    I love the way Topstep tries to help the traders. I love Michael Patak for the tone at the top he is setting in the culture around Topstep. I have not had a payout yet but I will not go to another prop firm at this time as I believe that I will be eventually successful with all the guidance I acquire with TopstepTV and the coaches. Thank you Topstep for all that you are doing.

I liked the feeling of trading real markets without worrying about significant personal losses. That said, their rules remain strict even after you’re funded, and you have to be careful to stay within the limits.Overall, my experience with Topstep was a mix of growth and challenges.     After successfully purchasing and passing the Trading Combine, traders are required to sign up for an Express Account, which allows them to begin trading under the program’s conditions. Each trader is permitted to hold up to 5 Express Accounts. However, to acquire a second Express Account, traders must purchase and successfully complete another Trading Combine evaluation, even if they have already demonstrated their trading skills by passing the initial combine.This policy raises concerns about its practicality and fairness. If a trader has already proven their trading abilities by passing the initial evaluation, requiring them to repeat the process to obtain additional accounts seems redundant. Critics may argue that this practice appears to serve as a revenue-generating strategy rather than genuinely supporting traders’ progression. Such policies could be perceived as exploitative, potentially deterring experienced traders from continuing with the program.

    I love this Propfirm save me a lot of money learn along the way. I am now in profit, despite all the trial and error luckily Topstep is very affordable for me. I’m just an average Joe I really recommend this for people who wants to learn about trading without losing so much and possibly earn money along the way like me.     Unfortunately they don’t go by their set ethos or policies, or rather they do and would use it against you when possible, especially when you are funded in the payout requesting stage. I’ve had problems with communications and still waiting for my payout to be processed. Not planning on returning; there are better futures competitors out there.

After paying for a 50k account for the third time and activating and paying for an xfa account for the first time, I finally made my first payout today.     I am new to Topstep. I am moving to Topstep from another proprietary trading firm. Quite frankly, my expectations were quite low; that said, Topstep exceeded all my expectations. Topstep was a bit different from the other firm, so I had some reasonably basic questions. The customer service representative was named Kennedy, and Kennedy was outstanding; in fact, Kennedy contacted me on a Sunday evening after I had submitted my service request. By the time the markets opened on Monday morning, my issues had been resolved! This is exceptional customer support and not something I routinely experienced as a customer of proprietary trading firms. I had heard that Topstep was industry leader and, based on my experience, I totally agree! They were outstanding and I would highly recommend them!

    I had a bad experience with them and i believe that they are scammers. All those who giving 3 start or more might be paid by these people. This is a real-life experience. I spent my money on topstep for 10 months and pass a lot of challenges. Suddenly they blocked my account because they claim its Fraud. Just because I use a different bank account and this bank from a legit and trusted bank. They do not even reply my email when I email them to show proof of the bank card. Very disappointing to know that my efforts and money are lost to the scammers.

    To those who wants to start trading with this company or is still paying money for this company in hopes of getting money. You will never get it. This company is a scam. I was listening to Youtube and they are talking about their scam schemes, but i ignore until it happened to me. Money was spent on this company for 10 months and out nowhere they told me that my card is fraud when my card was from a legit bank company. They are also not replying to my email. This is the email address they are using…aj.davis topstep-949ca9db770d.intercom-mail. Sus?If you are looking at this company to trade or if you are still paying it now, please don’t start and remove yourself. You’ll lose a lot of money and efforts.

    It took me 16 months to pass the 50k trading combine, but it was a necessary pain in order to make me a better trader, had almost no issues with the platforms, and when/if having an issue, the TopStep team will be very understanding and will gladly help with it.i am yet to be able to withdraw profits.

    Be sure to make your account through TopStep X or else you can not trade properly on your live account. They limit 2 contracts no matter what you are trading. So essentially, I was able to trade 2 contracts on the mini Nasdaq but couldn’t trade 3 on the micro Nasdaq on the same 50k funded account because I wasn’t on topstepX

    Topstep are the ONLY online futures prop that I wish to invest not just my money But my time with.The most reliable & trustworthy company in the space.Also, don’t bet against first mover advantage. They create the space and will always be the no.1 for me. I use no other futures prop for that reason nor will I.Recently activated 5 50k XFAs after joining a few months ago making the switch from FX to futures.

    They had problems with TopstepX twice.First time i got free reset second time it was being funded account.CEO telling everyone on youtube live not to worry everything will be fixed you will get you money back but behind customer service terrible. Just generic message and No reply. Cant trust their platform TopstepX!!

    I had the pleasure of speaking with Sorell in chat support today. I had an account that unfortunately was invalidated, but allowed me to still trade. I would have passed the account, had it not been for the invalidation (going below the minimum threshold), but to help make it right Sorell helped me out with a free account reset. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with TopStep.

    Achtung! Habe dort zwei mal 3 Accounts gekauft und diese nie erhalten. Beim ersten Mal wurde mir geschrieben es sei etwas schief gelaufen und meinem Profil wären deshalb 3 resets zugeordnet wurden. Dann dachte ich gut die 3×45€ für die Challenge sind ja nicht weg, da ich jetzt 3 resets habe… somit habe ich erneut 3 Accounts gekauft und diese wieder nicht erhalten. Somit hat topstep 6×45€ von mir und ich nicht mal einen Account den ich traden kann. Totaler Scam und reine abzocke!

    Topstep had a server wide glitch today and my account suffered and became ineligible. Created another account because of it because company was transparent at the time and now im stuck with an extra charge when it wasnt needed.

    as the plane is built in the air some issues and imperfections will show up but today the CEO offered a trader that was going through some rough times in life and trading a one on one with one of his coaches this was amazing to see. definitely the best place to be for all prop traders. blessings to all.

    Topstep customer support is so slow. My account on Tradovate says it has hit the maximum loss limit, but on the Topstep dashboard, it says I haven’t. Yet I can’t place any trade on Tradovate, and it says the order was rejected. It is not a daily loss limit; it is a maximum loss limit. Topstep, please help.
