    Great serviceAccount was in drawdown and was gonna intentionally fail it to get the reset with the next rebill. Forgot about it and sent an e-mail asking them to reset the account. It was done the same day. Super easy to trade on Tradovate, both on Pc and phone. No need to download loads of programs. Also great pricing.

    For a long time I was fooled by the tactics of trading funded companies such as Apex which offer great discounts and easy to pass evaluations but have the absolute worst payout policies in the industry! Why? Because they don’t really fund trades like TradeDay which will actually fund you and put you on a live brokerage account. Instead those firms will keep you on a simulator forever playing the statistics knowing that only 0.05% of traders will make through all the payout rules. Instead I choose a firm like TradeDay which actually set reasonable rules for the evaluations, and provide education at the same time. And once you prove you can trade and make money they become your partner on the live account and the payout rules are very straight forward as it should be at this later stage. So you can actually build a long term relationship with them! I only wished I had looked at them sooner and not spent so much time and money elsewhere!

    I have been using prop firms to trade future contracts for more than two years. TradeDay after their new promotion became the best among all prop firms in all aspects. Prices for tests, profit targets, no daily loss limits and above all, there is no conditions to get paid when you have your real money account. They even give you level two data for free which most companies charge for, and no charge to set up the account. I’m very happy to finally have a true trader friendly prop firm.

    Order Execution is on point. I can enter and exit the position with a click and order goes through immediately. I tried the 14 day free trial and loved it so i choose the $10k account since trading with 1 contract which is the max I can enter shows the best consistency while developing an excellent trading habit.

    I don’t know guys. I frankly took on the challenge to understand what the fuss is all about. It certainly seems to be a great business model for the prop firms. The numbers are compelling: 90% or so of retail traders lose money. So the monthly contributions are the prop firms to take. So the prop firms incentive must be, to maximize profits, to make the challenges unnecessarily hard, to push the odds further in the firms favor. Now tradeday seems to be one of the fairer ones, so I went with them. Still: there are many limitations. You can only trade certain products, you cant benefit from major releases and there is a drawdown limit that is so tiny, that it you may pass the challenge if the market situation is volatile enough but it is certainly almost impossible to stay funded for a very long time. Further the amount in the account in reality really doesn’t matter. You can’t make use of all the margin anyway. The amount of contracts that you can trade is limited, so adding to winners is not really an option. And it is coupled with very little allowed draw down. You basically must be a great scalper to have a chance. What really is irritating is that there is even a limit to HOW MUCH MONEY YOU ARE ALLOWED TO MAKE. I would recommend to read it up and decide if you are really comfortable with that. It’s explained on their website: “No single day’s P+L should account for more than 30% of your total PnL. Note, if you do have a large winning day you will not fail your Evaluation Challenge, but you will need to continue to trade and build profits until that day does not exceed 30% of the total PnL”

    Well they have good rules but they have super and I mean super expensive commissions. THE HIGHEST in the industry, by far… and they are so spamy feels like your mother watching you”hey remember you can only trade 1 micro lot cause we will fail you” “hey remember you can’t trade today cause FOMC mins” … I don’t like that feeling of babysitting very much. Their drawdown is the smallest in the industry but their targets are also small so it compensates. I think their dashboard needs some work as it is ugly and very bad designed. But its only my opinion. I think those are areas of opportunity but is one of the greatest companies without a doubt

    The best prop firm I’ve found so far, the honest way evals are set up helps a lot. Not easy to keep trading well for ten days but much easier on Trade Day so far. The morning market overview and the other easy to use tools are very helpful also.

    This review is a warning for all traders out there. Don’t ever bother to try or sign up any evalution/challenges that TradeDay offers. They said they had fairest rules but they DO NOT. They have had many rules that will make you feel crazy and scary to be their trading partner. Also, their technical supports are suck, very slow and only using email. Problems can last for days without any solution and they always said because of the broker Tradovate. Anyway, here is the main caveat you need to know: They have many hidden rules that you wouldn’t know until you sign up. Any small mistakes you make, they will shut you down without warning. For example, other prop firms out there if still use the time restriction for the day, would just shut you down if you forgot but TradeDay would elimate your eval accounts or if you are already funded, they will confisticate your fund as well…so many other rules I can’t list them here. The funny thing is those rules don’t display on their website until you sign up. What a tricky company.

    In my opinion, the best prop firm on the market. Their rules make sense, and their support on Discord is extremely good. There’s been a couple of 3rd party API bugs, but they fix them fast and update the community.

    Every Prop firm I have seen auto-closes at market close. Not them, just another way to cause traders to fail. Easy implementation from their end. They are horrible and look for excuses to fail you.. Excuses that can be easily solved by their side….

    I am currently in the evaluation process with this company. I consider objectives and rules very convenient, they help me be orderly and consistent. NO DATA FEE is great!.My only doubt is that I do not clearly understand how the withdrawal policy works once the test is passed. I can’t find details of the necessary operating times, safety net, etc. to be able to request payments. Maybe it is written but I can’t understand that part of the process. Thank you.
