    Topstep goes above and beyond. I am new to Topstep but I can see that they really do care about the service they are providing traders. There was an incident and couple weeks ago where there were some glitches with the system. People were complaining about not getting it resolved as fast as they wanted, but Topstep made sure that everyone was taken care of at the end of the day.

    I really love your service until now. That happen from 03/25/2024. Somebody use my card to buy the topstep account which I dont know. I tell topstep right away and follow their direction . I thought the issue was solve the problem. I have 10K to get payout and they told me they denie and block me because I charge my bank back follow their direction. I was very disappointed.I emailed and prove them every email I contact with them. And they still denie me.

    je n’ai jamais vu une societe que n’ai pas un service par mail ou telephone uniquement par des questionnaire ou ia.j’ai achetee une evaluation mais impossible de tradé car il avais pas de data sur le dom de nijatrader àpres 5 jour de tentative de avoir une personne que suit mon dossier je vais ajouter des compte des propfirm qu’on des support respectable.10 jours aprés sur le discors d’intrad quelque personne m’on annonce la demarche à suivre pour avoir l’assistance.A ma grande suprise tout se fait simplement mais il faut avoir l’habitude car la methode de topstep est trés trés rapide dés qu’on n’a compris le système tout ce fait par discord dans la rubrique assistance mais attention la 2éme rebrique assistance car la 1er rebrique assistance c’est pour avoir un coach pour les trader

    It’s a scam, chart candles change the wrong color when it goes up or down giving false signals. I’ve reported several times during evaluation and during funded account with no help. Blowing my account.

    Good experience so far. I’ve been struggling to reach payout status in 2024, finally succeeded. We will see how the payment process goes, but so far it’s been much slower than others. Also not the biggest fan of the new push to Live mentality. I’ve still got to recoup my losses here!

    Definitely the best prop firm I have worked with! Customer service is great and has improved a lot in the past year as well. They have their own trading platform with such great features that contribute to building good trading habits. Payout structure is solid and I love their copy trader as it worked seamlessly. What more can I say, i’ve been with them for 3 years now and have tried other firms but Topstep remains the best!

    I buy 2 account 100k they charge 200$ they just give for me 1 account , I ask them they tell i double check they charge 200$ and they don’t give me 1 more account, I never play with them again

    Topstep has the BEST support team! Kudos to Kourtland for such a quick reply on the eve of Christmas eve! Needed help setting up my Express Funded Account from my VIP trading combine and realized it was holiday week so I tried to tame my expectation of a reply but Kourtland seemed to have arrived from an Express Train to set-up my Express Funded Account. Now, that is Express!!! Felt like a real VIP! Thank you for my free VIP Account, Topstep. What a great Christmas gift. Topstep is the real VIP…Very Important Prop Firm!

    there is 2 things that i did not like about topstep1st thing is the activqtion fees if it was deducted from the first payout, that would be much better for all traders2nd thing is the 50% profit split after 5 winning daysthis 2 options are already included in other future propfims that i am about to work with them instead of working for a long time with TopStepi wish you will take this point as an priority to make TopStep the 1st in the industryto be honest with you i will not recommend TopStep to my community becuase of what i montionned above

    I have been rebilled a few times nowhere near the rebill date it happened a few times and I should have mentioned it earlier but this is now too much as I was literally told it would not happen again 2 days ago. It just seems to me that if u let it go once their system will keep on early charging u. Doesn’t seem random to me at all. It was good while it lasted TS.

    I Have been with Topstep since December 2023, watching TopstepTV as much as I can(Different time zones) and have been on their TopstepX trading platform from almost the beginning. After 1 year have now passed my first combine and received first XFA account.TopstepTV has helped me tremendously in my trading, the wealth of knowledge from the different staff members, especially the insight gained from John Hoagland and his wealth of experience but same from CEO Michael Patak and Eddy and their anecdotes and experience from trading in the Pit. The various coaches and guests like Ripps, Mohamed, Anne-Marie etc have also helped to shape my journey.TopstepX has had it’s challenges but everytime there has been a problem the Topstep Team has made it right, like with a recent issue I had in trade copying.

    Overall I am happy. The only thing that i did not like is that when you reset a combine account and pay the fee, you are not given a 30 day window. You are only given the remaining time from your existing period. In other words after this payment, you could be charged again even the next day.

    First off, futures trading is hard. Not everyone is going to make it. I’ve been using Topstep for about a year and a half. I have finally passed my first combine. The wealth of information that can be learned from Topstep instructors or just watching their live youtube everyday has been the best learning experience. Prop firms are mostly the same, but Topstep doesn’t feel like they are just taking my money as I kept trying, every failure made me dive into learning materials and I got closer and closer to making it. I don’t know if I’ll ever reach a payout or trade forever, but I’m glad I picked topstep. I would have lost so much money trading over time, trying to learn. If you want to make it trading futures, you need to practice first, if you can make it with a firm and they payout if you can actually trade, why risk your own money. If you pass the combine, it’s a one time fee to activate your acct. Use their money/account to see if you can even trade. Once to hit your profit targets, which are reasonable, you can get a paycheck the same way you would if you traded with your own money, without having to put your own money into an account. My advice would be to sign up and try if you’re interested. Follow Topstep TV, read their newletter. Catch a holiday deal to get a little off each month on the cost. The most you lose is $50 a month for a 50K acct, you will lose a lot more if you jump right in.

    Platforms like take profit trader doesn’t limit you to two trades per account and doesn’t make you wait 5 days to withdraw your money. I think if you guys Eliminated those two you’d have 5 stars for sure.

    Something feels really off to me and I left Topstep today. After a year of constantly passing and failing their combines, never getting a payout, and blowing through my bank account constantly resetting my combines and then BUYING a funded account with their made up fee of $149, just to have it blown within a couple days, I’m done. Really odd how I can pass a $50k combine within 3-4 days but after I spend the $149 to get a funded account, it gets blown over and over and over again within a couple days. EVERY SINGLE TIME! You have to purchase the $50 combine AGAIN, and I pass it again in a couple days, just to have the funded account (pay another $149 activation fee) blown again. My stops are ALWAYS taken out regardless where I put them. Tonight was a joke. Every trade I made was taken out and the account blown, same as yesterday. When they have MANY traders on discord complaining about trading issues they can’t be bothered. I was told I need to get a video recording of the issue. When I’m losing hundreds of dollars because their FLATTEN ALL POSITIONS BUTTON ISN’T WORKING, the last thing I’m thinking of is setting up a a screen recording. By the way, I did send a couple recordings and they saw the button NOT reacting, the next day (many had the same issue.) They did nothing. I don’t even want to get into the multiple billing for the $49 fee. I had my bank dispute it and topstep came back and denied it. This entire thing is a fiasco and I really feel no one wins any money, although they have their morning results on topstep tv for their top traders making $45,000 in a day or more. Whatever. I’m done. Good luck to you if you decide to try it. You’ll see what I mean. You will never get a payout, but they will get so much of your hard – earned money. I’m going back to using my own money. There are issues with every platform but at least my trading showed me results and the other platforms I traded with in the past didn’t feel fishy. What a huge mistake trying them out. They sell you on “use our money to make money” but with a $50k combine, you aren’t trading with $50k! You are trading with only $2k….your account blows up if you go below $2k. Very tight restrictions so it favors them.
