    The website needs work. The account login where we see our performance needs quite a bit of work. The page loading is sometimes unstable. Sometimes it loads part but not all of the page. The mobile site for TopstepX can use some work. Sometimes it takes a few tries to load topstepx on mobile.

    My only complaint is If I profit 700$ on a 50,000$ funded account Next day my max loss includes my total profit of 700$ raising my loss limit to 48,700$My max loss should remain 48,000$I don’t understand why companies can’t just want you to win and succeed there’s always so many things holding you down companies can’t just be fair If I make 8000$ profit and lose 2000$ of my profit you kick me off account 😂

    Never use their topstepx mobile web browser to place/watch over trades. If you have an issue of lag or glitches that results in account loss, they won’t even bother to help you with a resolution unless it was widespread or if you traded on pc. There’s no point of even glorifying the web browser on phone or announcing it; if all issues would be swept under the rug and they wont ever come up with a resolution for mobile trades that topstepx platform had issues with. You need video proof — I’ve provided video proof for past accounts loss months ago and it was not even worth it for them which had no end result that helped with my accounts.Every agent you get connected to will have the same response even if escalated to Level 2. So unfortunate because I love this company and mentioned them to friends that are now trading on the platform.

    OK. They are flexible, which on the way to get funding is very helpful!The number of mistakes I have made, the discovery of how the price behaves differently at different sessions, time of day, week, etc. and how I react (and shouldn’t) emotionally ! — rollercoaster which with any other company, I wouldn’t be able to afford… to pay for so many resets as I have.So for a beginner, it is a GREAT platform to learn and they provide help when you ask! So highly recommend — affordable, well-organized and pleasant — there is no pressure and the most important is that you can really see the goal as achievable.

    Brilliant features on topstepx. Needed assistance one time and they were quick to handle it. Would like to see a tp and sl drag option for pending orders, not just when it is executed, and alerts would be amazing too.

    Welll, I was inquiring about the removal of losses from today…I had a 150K account that was lost during that timeframe and the account appears to be ineligible from what I can tell. This happened one other time and the message was all negative trades wouu go d be removed then they reversed that statement and since I was up on the day they did. Nothing but I had still lost significant gains during the outage so not too happy with Topstep at the moment

    I have been with topstep for a while now and I had to leave a review for everybody and anybody to understand what they are getting into if you choose topstep. You will not be disappointed. They are for the traders, and many of them are traders. A example of them looking out for you (the topstep trader) is their platform topstepx had some issues that affected traders yesterday. Guess what did topstep did?well let me tell you they gave everyone a free reset, which is the same as a new combine with no strings attached. They do this sort of stuff all of the time. Not just when there is platform issues, they even do this as prizes if you tune into topstep tv. I will never choose any other prop firm other then topstep, because there is nothing out there that can come close to topstep. So please give them a try and I promise you, will not be disappointed. And a massive shoutout to Amber who is so incredibly amazing. cheers

    hello dear after I decided to reset my account because of your matter of disconneting topstepx platform , I want to reset my combined account right now but I cant find the reset tap behind my account NUM , in dashboard , pleas let me know why this matter I got, and I need those account too, If you cant help me defenaitly u got a another review in trust piolot again after I got ineligible because of topstepX disconected and we got notified from petak to give us a reset at that time , why you dont care??? after a while I decided to use my reset in profile but I cant find reset Butt in my dashboard?!! topstepx platform hulted my trade goes to negative after 4 min and my combined account hit daily draw down but I see you tube TV and michel PEtak said dont wory guys we reset your account , but I didnt get that , pleas someone explain

    The trading combine experience was very straightforward and fair. The rules and requirements were simple. Any technical issues with the platform or data feed, etc, were addressed by the company and fully corrected if necessary. Anyone looking for a reputable Prop firm to trade with would be hard pressed to do better than Topstep.

    What went wrong this time? You mean what has been going wrong with Topstep for a LONG time now~ Topstep, and their affiliates on Topstep TV, are quick to parrot the slogan “we will make it right”, but when it comes time to actually follow through on that PROMISE, they fall SO far short of it, its literally false advertising. They look after THEIR bottom line, and if too few traders suffer catastrophic issues, they will do nothing~ The only time topstep does anything if traders have issues caused by topstep, or their “flagship platform” Topstep X is if enough traders have an issue that it will potentially affect their bottom line~ And ONLY THEN~ Do yourself a favor, go to one of the MANY futures brokers that are available and start your OWN personal brokerage acct. AMP futures, Tradovate, Iron Beam, all firms that are 1000x better than Topstep. Not to mention there is no “combine” to pass, or “XFA registration fee” (for a SIM acct btw), and you wont have to deal with all of the shady BS that topstep does behind the polished facade that they put on~ Take it from someone who has traded with Topstep for many years and has finally had enough of them pulling the same old BS, get your OWN account and you will be 1000x better off.     I have been trading with this company for nearly a year now. The platform TopstepX is very user friendly and intuitive; in addition I have only noticed a couple very minor programming issues. When brought to their attention, it was quickly resolved, and always in my favor. They take the suggestions of their users seriously and regularly update with new additions/modifications. The customer service is excellent, I have dealt with ~a half dozen representatives, and they’ve all been super nice, genuine people. I’ve yet to see any shady business, and guidelines are well written and easily identifiable. I’d recommend TS to any trader looking to practice or to bring in extra income.

    Due to an extended illness I needed to cancel my monthly subscription. I was having issues cancelling due to some type of glitch. Thank goodness for top notch support. Omg..Destin was so professional and supportive. My only regret is not connecting with TopStep sooner. TopStep is no#1 in my book.

    I started a combine back in October. As a new trader that is looking to grow and learn this industry, I can say that Top step has helped me a lot with the teaching, trading psychology and community. It seems that Topstep really cares about the success of all the trader from the beginners to the top ones. Because of that I was able to pass the combine!!
