    Hello I am gonna describe my experience with this stupid ass company I had my EXPRESS ACCOUNT And I achieved everything they required They denied my payouts I have proof Because of my country To be aware ( my country isn’t in there restricted liste ) I paid for the activation fees also But they denied my payout the worst thing you can do is you cut peoples hard work you don’t know how much they need there fruits They didn’t refund my activation fees also the blocked my accountStupidity is not professional

    Reached $10k payout now with 5 express funded 50k accounts over last 15 days. I have tried using their Ninjatrader and TopstepX options but I’ll say Topstep should not be used if you’re not using TopstepX option. There is no daily loss limit and you can trade micros on TopstepX unlike all the other platforms

    After passing the combine, we then pay a fee of 150.00. Ok I agreed to that. With the XFA account at least give us the same number of contracts (5) that we had in the combine. Or better yet, give us one(1) reset at 75.00. Your current set up looks like a money grab on your behalf. It is possible to make money and help people.

    Chart seems to change from time to time and sometimes when I go from on tab to another one and back it has switched from practice to my combine and even my XFA account but I have marked levels up and then they disappear and I have notice the wicks have changed sizes

Keshona una trabajadora con la que tuve el placer de coincidir, me ayudó respondiendo muchísimas dudas, resolviendo problemas con mi plataforma e inclusive entendiéndome y recompensándome, tocando el lado humano. Estoy muy agradecido con los trabajadores de topstep. Me gustaría una leve mejora en la IA y los chats, pero estoy más que conforme y el soporte en línea es muchísimo mejor que el de muchas otras empresas.

    Could not even get past sign up on there very glitchy sign up page as the send verification button would not work,try to contact support is just a bot that says will respond in a within a day!What a joke save your time and money and move on.

    Trading combine is fair and on point (To trade and make consistent profits). Was able to receive my first payout yesterday. It would be amazing if Topstep also provides a mobile app to at least check the prices of tradable products so that we can react to the price change.

    I wanted to give Topstep trader a one, but I felt that it probably would have been too harsh.I don’t believe that a company that prides itself of being one of the best prop firms in the market should completely leave its clients without any way of contacting the support centre to resolve the issues they experience.Now everything goes through “Windy” a Chatgpt bot that the only thing it does is referring you in circle until you give up trying.I experienced and issue with billing and trying to get in touch with support and the only thing I was able to achieve was a great deal of frustration for not been able to even open a support ticket.I may not be the smartest cookie, but I think that it is ridiculous that people cannot contact support and that a company like Topstep does not allow its clients to contact them. Is there anything good in this kind of customer service?

    I had few evaluations and I was funded twice, I never withdrew any money. I always got help from their discord mod Carmen Sandiego but I noticed she is not there anymore, she is very motivated and helpful I don’t know if she is on vacation but please bring her back to work! We miss her terribly!

    I have great experience with TopStep so far. They are absolutely the best propfirm in the world. Their rules are clear, support very nice and quick and their platform eazy to use. The only one thing I regret is the fact that I joined TopStep so late, because before I was trading forex only. TopStep is absolutely TOP so their name is created well. I will stay with them forever!

    Topstep TV has been a great resource to learn about the Futures Markets at no cost. Not only I get to learn about the Futures Markets but also get to interact with the Topstep Coaches and members on the discord community. Looking back at myself 11 months ago( that’s when I first joined topstep) , I have seen huge improvement on my trading techniques and the overall perspective of the markets. I am glad to be a part of this wonderful community where I get to learn everyday!
