    I would have rated 5 star if it showed my payout removed off of my express account after a day. It seems you are waiting for people to request payout and not remove the requested amount for a better chance of not having to payout or delay payment.

    I got two 50K accounts just because I happened to see their (rare, I was told) promo. That was 7 months ago. Every month I kept failing within 3 days of renewal. But finally this month I passed both in 4 trading days. What was different this time, I kept asking myself. I think I know the answer. I think it was the 150K practice account that was given for free for the purchase of combines. With much larger drawdown and up to 15 minis allowed, my “practice” was essentially useless – sloppy entries? no problem, just double down, triple down. So when I traded the combines with only 50K and only 2K drawdown, I traded as if I were “practicing” and kept failing.This time, I decided to NEVER practice on the practice account so that I wouldn’t get into bad habits and sloppy trades. Maybe this is the reason, maybe it isn’t, but I finally passed and it feels good.Aside from the practice account that didn’t work at all for me, their account activation fee for Sim Live is rather high, compared to competitors. I hope I can grow the account to get the payout so that I can activate the other account.

    I can declare with certainty-Topstep has gone bankrupt!Seems like they have fired all the Support Team and left only Ai Bot for new Evaluation Accounts to open. If something goes wrong, you even won’t get to trading. They don’t care about passed Evaluations and payouts anymore, cause without the Support Team it’s impossible. Don’t waste your money and time, look for another option. Topstep is dead!

    Soporte pésimo, solo hay un boot que no te resuelve de verdad. Aún no puedo operar pq no me deja acceder a la cuenta es una poca vergüenza top step después de pasar la prueba compré la cuenta 149$ y me enviaron el correo como que estaba activada pero llevo dos dias, la cuenta express aparece en la web de topsteps, pero no aparece en la plataforma para poder operarla. Una vergüenza el soporte!! nefasto. No le doy un cero, porque no se puede.

    Bought a 100 k challenge yesterday and stiil have not got my credentials . Also can’t log into the dashboard as it says my email is not verified yet . No verfying email was sent in order to do thaT . Very lousy job . No direct chat , I sent 100 emails ( incuding the invoice for the payment) …no answer. Did not have this problem with any propfirm . Good that I id not buy a bigger challenge and it was at a discounted price . Ok . Lets’ wait and see. But that’s not ok anyway .

    Awful prop firm that does not fix issues when things go wrong. Their platform has been a wreck to trade on and they don’t fix issues even though hundreds if not thousands of traders are impacted. Lost my funded accounts over tech issues and will not be wasting any more money on evals when there are other companies offering straight to funded.

    The prices and services are really good apart from charts and data provided. They are often laggy and the topstepx platform is unresponsive so that you can not place your orders and therefore lose your money or account. I have been using it for few months and every week there were serious issues with TopstepX platform.

    I actually felt topstep vsr one of the most legit firms, but have started to feel they give more shit to their customers and think about money (they even make a living from people dumping their challenges). there was a huge problem with their platform last night, and it was during the whole day. They won’t do anything about it and many have lost profits as well as accounts. They try to get around it in the easiest way, by saying it only happened in the first 30 minutes of the make open. However, it doesn’t fit and has been a problem all day, even 8 hours later I closed a trade that is in profit of 1.6k, immediately a minus of over 1k comes out of the blue…. few stand on your platform and take some responsibility

    Jared was extremely helpful (after I had dodged the bot) and came up with the solution for my issue rigt away. I was missing importing the license key into Ninja Trader.Actually, I believe this step is not part of the help video/article on connecting your Topstep accounts to Ninja Trader. I would recommend weaving it in.Thanks again Jared. Great experience.

    I have been trading with Topstep now close to one year and they are known to do the right thing for their users and today, December 9th on Globex open I tried trading NQ on a 50K combine, and the moment i went short on NQ, it showed that i had 1 lot positon , the price went against me so i tried scaling in with one more lot, but topstepx kept glitching showing me that i still have only 1 position so i went ahead and shorted again thinking the order did not went through , and again it kept glitching and then after 5-6 refreshes of my browser, it then showed that i was 6 lots short when in reality 50K accounts don’t even allow 6 lots,Reached out to topstep customer service and they blatently refused to restore those accounts which is not right.I have a recorded video that I also sent them but they said its not a system wide issue and it was an isolated issue that affected only my accounts so they cannot restore it.It clearly shows that the success has gotten to their head and they just don’t give a shit about their users.Shame on you guys for being so numb to the issues us users are facing.

    It’s been a roller coaster trading journey till date. Have blown up multiple accounts including xfa. However, each day has been a teacher. Topstep has so far been a good experience however I have not reached upto the level yet where I could comment anything on payouts and stuff.I hope once I am there it won’t be an issue, as trading in itself is quite stressful when starting and then the underlying thought of whether or not you get the payout you are working for adds to the pressure. So only time will tell. Apart from this, it has been a great experience. Keeping aside the losses,the discipline topstep tries to incorporate in a trader is the most valued thing. I would surely recommend all my acquaintances about topstep and I hope to be associated for a long time.

    The best in the industry,I have gone through many prop firms but Topstep stands at the TOP in the list. From initial stage to funded stage.. had problems with account activation payment due to the card provider issue but their support is top notch,they provided solution and finally on the funded stage..Will rewrite the review once I receive my first payout.

    Está semana todo estaba bien hasta que tuvieron problemas con la plataforma topstep X y faltando 412 dólares para pasar mi prueba me llegó un correo donde me informan que ya había superado mi valuación, que podía realizar el pago de mi cuenta live, después me entero que tenía problemas y al día siguiente mi saldo aparece que me trataba 656 dólares esto me desagradó puesto venía de tener una mala experiencia con la empresa uprofit los cuales me negaron un pago y cerraron mi cuenta sin motivo alguno.

    I get my account blown up a second after executing an order. Just like that. It was not a loosing trade and I still received a message that I exceeded the threshold. Customer service is not 24h which sucks, now I have to wait until tomorrow to contact them and then wait a couple of days to get a response. So frustrating. I would never recommend this bullshit to anyone

    Warning with this site !! I am not a great trader and made a lot of mistakes but just when i was getting the hang of trading, topstep charts moved in opposite directions to all of my analysis charts. Stopping me out numerous times. Tried to raise the problem with their support department and they told me the trading view, and meta trader 4 was wrong and there site to right. I tried all the other trading platforms and they must be wrong also. It seems like they dont like someone winning trades and they like stopping you out so they can get more revenue from resetting your account and starting again. So disappointed with them and would advise people not to use

    So far so good. Got funded, no problems. Customer support is nice – there were technical problems for few days, so I got one free reset that doesn´t expire. Let´s see if I´ll make it to withdrawal and see if it is as smooth as the process so far.

    There are so many limitations to trading so I found myself taking in more risk… either 2 minis or 2 micros at a time. At least change it to 2 minis or 20 micros. I don’t see myself reattempting until this changes

    Been with topstep for 2 years. Recently passed another 100k combine intra day. I let David with customer service know and he marked it and got my xfa for Asia session. No other prop firm compares to Top Step. From discord and YouTube community to customer service. Elite all around.
