    I can understand limiting the number of contracts in the combine but it is so dumb that micro and mini US30 contracts are treated the same and I’m limited to a max of 5 micro-contracts as a funded trader. It makes it hard to get the proper ratios for take profit to stop losses with my trading strategy.

    I’ve been trading with Topstep for a little less then a year. I started using their trading platform TopstepX as soon as it came out. Never had any platform problems. Never had any issues with customer service. Most of the time I’ve been able to get quick responses when I send in a message for help. They also have a discord channel. So if you need generalized help that is also a place to go. Their rules for getting funded are not super complicated. Also once you pay for a combine of any size they also provide you with a practice account which you can reset as often as you want for free. That way you don’t have to lose your combine or your XFA account as you learn.If you are just starting out I would highly recommend Topstep.

    Until now I was doing very well with Topstep, while I had not taken advantage of any express account, after approving my first account, of 50k, I have been trying for 1 week to make the payment of the fee to start but it always gives me error, and the support service, of which I had very good references so far, has not solved the problem, besides with 3 days of conversation to support should already be resolved but, there is much delay and little information they give me about it, Once solved this will change to 5 stars. I update my review and change for 5 stars, I had to call the bank and unlock my card for Topstep because it has an additional new security step, the support service although it was late was efficient, thank you very much

    Had platform issues and trouble activating my XFA. Customer support ( kudos to Sorell ) took action right away and within minutes my XFA was in my dashboard. Would like to see improvement with Windy. Not user friendly.

    Topstep has been my go-to prop firm for a little over a year now. From only have One Rule, to their quick payouts, and their amazing customer support (Thanks Amber for the awesome and RAPID help this morning), I don’t know why anyone would use another company. Thank you Topstep for helping me to be a better trader and becoming financially independent.

    I’ve tried many brokers and funded accounts but this one is the best by far! The rules and software is clear, the server is never laggy and if you know how to trade, there’s nothing stopping you.

    Easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to operate. I love Topstep for providing opportunities for new traders. The only thing is there is no structured lessons here. At least some of coaches should have provided some video lectures for new traders, the educational side of the Topstep would be perfect. I don’t know if there is such a section other than couple videos.

    i had a good experience with TOPSTEP .. even i didnt reach an express account because of my skills .. but its realy the number 1 .. the trading platform is really good and it is with many amazing options that helps me too much .. and it has a very good and respectful support .. and it is with very simple rules .. and last the payout , there many friends of me has a experience with payouts with TOPSTEP , the payoiuts are really fast .. i trusted TOPSTEP at first , and i will trust it

    Think twice before purchasing a topstep express plan because their rules do not protect customers. If your account is hacked and the hacker destroys your account, you will be in trouble.We all know that when you are hacked, your IP will jump to different regions. However, TOPSTEP will only say that you have violated the VPN conditions and close your account. Even if you did not place an order using VPN, TOPSTEP will ignore it. All it says is that you should protect your password.So the first-stage exam fee (50~150usd) + the second-stage exam fee (150usd) are all gone.After this incident, I suggest that those who want to be a trader and want to practice, just take the first stage. If you think your skills have improved, you have passed the first stage of the exam and you want to try to withdraw money, you don’t need to pay for the EXPRESS exam, you can look at other PROP FLIM companies.Because it is very likely that when you are finally able to withdraw money, you accidentally encounter a HACK or you have not applied for a fixed IP at home or you just place an order at a coffee shop, they will probably close your account for no reason based on the VPN’s overbearing terms.So my suggestion is to buy the first stage exam practice. If you want to try to withdraw money, choose another PROP FLIM company that is more reliable, even if this one is more expensive.

    Customer service isn’t doing it for me. The bot thing or whatever it is just irritates me. And when you ask for a real person you don’t always get one and if you do you have to wait hours or day(s).

    The whole process from combine to express has been great. It’s awesome that there is a practice platform as well to familiarize ourselves with the system. I’ll soon be requesting my first payout so I’m pretty excited about that.

    Topstep are a good company.However there trading platform Topstepx has a few problems.• Volume does not show correctly• They have not added any new indicators in months• The indicators on the platform are useless• The platform freezes when there are discount prices or high volume.Topstep really need to step up the online trading platform.

THEY WON’T LET ME MAKE MY EXPRESS ACCOUNT ACTIVATION PAYMENT, MY BANK TELLS ME THAT YOU ARE THE ONE WHO SHOULD ASSIST ME. MORE THAN 24 HOURS WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. THEY ASKED ME TO SEND THEM SCREENSHOTS OF WHAT THE PLATFORM TOLD ME AND SO I DID IT, AND YOU STILL HAVE NOT HELPED ME OR GIVE ME AN RESPONSE.

    Hace una semana que hice el pago para empezar y todavia no tengo los datos de mercado activados. Es una verguenza la nula ayuda que me dan. Tanto ninjatrader como rythim trader pro me indican que es un problema de topstep. Sin ayuda para solucionar mi problema. Cobran la mensualidad y no ayudan. No lo recomiendo a ningun trader, buscar otra empresa de fondeo.

The chat support was on point as well- great response time and always had the answer to any question I had. Porter and Tyler from the chat support were wonderful!     My experience has been amazing with the inclusion from mods in the discord. It feels like a real community. Carmen made sure I received the correct badges when passing my combine & went above & beyond. I love how easy the topstep trading layout is to navigate. everything needed is right there & the trading view tools had made it easier to stay on topstepx instead of going back n forth. not to mention the free 15 sec time frame that’s also included with the package. I love it.
