    I run into some small issues but have always been met with responsive and understanding individuals. As a whole my experience has been amazing with TopStep. This is my second review as I have been with them a while and whatever problem I am met with, they always work to help me through it as quickly as possible. Great service thus far.

    Pros: they provide education for beginners & have coaching sessions where you can ask questions, the payout structure seems fair, & you can have up to five express accounts.Cons: extreme lag on Topstep X, they require you to record/screenshot issues which means you have to risk capital, and the AI support bot isn’t sufficient for customer support

    I got funded finally ! But the first day on the funded account i determined that NQ was going to go up so I bought low , it started to go down which I was fine with but it went down to the point I lost 2k but as soon as my account was ineligible it went up and it went up super high . I could’ve made easily 5k. I just think if we were given more then a maximum of 2k loss limit it would be the perfect trading platform

    I like the platform except that you can’t put on a trail stop. I like the artificial inteligence that you all use. I don’t like that as soon as a blow up an XFA or Combine I can’t trade a practice account unless I open another combine. I would understand limiting it to 30 days because that’s as long as a combine lasts without the reset.

    I’ve tried several prop firms, and Topstep is by far the absolute best! Everything from their customer support to their trader development resources is phenomenal.The Combine and payout rules are a bit more challenging than those of other firms, but surprisingly, that’s the part I enjoy the most.Their requirements forced me to uncover and address significant weaknesses in my trading system—flaws I hadn’t even realized were there.As a result, I’ve become a much better trader than I was before joining Topstep, and to me, that’s priceless!As for negatives, honestly, the only downside I’ve encountered is that their TopstepX platform doesn’t offer alerts. To compensate, I have to use a separate app to set them.It’s not a major issue, and I’m definitely looking forward to seeing alerts integrated into their platform in the future.

    I was looking for a good prop firm and tried TopStep on the strength of personal recommendation. Very good value. Clear goal setting. Easy to understand ” rules ” . Trading View as a default platform. What’s not to like? …. Just need to master the skills now.

    this is scam company i have paid for 100k test and passed it and when i want to pay the 149$ fees to get the real account they won’t let me and they are telling me there is an issue on the system it’s been a week and still nothing changed for everyone reading this comment please be aware of this company and don’t start with it

    Everything with purchasing works excellent. I don’t like the limit on lots if you use Tradovate. Now that I got a express account it’s limited max 2 micros. I will not be able to take any payment in long time, because I don’t have only winning days. In my strategy I usually do 5 micros. And the bot you have as customer support it’s not that useful. It’s helpful for FAQ, but I don’t contact customers support for that.

    My experience has been great. Learning a lot, even though I blown several combine. From not knowing anything about trading and learning bit by bit. It’s pretty good to have the community. I also think that having a coach would be great, I just need to join the group coaching. I think my emotions are always the one getting me into failure, but I will learn more and stick to my strategies.

    Top step as a whole is gold!…I’m a blue collar utility worker who after many years of loosing money in the “markets” they have honed me in with there consistency rules and now I have a couple xfa ‘s and stacking some life changing $ In those accounts and Then I’m allowed to withdraw as my own 🤯 I can’t thank you enough for the opportunity!

    Topstep TV is great. It’s a subscription-based prop firm, and it can get pricey if you don’t manage your risk properly since combine reset will set you back another monthly fee to reactive. You do get a lot for your money since they have market masters. Stop by Topseptv to talk and give ideas on how to trade the market. They have knowledgeable coaches who break down their trades, not so you can copy their trades but so you can know why they are trading the way they do.

    Topstep has been super helpful in my experience thus far. Topstep ws referred to me by a couple of friends and i can see why they like this firm so much. One example of their excellent customer service was – I made a mistake in signing up with the incorrect combine and was worried that i wouldn’t be able to switch after i had purchased, without being charged another combine. Not only did Topstep’s Customer service agent ( Keshona) respond in a prompt timely manner (within an hr), I was able to switch combines with no headaches and no push back at all. So far i’m enjoying my experience and I like their rules and regulations for their eval phase much more than other firms that i’ve used in the past. Thank you Topstep

    It‘s great to have the opportunity to get so much capital by showing one‘s trading skills while only paying such a little amount. The only negative point that stands out to me is the daily loss limit as i have seen price trigger the daily loss limit and reversing right after too many times.
