    Love Topstep. You learn so much while watching topsteptv, the coaches streams on youtube. They do so much to help you learn. This is a company you can trust. For me, there really is no reason to look elsewhere. Their longevity speaks for itself. Been with them for several months. Have received one payout. Still learning from watching them. In addition, they have special guests that also help traders. Where else do you find this?

    Overall I’ve had a decent experience with topstep however when I tried topstepx, ive had nothing but issues. There will be random outages and no one seems to care but those trades cost money or the account. It almost feels like a scam. Id rather trade on tradeovate accounts.

    The customer service is great! I have 3 50K combines and am always impressed with how quickly support gets back to me! I trade via topstepX and rarely get any slippage etc & can always count on a quick response from the customer support agents.Shoutout to Lukasz!!

    The platform, ease of usage, navigating around the platform, costs and customer support are superb! I ran into a little trouble with billing. I contacted customer service via the online help service. Ashley, who helped me was superb! Very professional and kind and managed to resolve my issues. She deserves a raise or a bonus! But all in all, I’ve has a great experience with Topstep and customer service (which can often be the make or break when unforseen issues occur).

    Worst experience with prop firm… They r probably manipulating slippage by themselves (cause noone answered on my questions about liquidity), also they said “30days to rebill”. It was 23 days. Everyone told me from DC group to go for web support. Hah, i contact them and nothing happend.

They have consistently assisted me in recovering my accounts due to billing issues and platform changes, and I have always had a positive experience.There was one minor issue I encountered with TopstepX and MNQ, but it was resolved within an hour due to a bug.     Topstep is a company I have been with for about a year. I have traded the combines, and after a few tries I became funded. The process of passing the combine taught me valuable lessons. I feel being successful at trading is learning yourself and how you can best position yourself for success. Since then I have been funded with many other companies. Topstep is super helpful in your journey to become the best trader you can be. I also really enjoy their programs on Topstep TV. Which as of right now you can find on youtube for free. The programs that they stream are a vast library. They have live streams all throughout the day. You can interact with the hosts and guest. They also have a discord that is even more help and community. Topstep is my favorite funding/prop firm right now and I hope they keep up the good work and continue to grow and build.

    After months of learning to trade with Topstep I’ve given this company plenty of chances to get it right, but my experience has gone from fair to unacceptable. This feel good company is just as greedy as any other firm. Charts don’t save where you left off and they don’t save your favorite indicators/timeframes etc. Their platform continues to break down and act plain weird. Lost two XFAs due to “glitches” with the platform. This has happened twice and they won’t erase the trades when their platform failed. After this I have no plans to return to Topstep unless their platform is proven to work without failing repeatedly. Continuing to try with this company would just mean burning more money. Their support is about as helpful as a chatbot with an attitude, *if* they get back to you. To get any help you have to send them a thesis of your problem and prove it with a screen recording which some people cant get to work on a mac.

    Top step is being great so far, never have any problem! Website Dashboard is nice, but the dashboard on topstepx is amazing! Show every trade on time and you make notes on it! You can administrate your on daily risk… my only problem with topstep is that you only can have 5 accounts when other companies is offer 20!

    Topstep is awesome in helping struggling traders become confident and consistent traders. It took me a year to understand really what I was doing wrong. Over complicating things was a big part of that. But I focused on one instrument. Stuck to my rules, and passed my first 2 combines.

    I have tried over half of the Prop Firms out there and Topstep is by far the absolute best! The reason why I say this is because I finally made it to a payout with Topstep. And I truly believe that it is due to the great vibes and great energy that the Topstep crw gives/puts out! When I’m trading I don’t feel apprehensive or FOMO in taking on a trade. Using tje platform TopstepX is phenomenal because I get to get my thoughts & feelings out in my journal that is built right in to the platform.I could continue to go on & on but I think anyone who reads this gets the point and will give Topstep a try!!!
