    Tyrus was very patient and explained things well. When i was able to give him access to my chart he wnet righ to work fixing a difficult problem, my candlesticks dissappeared. It took two sessions to rejpair because of my schedule. He fixed it and cleaned up my MAs for me combined some things and really made my chart easier to navigate and condensed things. Tyrus did a great job and is a real asset to topstep and Im glad hes on the team. If possible i would make him my go to guy for everything and build a working relationship.Thanks for everythingJohn Catanese

    Great service and quick response times!Also great value with the current discountI’m trading on TopstepX. The only thing I’m missing are some basic indicators like pivot points for example. Other than that TopstepX is a really solid platform.I will update upon reaching a payout!

    I Like The platform but after I got my Express account and I make $4000 I cash out $1200 and I never received that money even waiting days not touching my Express account to make sure I’m gonna get my money and I try to talk to Someone of Customer service or email but they never shows anywhere than AI to talk

    I have a very bad experience with topstep. Unintentional disconnections, it’s really abusive, I had a validated account I took over I didn’t even have time to put a stoploss that I was disconnected and I lost my engaged account. So this is my last one at topstep. Just Friday the same. I don’t need a commercial gesture but stability when I trade.

    Aún no puedo operar pq no me deja acceder a la cuenta es una poca vergüenza top step después de pasar la prueba compré la cuenta 149$ y tras una semana sin operar porque no me dejaban iniciar sesión me puse en contacto contacto y fue una odisea el estrés para resolverlo y no me lo resolvieron tras buscarmecla vida logré iniciar sesión y cuando me realizo a operar en una operación en el teléfono no me dejaba cerrar la operación y el precio correiendo hasta q por fin pude cerrar en la mitad de ganancias y otracoperacion se paso el TP y no se corto elcprecio rondaba por tp y no se cerraba al final tras la frustración opere horible y queme la cuenta

    Topstep is an excellent prop firm and my favorite out of the three I’ve tried. Their straightforward rules work really well for me, and I appreciate the flexibility to customize my daily loss limit and lock myself out on the Topstep X platform. Payment requests are quick and easy—sometimes processed within 24 hours. Their customer service is top-notch, always resolving any issues, and they handle any major glitches with care. A group of us traders have used them and continue to have a great experience.

    By far the best prop firm. They allow you to trade the way you want and the payout rules are excellent. Customer service a bit of a wait due to an overwhelming surge of new people but they payout extremely fast. If you request in the AM it’s usually in your bank the next day or the following day. Why go somewhere else.

    its such a great prop firm they have a great customer service and an AI that is spot on with there help, and the combine limits and resets are great because if you need more time and you have a positive set on your account you can just take a break and keep going. 🙂 you really dont need to rush into it like other propfirms just take your time and develope your psyche

    I’m a bit new to futures but everything about TopStep has been seemless and easy to use. I use topstepx and the platform is amazing. The only thing that i had issues with is that sometimes the platform reconnects while im in the trade so it can be annoying at times but that has happened only a handful of times. Other than that the customer service and support are great and all the rules have very in-depth guides so you don’t miss anything.
