    Topstep, please respond to my payout request and pay me as I have followed all you rules. No one is responding despit all the help requests I made on my dashboard. This said. I have refuse to trade all the current combine account I had because I don’t trust this Topstep. This company are just exploiting the traders, they don’t care. Am thinking this might be a scam.

    It is wonderful platform which I could land luckily after 3 years of struggling. Topstep is designed in such a way that it does not harm both the parties with huge financial amounts. It is very good platform of Trading in terms of building good trading habits which make trader to be profitable with huge money with less loss.

    I have multiple funded accounts with Topstep. It is absolutely bogus, not to be able to trade 50 micros if you can trade 5 minis which are 10x a micro. Come on man!!!! The scaling plan is fine, but again a mini is still 10x micros, this needs to be fixed, as it isn’t good for anyone.

    My rebill date was issued on January 2nd and i made the payment on the same day. 2 days later they closed my account. I called the number and no live representative was present just a automated voice directing me to just chat with windy. They finally got back to me through chat just to find the payment was a technical issue on their end. Now, I lost all my progress on the combine and now have to start over. UPDATE: Topstep was able to go out and about to help me with my fustration when they closed my account. They got back to me in a timely matter and resolve my issue. Thanks TopStep.

    My accounts were deleted. No refund given. I had two Funded and several combines that were removed by Topstep ‘Compliance Officer’.The reason they gave was that I used defamatory words on a Trustpilot review. Their customer service person tried to bribe me with a free reset if I amended or removed my negative Trustpilot review. When I didn’t remove or change the review, they cancelled my accounts without notice. Beware of Topstep, they are not looking for the traders’ best interest, despite what they portray online.

    So far so good. I have passed the Combine 100K in a few days and just reached the 5 day $200 (plus) level to be eligible for payout. It’s tricky to build your account when 3 cons count as 3 minis or 3 micros!!!! Scaling in was not my favorite part. But it’s their sandbox so I accepted the rules. I love the fact that they don’t apply all the scammy rules other prop firms use to deny payouts. Straight forward basic rules. Very doable. It’s also a plus that they are Tradovate compatible.

    Platform TSX is good.Support agents are nice but sometimes a bit slow to solve the issues.A lot of glitches lately : accounts deleted for no reason, payments shown as “due” while paid, lags, payouts taking way longer than expected…Maybe time for Topstep to invest a bit more funds in their structure, hire more support agents , etc.Could be a great prop, but has been taking the downslope lately

    Ich habe mehrere Proptrading Fielmann ausprobiert und das ist mit Abstand das beste was Seriosität, Zuverlässigkeit und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis  betrifft. Super.Einzigste, wo ich mir persönlich gewünscht hätte, dass in der Zukunft auch in Sprachauswahl auf dem Dashboard erscheint Deutsche Übersetzung Möglichkeit. Sonst absolut top und empfehlenswert .👍

    TopStep has many resources to succeed in trading. TopStepX platform, TopStep TV, daily feedback, Coaching, Discord, Community Support, etc. Most importantly, they have straightforward rules that are simple to follow. I highly recommend TopStep for Futures Trading.

    I passed the eval without any problems. However, after the eval was successfully passed, they decided to have a consitency rule, which was fine with me.The problem came with tradovate. Evidently, Topstep views micros as minis in tradovate, which is not my issue. During the eval, i traded with 5 micros which was fine. However, with the PA account, I was only able to trade 2 micros or/and 2 minis. With 2 micros, I would not be able to make $200 per day and even with 1 mini, I would have blown up the account. I tested it with papermoney.I contacted them asking them to change me to Topstepx, which, conviently, it does allow to trade 5 micros on a PA account. They refused even though I was told, I could change platforms after the EVAL. ( I have email proof)Since they did not change me to their platform and I would not be able to trade with tradovate, I decided to ask them for a refund but they again refused. Bottom line, stay away from this company as they do not do as they promise and have issues with their trading platforms. If tradovate view micros as minis, that is not my business since the rule stated clearly i would be able to trade more than 5micros during the Eval.

    Topstep provides all the education, support and tools you’ll ever need to become a profitable trader. The account set-up process is very user friendly, and the performance testing is simple and fair. If you can’t succeed with Topstep, I’m not sure this is the right line of work for you.

    My Name is Amos Rogers, Top Step seems to be a fraud, y’all be the judge. I had an account reset on January 2nd 2025, I placed 1 trade it closed in profit, since then I can no longer access my account, it’s reading “STATUS CLOSED”.This is un-acceptable, I’ve tried to contact Top Step via Windy, Support ticket, support email, and phone call, every method I tried keeps sending me to Windy which is a total failure, I have messages piled up on windy with no response, not one single one.Top Step shame on you, not even 1 reply? via no method?Unacceptable!!!
