    Enjoying my experience with Top Step. Coming in new to the prop firm industry not knowing much about the company or prop firms, I wanted to read up on their help center with all the questions I had. Once reading the help center I was able to find an answer for everything. When I started my combine I was able to have a lot of confidence with a clear mind. The company cares for you, your success, and has a great amount of different sources to give you so you’re not alone on the journey. Thanks TopStep for all that you do!

    I just love TopStepX. For the Challenge you pay for, you also get the benefits of a premium TradingView Subscription. This makes you save a lot of money. The Support ist really fast and always has an answer to any problem you have. I have tried multiple prop firms, and would always chose TopStep again. The only Thing that I dislike is the tiny amount of maximum Loss Limit in relation to the Profit Goal.

    Just requested a payout with top step. Overall, so far they are great. Their platform is extremely good, big fan of topstepx. Everything was seamless with minimal rules that shouldn’t have much impact if you are consistent. Let’s see what the future holds!

    I’ve managed to get to and XFA account a few times, however, have been unsuccessful moving forward. This is due entirely to me not following the rules I have set for myself. I have found top step to be very user-friendly with outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend it.

    Another pro-firm with rules made to make people fail account.Topstep does not make the difference between 2mini and 2micro but ask you to do 200$ for 5day before requesting a payout, and the payout is affecting your overall drawdown.So you have 2 choices. Overtrade with 2micro when you profit is between 0-1500$ or over leverage with 2mini.They say this scaling rules is to discipline traders, but if it was, they would not allow 2mini on a 50k account

    great customer service had alot of problems paying for the activation of the express account since my bank was blocking it. Worked it out in the end and Topstep customer service was very attentive and helpful.

    Got a payout and was then denied. Bc they never withdraw from the “account” balance and I blew my account had been compromised the following day by an envious roomate (I’m in a dorm). Refused to pay me even after I did earn my payout and met all requirements when it was submitted my should should have been processed. This how how they get over on you.

    Topstep X has serious issues that make trading incredibly frustrating. Customer service is severely lacking—responses take days, phone lines are always busy, and there’s little effort to assist traders in resolving platform-related issues. Instead of providing meaningful support, they push customers toward renewing or paying for a new combine.     Top Step has made it easy for me transitioning from trading options. There rules are clear. The top step tv is informational, humorous at times, but very helpful with not feeling alone during trading hours. I had bad experiences with similar platforms. So I went with Top Step, no regrets here. I want to be a full time trader.

    Topstep is one of the best prop firms out there for futures traders. TS doesn’t have a ton of rules in place to limit trader success and the support and training they offer is great. Topstep wants traders to succeed and it shows.

    Love this company! For a small fee, anyone can practice trading in a sim account. Pass the sim act and they outright give you $50K to trade with. Who else does that? I’m more than a little curious how generate proffits above and beyond the small fees they charge. Genius business model if you ask me! Everybody wins.
