounts to test to see if the payout policy was what the community raved about, and to my most pleasant surprise, it is true. The first two payout was completed and funds reach into rise wallet within an hour. Definitely give Tradeify a try if you are browsing for prop firms to trade with.

    I am new to Tradeify Funding, having dealt with many of its competitors in the past and currently. I recently attempted to open a number of Advanced evaluation accounts using a coupon code that I obtained on YouTube. For 2 of the 5 accounts, I entered the correct code and received the discounted accounts. However, for the final 3 accounts, my web browser filled in the discount code, but I failed to apply it to my orders. Therefore, I ended up paying full price when I had intended to enter a discount code. I explained my error to Tradeify in an email, and they promptly responded with emails showing that they refunded the amounts by which I “overpaid.” I must say that I was pleasantly surprised and amazed!!! Had this been any other prop trading firm, I expect that I would have been told that the error was my fault and that I needed to be careful in the future because all sales are final! Because of Tradeify Funding’s kindness and fairness in dealing with me, they have obtained a loyal and satisfied customer in me. I can highly recommend them to any prop trader looking to establish a relationship with an honest and reputable prop trading firm.

    like all young propfirm I have to admit that I was a little wary but then I tried to buy some evaluations, after a while I got to the master account and the payout (after the request it arrived in my bank in record time). I’m really happy, the rules are explained objectively and cannot be interpreted as some propfirm companies do. I can say to the staff: congratulations, keep up the good work, you are doing a good job. without a doubt: five stars for me

    Tradeify is absolutely the best prop firm out there. Straight to sim is the way to go in my book. They just need to bring back the $7,500 DD for the 150Ks, max 7 accounts, ALONG with a 30% consistency rule! 😉 $$$$
