    Have traded with various prop firms and therefor with my experience Topstep is the best in the business, they have topstep tv on YouTube where they share their knowledge and have there own platform which is easy to trade from, i have taken pay-outs from them which did not take longer than 3 business days, therefor im giving them 5 stars

    I had submitted a ticket online through the TopstepX platform on 10/31/24 due to an XFA that was closed due to a glitch. The Topstep online dashboard was accurate but the TopstepX platform was inaccurate. So I waited a few days and didn’t receive a response. Someone in their discord chat informed me that I should just call and not wait for the online system, since it had been a couple of days.I called on Monday afternoon of the 4th and spoke to Natalie. She was very friendly and welcoming. I explained to her what had happened in detail and she was very concerned. Needless to say, this issue was elevated to additional team members and the issues were resolved rather quickly. I received my XFA back with the accurate balance. Natalie also followed back up with me to see if she could help with anything additional. Natalie is definitely a rock star, she was friendly, cordial, and made sure my issue was her issue.Thank you!

    This company scams people. Their broker freezes and stops you from passing when your doing well they clearly don’t wont people to pass. When mentioning to the staff they just say they don’t care. Terrible service.

    I love some things and like just about everything. The TV guys and the banter is great. All add something. The overall technology of the Dashboard and the Combine with the smooth transitions to new combine is awesome. The part that is not as good is the charting is limited compared to TView and what it actually offers for indicators so I have to pay them separately to get a better view. That is 1 star. The 50k funded account is limited to 20 micros or 2 minis so it’s harder to get the income than it is on a combine 50 micros. My humble opinion is add another 10 or split the diff. That is star 2. The only other thing is once funded it seems like you should get a pass on the monthly combine if not using it. Keep up the good work! 3 Stars but almost 5

    Anyone looking for a fair Trading platform and professional customer care staff Topstep is the one.I recently had the opportunity to experience the services offered by Topstep, and I must say, it has been an exceptional journey. From the moment I signed up, I was impressed by the professionalism and expertise of their staff. Jeniffer was always amazing with fast replies and absolute professionalism and understanding on some mistakes i made due to the fact that i am amateur. I felt like they have assigned her to answer most of my mails :)I can’t find a reason not to have Topstep and its customer care on my side while trading these crazy markets. This level of customer service truly sets them apart from other trading platforms i tried in the past so keep up the good work and thank you for everything until so far!!

    Big shoutout to TopStep. This company is so user friendly, and they are so reliable, this is why they’ve been around for years! Payouts are received within 2-3 days, but typically even the same day. They really made it to where trades can grow and become consistently profitable. The markets can be harsh, but TopStep is always there to give trades a chance, even after you screw up. This makes them the best prop firm out there!!

    The platform and the experience with costumer service is very good. THey respond and recognize if there is something wrong. I had issues with the billing system, but they resolved it and make it up to me. I wouldn’t change them for other prop firm, they are my partners.

    I’m new in the futures trading scene and i absolutely love the whole Topstep experience. The coaches are amazing on Topstep tv, so much to learn and entertaining as well. It keeps you very engaged, making the learning process much easier and fun. I’ve recently passed my first combine( just passed number 2 this morning) the onboard process on the combine and then into an xfa could not have been easier. I look forward to utilizing more of the resources to continue my trading career. Hoping to get my children into trading with Topstep as well.
