    Apart from Topstep being the most reliable of the modern day Prop firms, the recent tools on their TopstepX platform that enable us to lockout our Daily loss and Daily profit target are a game changer. I have always struggled with revenge trading and constantly changing my daily loss limit until my accounts were blown. Indiscipline, revenge trading and changing my daily targets would no longer be my headache. Better days ahead with TOPSTEP !!!

    Not having a receipt is really unprofessional.They no longer provide purchase receipts containing the buyer’s full name since late 2024.The only form of receipts/ invoicing that they offer here at Topstep can be found below-​You can access all of your payments made directly from your Billing page;​My Topstep Dashboard – Billing From there, you can then copy/paste your billing information to Excel or you may print as a PDF if needed.

    I think out of all the prop firms, Top Step is my favorite. It’s easy to use, has a lot of resources to help traders succeed, and they are constantly making improvements to their platform. I experienced some technical issues that were causing some problems, and I was extremely frustrated. I reached out via their chat app and requested a call. Within a few minutes, I had a kind Associate by the name of Angel reaching out to me. He spent quality time working with me until we figured everything out. He went above and beyond to make sure all my issues were sorted and addressed. People seem to forget that all tech companies experience glitches and things happen, but when they do happen, how they handle it is what matters most. In my case I felt like I got world class customer service from someone who cared. Thanks Angel!

    I have been receiving payouts since August, pretty consistently, and they decided to deny my latest payout and ban me. They stated “section 27” in the initial email with no further explanation. If you search section 27 prohibited conduct on their site it says “Uh oh. That page doesn’t exist.” They are clearly re-writing the rules and requirements. My guess is they didn’t want to switch me to live because I am a scalper so they decided to stop paying and ban me.

    It ridiculous that I did 3 time the profits and I can’t get the challenge just because I can’t do more than 50% on my best trade! I’m no happy with that 🫠 but that’s ok I gonna leave this funding company. I had the same issue with 3 accounts. That’s no good defined! The target should be 3k and I did 11k in an account, 10k in another one, and the last on 4.5k that’s very ridiculously!

    I’ve been using top step for some time now and have to be honest its by far the best prop firm out there after trying many others I can confidently say I wouldn’t trust my money anywhere else their platform is amazing the support is 11/10 and all the little things such as emails with advice on how to trade better based of your account stats as well as constant live stream through the trading day which the topstep group talks about the market. And a big shoutout to one of the support team members William he was able to help me figure out a problem within one of my accounts within minutes and come to a quick solution.

    I love this prop firm – A1. Their operation is top notch. What I love about Topstep is they have a live YouTube channel running every day the market is open. And their trading platform is based off of Tradingview. And this company has been around for a long time.

No one is putting in as much effort as TopStep, from frequent website and platform upgrades, to free and informative live discord streams and so much more. Alongside everything else, TopStep has an amazing customer service team that’s dedicated to providing customers with top tier satisfaction in an affable manner. There’s a multitude of things I could also mention but if this hadn’t convinced you of TopSteps unmatched dedication and commitment, I’m not sure what will.

    I was being ignorant and thought I knew what I was doing, but I could not figure out why I couldn’t activate a funded account. Amber, from Topstep support helped me navigate my dashboard an come to find out, I had to look at the closed accounts in order to find my passed combine.     Topstep is taken my money and I can’t even reach them. Topstep kept collecting money from my account which is not even opened anymore. I had 3 different emails account and I’ve closed them all. I’ve tried the support a several times but the boot didn’t send me to the agent. I’ve emailed topstep the day they’ve tried to charge me and closed out all of my account but the charges in my credit card still there. Insane I don’t recommend this prop firm. They don’t care about the customers.

    So far so good, I’ve recently moved from CFD props to futures and really enjoying the experience. The combine process is swift and instant purchase of XFA funded account after passing each time. Can’t fault Top Step at all, top step X their own platform is very good to trade with and the risk settings are helpful. I am requesting a payout in 3 days time so excited to see that process and will share another review on that to help support other traders. 10/10

    TopStep has a great platform to trade with, but beware how long the average investor takes to receive any payout due to the cost to trade the markets using an average of 80 combines just to pass 1 combine and qualify for an express funded account. Which also requires the same small $2,000.00 risk limit which in a few bad trades closes your new funded account anyway.

    I recently traded with Topstep’s Express Funded Account, and I want to share my experience factually to help other traders make an informed decision. 1. Stop Execution IssuesDuring multiple trades, I experienced stops being hit with extreme precision, followed by immediate price reversals.This happened so consistently that I contacted Topstep’s support, providing recorded video proof.Their response was that it was “just normal market behavior”—but the pattern was unusual compared to a standard live futures account. 2. Data Feed Transparency ConcernsMy Quantower platform connection showed Ping: N/A and Queue Depth: 0, which does not align with what a typical direct CME market data feed should display.When I asked if the Express Funded Account was using aggregated or modified data, support did not directly answer my question.Instead, they deflected by suggesting I check YouTube or reach out to Quantower/Rithmic support. 3. Contradictory Responses About ExecutionFirst, Topstep stated that simulated fills are identical to live fills.Later, they said that simulated fills are actually better than live fills (which logically means they are not identical).When I asked for official documentation proving that execution matches CME live trading, they were unable to provide any. 4. Express Funded Account ConditionsI was able to pass the evaluation , but the execution inconsistencies made it difficult to trust the trading environment.If you are considering trading with Topstep, be aware that the trading experience in Express Funded is not necessarily the same as a personal live futures account.I recommend testing another prop firm with fully transparent execution before committing to Topstep.Final Verdict:I am simply sharing my personal experience with documented proof. I encourage traders to do their own research and ask detailed questions before using any prop firm.Would I trade with Topstep again? No. I now prefer firms that provide real, direct CME data without execution inconsistencies.

    I’ve been with Topstep for a few months now. When I was able to withdraw money, they paid me without any issues. However, when it comes to larger payouts, they become unresponsive, take a long time to process, and say it can take up to 10 business days. And by “large payouts,” I’m not even talking about huge amounts—just $1500.Basically, they do everything to slow you down. When you pass the challenge and request your money, the process is deliberately long and complicated. The way their system is set up, it feels like they’re trying to make you waste time, gamble, and eventually lose your money back to them.

    This place is the only propfirm I’ll use. Anyone complaining about new rules are wrong. They’re old rules just starting to be enforced more. You wont get banned or denide payouts as long as you follow the rule of not reasching your max drawdown and as long as you’re not doing anything shady or menipulative. Great Propfirm with great people always willing to help!

    Best of best firm. Cheap, trustable, good restrictions and fast payouts. Now at a big amount of payouts, got everything in 1 day on my bankaccount. They offered me a LIVE account now and this is where it all can get big big. Fr i dont have any bad words about this tradingfirm. (I tried a lot of firms) TOPSTEPX is the best of all also.

    It’s clear these guys don’t know how to do business the right way to make their consumers happy, your customer service team on your discord channel is very rude, They time people out for a problem or rant A customer might have & instead of resolving the issue they result to banning you from talking in the channel this is not the proper way of doing business with consumers, Support team needs to be completely fired & replaced with people who know how to actually resolve issues.

    Wish they gave two trys with the first combine and the first combine started with the max daily loss set to minimum half max total loss.Had the market correct hard and lost two accounts in total to this.However, the trial period feels as it sets you up for long term success. Just wish there was buffers set to help you early on. So far missed on 7 trys that could have been prevented by me but when you’re new can see there being a learning curve before this platform pays. The 10% cut is fair for the potential growth.
