    I have been a customer for over a year.A serious company, concerned with quality and responsive, keen to be profitable obviously but if possible we are transferred to the real market and take a share of the profit on our operations, so it is up to us to be profitable.The topstepX platform is TOP, very intuitive and the support is at the top level.VIP access is also an innovative and rewarding attention with real benefits attached, so go there without fear except that of not taking trading seriously because the market does not forgive gamblers

    You guys are BAD ASS!! I passed my combine on Friday afternoon. By Friday evening I had a confirmation email, and I was activated on Sunday night and able to trade my new XFA on Monday morning. Couldnt be any easier!!

    At all everything is fine but top step have the most stupid rule what I even seen. Why 1 micro = 1 mini? It’s totally nonsense. Like you cannot be good consistent trader with it. During London session my sl with 1 mini can be 150/250€ what is totally fine with 50k acc but on NY session my sl is around 400/600€ due to volume. Yes, you can say „you can use 2 micro” – 2 micro is still bad with tight SL, I am a scalper and it’s painful for me. It should be changed. 1 mini should equal 10 micro.

    Good firm, but after 8 months I was able to pass the combine, just to get notified that my bank has Topstep on their blocked list, therefore it’s impossible to pay for the activation fee(yes I contacted my bank, nothing can be changed). Money down the drain, no refunds even in these situations. Customers should be informed about such possible scenarios before purchase. If you’re not from USA be careful.

    My 1st and Best PropFirm experience. Everything has been great! Great Support. Awesome platform – TopStep XGreat community, support and education on Discord as well as daily companionship and entertainment via YouTube on TopStep TV! Unfortunately South-Africa landed on their ineligibility list during May 2024 and i can no longer start any new challenges. Please allow South-Africans again because all the other propfirms i had to go and try sucks big time!

    You guys have an amazing page but I don’t like that you guys have different fees, I wouldn’t mind paying a bit more to start a combine if we didn’t have to pay an activation fee later as well.

    Honestly, I would love a simulation of previous days and explaining the setup (ex, how the data or signals played out). While reaching out to people who have blown tons of accounts is nice maybe a cut off for some would a good idea but you’re running a business. While I will say this company is very real. It’s a difficult thing to do.

    TopstepX has more to offer. It feels new and looks new. I just wish I would’ve joined sooner! Topstep gives new traders the tools to be successful. If you just want to stay cash, and practice more you can demo instead of using your funded. I also think it’s very cool that when you make 5k in payouts you’ll also be sent a box with merchandise.
