    Here we go, another follow up review after my recent complaints about historically low performed support experience with Topstep.What a massive change in a short period of time! , just today I decided to clean-up my all inactive combine accounts as rebills were confusing me , I contacted with support team and bang ! in 10 minutes got connected to support agent Lukasz , he understood what I needed at light speed and sorted the issue immediately . So pleased to see Topstep support is above expectations at the moment and hoping to keep it up , they raised the bar really high Well done to all and CEO Michael Patak .

    I had a great support as well as a good platform to trade. Being able to use Tradingview to trade is totally a plus point for me. Never regretted choosing Topstep.

    Top steps is great. I would love to be able to set take profits and stop losses in ticks/points instead of dollar value so that as I change my sizing, the same SL is applied. Keep up the great work!

    Wish they had connections with ninjatrader or tradovate. through rithmic I’m haveing alot of trouble with trade copying. Trades are not alwing sone accounts to place the trades

    I come from Apax and used to the one day pass so honestly was more just a trial and was more trial by error ..not sure why resets are $100 when accounts are $49… or maybe that is just a sale ….The Best thing about top step is you can let winners run… so that alone is something for me to think about

    Great platform but they didn’t tell me it was an activation fee after passing combine. it honestly caught me by surprise after being ecstatic that I passed after failing 13 times $50 do the math . The activation is $150

    Discord team (Trenton and upaid ‘mods’) ban paying customers because of wrong-think. I’ve seen folks get banned because volunteer ‘mods’ were having bad trading days. People getting banned just for making improvement suggestions for the platform.This wouldn’t be so bad except they use Discord to notify paying customers regarding outages and other time sensitive platform issues (and they have MANY of them). If you’re going to use Discord as a main means to communicate to customers, hire real mods and hold them accountable instead of banning paying customers because your feelings got hurt.”TopstepX” platform is a joke with terrible fills or no fills at all. Copy trades always broken. This on a funded account, if something goes wrong, customer service states ‘sorry, we’re improving it every day’. Good luck paying them to beta test their weak products. No refunds.

    Terrible Customer support!I had issues with the Topstep X Plattform. I t was clearly a a fault and bug in their system where i got slipped an absolute unrealistic amount of 150 points. I have showed them the order fills, screenshots etc. it clearly doesn’t make sense what the system did and and support partly recognized it. But still don’t care! After a lot of back and forth with customer support, which by the way dodges the questions by avoiding to answer them, im giving up on this company!

    Another pathetic SCAM company.I’ve been stuck with these clowns for months, and after *finally* passing the 50k challenge, guess what? When I signed up to TopStep, I used my nickname. So, I emailed them to change it, and even did their useless KYC. Then these geniuses turn around and tell me they’re closing all my accounts—*after* I’ve paid them for months and passed their ridiculous challenge! All they care about is robbing you blind! They didn’t even bother giving me a refund for the monthly payment. I’ve got all the screenshots if you want proof. Honestly, F that, what a complete waste of time.

    My experience with Topstep since the Restructuring of their program has been great.. This is a dog-eat-dog world and. to survive in the industry Topstep does have to compete with the other firms. This is sometimes where the long-term Focus can get skewed. I do feel out of all the companies Topatep has done a very good job navigating The competition and still focusing on their long-term goal of making a safe environment for people to grow and become profitable. So I give them a good rating because of this. One of the main things. in any industry is customer support. and although they have excellent customer support the one thing I would do different is Wendy, the AI chat support that gets you started that stuff drives me absolutely nuts every time anywhere. Topstep so great job keep up the good work. P.S – if Wendy does ever turn into an actual physical AI robot I called dibs i get the dirst boxing match. LOL

    I started out loving Topstep but their platform, TopstepX, has become extremely glitchy. Great features that can’t be used. Just yesterday i hit a buy order 5 times, and it didn’t execute any of the orders. It’s typical for it to lag & get bad fills which i force myself to ignore now but lately it disconnects mid-trading, miscalculates unrealized p&l, and often doesn’t execute orders immediately. Love their support but they don’t have the answers/solutions, just “prove it…” then it’s “maybe user error…clear your cache” responses.

    TopStep Changed my life.Topstep really did change my life. I started off passing an account or two, then worked my way up to 5. And this week I was just brought up to the live funded account(trading real funds). TopStep has allowed me to turn cheap combine costs into income replacing trading capital. One of the last prop firms to be legit and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

    For now months, I’ve been attempting to pass my challenge. It wasn’t until today that I was working with another person that I have seen how flawed my charts have been. I’ve noticed it but didn’t realize the impact that it had made on my trading journey. All of the trade groups that I’m in everyone boasts about how great TopStep is so I kept trying month after month. These discrepancies in my numbers have costed me so much time and money. A few times they have reset my account but what is disheartening is that there isn’t some persons responsible for quality control to catch mistakes like this. After all, most of us are new traders a company that is making so much money off of traders really should have better systems in place to not just reset an account but to discover discrepancies better. I’m disappointed in the company and would caution others. Maybe I should have pushed harder to fix the problem but I had tunnel vision to pass my challenge that each time I hoped the numbers wouldn’t be a big issue but when I looked at my chart in comparison to another person’s chart and a trade group that I’m in, I was devastated about the months and time spent. Not saying that it’s 100% reason that I have failed but I can assure you that this has resulted in failures for me. I’m not sure if this is a supportive platform for traders since there is no accountability just resets when errors are found.     Topstep’s rules are great but if you want to trade with the correct contract ratio (1 mini = 10 micro) you’re forced into using TopstepX and this is where the nightmare begins the platform constantly crashes and is unreliable which puts your trading at serious risk It feels like the system is rigged against you i highly recommend avoiding TopstepX and sticking to other platforms
