    Great company but sometimes not always best when there are bugs, that occur on their end. Cost me a lot of money once, and they didnt make up for it, saying I dont have video evidence of it…. but other than that, usually everything is fine with them.

    I had my first encounter with the Topstep support team today. Lukasz responded to me quickly and resolved the problem immediately. He explained the issue as he went along and was very helpful.     Great experience, no problems with connection & getting your orders filled unlike other prop firms. Also like how they lock you out of the account for the day before hitting your max threshold, gives you time to cool off and re evaluate your trading strategy, and the free resets as well.

    The company is built on misconception out the gate in which they place the blame on the consumer stating that the consumer should have done research. I purchased an $50k account and completed the combine just to go to a funded account and it have restricted access that I didn’t have with the combine. (All prop firms show face value, you purchase this and this is what you get 10 minis and 100 micros etc which is not the case with Topstep). I reached out to a supervisor who was blatantly rude to me and disregarded my concerns. The only positive I will say about this company is you can call and speak to a live person. But to charge someone money and then have them go through the process of a combine, just to change rules after the combine is not okay. Neither is disrespecting the customer.

    The live PHONE …. also What I have enjoy is the constant update and upgrade of TOPSTEPX Platform … looking forward to the features coming soon such as TIME OUT TRADING minutes hours where we corrently only have 24 hr … that is great … now customer service is much better bc of the live phone person to answer our issues…

    Have tried a few propfirms but ultimately returned to topstep. They have their own platform that has very good features like allowing you to set your daily loss limit or to lock yourself out for the day from trading.Took my first payout with them and it was very smooth and fast.

    As a fairly new trader (2 years) I didn’t know what to expect when I first started with topstep. What made me chose them was the fact that it doesn’t feel cheap or like fly by night funding. The comprehensive breakdown of your trading does most of the work you would otherwise have to sit-down and write out yourself. I personally like their funding rules, helps build character and discipline for trading. Also the fact that they let you use any major trading platform is perfect. I personally like using tradeovate platform with the Tradingview add-on. And I recently just passed my trading combine for the 1st time with them, I’m definitely sticking with these guys for the long haul. Big ups to the whole TopStep team, thnx a bunch!

    I really like Topstep! Their TopstepX platform is very easy to understand and I just like the interface a lot. Was having some issues yesterday with the platform and lost money because of it but Topstep acknowledged the issue and reset everyone’s balance. Really cool prop!! So far I have 1 funded account but looking to expand it to 5 and keep working with you guys, thxx for the oppurtunity!

    Por el momento la verdad que no tengo nada de que quejarme, el soporte ha sido bueno, a veces hay demora porque se envia un mensaje por medio del chat el cual luego se responde por mail habitualmente, pero las veces que hubo algun inconveniente con la plataforma propia, lo han resuelto a la brevedad y siempre dando la solucion para el trader.Espero sigan mejorando y dando un soporte mejor dia a dia para toda la comunidad de topstep!     Only 2 days into the journey, & I can already tell you that Topstep is head & shoulders above any competition…!!First of all, their platform is AMAZING, & the Topstep TV is a stroke of genius…!!The icing on the cake is that when I have a problem, I actually get to speak to a real human being on the phone, in my case Gina, who was sharp as a razor…!!

    Scamming Platform. They have a option called Adjest stop loss and take profit, but that thing is not even working sometimes, It will surely hit the profit target and close the trade, but once it comes to stop loss the price does not hitting a stoploss, instead of hitting a stoploss it goes down and down until your acc get canceled, I think they are doing this on purpose to make more money because otherwise why I can’t even hit flatten button when it goes down without hitting my stoploss ? and by the way, this guy’s customer service is too bad. laterally waited a whole day to receive a single message from them and the way they argue about customers is insane—a waste of money. DISAPPOINTED, NOT RECOMMENDED.

    Horrible platform. Don’t use it. They ripping your moneyoff. I had a issue with my all 3 accounts and waited 2 days to receive a massage from MADISON (that’s the lady texted me that she will be back in short) and I’m still waiting. I can’t even log into my accounts now. This Platform have glitching problems, sometimes the fix stop loss and take profit thing not working, that’s what happened to me (several times,) so yesterday I saw a email that all my accounts got cancel because of this issue, and I trying to proof to these people about this issue, but no one even replying to my massages. HORABLE SERVICE.

    This is not my first experience dealing with a prop firm, so for me to come across an issue,and it be solved swiftly, is a MASSIVE PLUS! I explained my issue, and one of their agents(Sorell) was quick to resolve the issue. The interaction was definitely positive, and didn’t just feel like another number!
