    I got my first funded account last week. Made 5 $200+ wining days right after I activated my funded account. Requested payout on the 6th day and receive the payment the following day.

    Due to a platform malfunction, I suddenly lost access to my XFA accounts even though I didn’t break any rules or hit my Maximum Loss Limit. I contacted support and they restored my XFAs an hour later. I then continued to trade until the session close.At the open of the next session at 1700 CST I was frustrated as I lost access to my XFAs again and furthermore Topstep support was inaccessible both via chat and phone until the next morning, even though it was still within their published hours of support. I have identified a great setup that would have yielded significant profits that evening but I could not enter any trades since I did not have access to my accounts.The following morning, Caitlyn contacted me and permanently restored my XFAs and for my troubles gave me three free resets on my trading combines.Even though this experience was very frustrating, I was grateful that Topstep rectified the situation and also compensated me for the outage.My experience at Topstep has otherwise been very positive over the past few months and I hope to soon achieve my first of many payouts.

    I believe topstep guys is doing everything they could do to help the traders shine and success, especially with the eduction which they provide via topsteptv and I am beginner trader, lost so far couple of grands but still I believe I am on the right path with topstep. Learning continues with topstep. Just to mention, though I am personally on the loss but still managed to get one payout from topstep.

    Banned from asking for payouts,been waiting for over a month, they keep passing me around different support team, vague to no response, provided proofs of 7 payouts and look like I’ve been scammed, unlikely to get paid at this point, not a small amount either.     I was charged on 01/22/2025 yet my account wasn’t reset so i reached out support and support responded it will take 1-2 days until my account to be reset. After waiting for 2 days to get my account rest now unable to login. Reached out to support again and waiting since then..such a disappointment with support..

    I was having a problem with a discrepancy between my TopStepX and TopStep Dashboard. Their support team put me in contact with Ayden. His replies were extremely fast and thorough!They were able to compensate me appropriately for the issue in lightning speed, if you ever have a problem they will not disappoint to help. Definitely recommend.

    I initially had a positive experience with [Firm Name]. Starting with a $50k account, I was able to earn a 7k payout under the original agreement, which offered a 50% profit share. This worked well for my trading style, and I was happy with the results.However, things took a turn when the firm amended its payout rules. They reduced the maximum payout to 5k, which no longer aligns with my trading approach. This change significantly impacted my ability to trade as I had been.I was also in 4k profit in one of my evaluations, but despite being up and i was no longer happy to be in partnership , the firm did not allow me issue a refund.

    Had an issue with two accounts stating they were over the maximum loss limit. The accounts were not. Contacted customer support and got response back within minutes from “Lukasz” from their customer service department. He stated we was investigating the issue and would get back to me as soon as a solution was found. Got a message back from him within 20 minutes and both accounts were fixed! Great job Lukasz!!!!

    Hello TopStep,I paid a 100k account on the 24th december 2024. I couldn’t get access to my account so I try to joing TopStep in vain because windy their robot can’t solve my problem. I made direct calls but nothing at the other end of the cable. Finaly I did a review on trustpilot before a certain haley solved my problem on the 7th January 2025 and my account is good then i started working from 8th Januray. Nowt inside of billing me on the 6th February Topstep cut my account on the 25 January making it my duration 16 days inside of 30. I always want to be with them because of the professionalism but in a right way. I will appreciate their indulgence in turning me back my account till 6th February as normal. Thanks

    I Passed a challenge without breaking any rules. Upon making payment to activate my express account, my payment was declined 3 times, but payment was taken from my bank account. Support telling me it hasn’t went through, while my bank is telling me the charges (ALL OF THEM) went through and money removed from my account. The last message from support is them telling me to try to pay again…. WITH ALL DUE DIDRESPECT… NO

    Incorrect prices listed on their website, companies in this industry are often exploitative and pray upon the need for money. Dont get caught up with them, if you decide to disregard this please trade small, always set a stop loss, and dont trade NQ for the next 4ish years . Goodluck friends.

    The best future prop firm around. I have passed a challenge after 3 weeks of consistently trading. I also had to reset it twice before. The dashboard of TopStep is really good. The daily loss limit as well as a limitation of max contracts per trade sets the boundaries of your risk per trade. After passing the evaluation challenge (combine), the risk is reduced by halving the max number of concerts. I have even reduce my daily loss limit to 50% of the TopStep limit. My equity curve moves up steadily even if I have 2 loss days in a row. This is emotionally much better then a boost and buster strategy. Education and their discord is very good, though I lack to time to spend much time there. I am a swing trader, so one good edge per day, and I reach the much profit level allowed with 2 contracts. For swing trader use topstep because their trailing drawdown is updated over night and not while you are in a trade.

    I am truly not a fan of the consistency rule at all. If a trader is serious they will consistently trade with the goal of making money as that is the purpose. If they aren’t serious they won’t make money which will be shown. It should be possible to pass the combine in 1 day and obviously if they don’t make money after that there is no payout to request.

    Costs too much to get a funded account. You have to pay an activation fee after passing the combined to get the sum funded account. They entice you with cheap combine price, then hut you with an activation fee if you pass.
