    I have been a trader for many years with some success but in the end, failure. I stay with it because I love it. My one regret is that Topstep didn’t exist when I started so many years ago.I have paid many thousands of dollars on education that ultimately had no real effect on my trading. But as a bell-to-bell viewer of Topstep TV, there is not a day that goes by that I do not pick up some significant insight into my trading!I am long overdue in writing this review but it is spurred on by my experience on Friday with Topstep phone support and Tim.What an incredibly warm caring individual! His non-rushed attitude made me feel like I was important to him and my concerns were his utmost priority. Not only did take the time with me but thoroughly answered all my questions.As far as I’m concerned Topstep has evolved into a partner for life

    I have been with Topstep for a few months now. First let me say that anytime I need to reach out to them they are always there, courteous, professional and go above and beyond their calls of duty to provide me the help and understanding I am needing at the time in helping me resolve my issue. They only have a few rules to follow and allow the trader the freedom to trade their style of choice. They offer all of the better platforms with their proprietary platform being TopstepX, an upgrade of the actual Tradingview platform. They payout weekly, allow copy trading and allows 5 accounts at once. What more could one want??!! I have been funded with them but due to my own personal bad practice of discipline have not yet received a payout. Before I came to Topstep I was trading Forex with many different prop firms and funded with several. Due to the changes at the beginning of the year with the U.S. Forex prop firms I began to look for an alternative trading opportunity. I remembered that when I first began to trade Forex years ago, my research led me to Topstep as my number one choice BUT they were not offering Forex at the time, only futures. So I went another direction. However, now that Forex was ending for me and Futures looked to be my best choice, Topstep immediately became my number one choice due to the research I had done years ago. Years ago, they were my number one choice and after a brief bit of current research they still were. I am extremely happy so far and have nothing negative to say about them. Maybe I can come back and add to this once I receive a few payouts. I have no desire to go anywhere else and feel confident you will feel the same once you join them.

    Everything you could want in a prop firm. Relaxed and simple rules but most importantly the customer support is top tier. Had a technical issue and Sorell solved it immediately and gave me something extra for the trouble. Literally made my day!

    Timothy is a perfect example of the type of pepole to keep your dream alive. there are hundreds of prop firms out there. what make a person loyal to one isnt the platform its the people after the sale the people that are there when you need help. sure every system has a support center. that is the heart of the company. how we are treated and interact will alway outweigh the quick incentives. when you have people like Timothy on the front lines make you feel they care about you and the issues you are asking help with when you are beig helped fully and genuinly listen and have a conversation with you while resolving the reason for the call repair the problem and never push you out the was Top Step will remain on top is people like Timothy. i will give you one better. i tried takeprofittrader with the instant payouts and all they offered. when i contacted customer service with a issue i was greeted with a brick wall informing me that i had to have live videos of what issue i had. very abrasive. right then all i could think about is how i was disrespected how the person projected negitivity at me with every word. they made my decision crystal clear. a cheaper price or more relaxed incentives cant replace how you feel you matter to them or not. the staff at top step are by far are decades better than any other prop firm out there to date of the over 60 diffrent ones i have tried before stumbling onto them. no where will you find a company that treats the traders with dignity and respect. have you hanging up the phone and feeling greatful for a fine group. thank you topstep and thank you Timothy for all you do to help all of us to strive to be better and consistent

    Leaders in the space, but support is still really bad to be honest. Closing out tickets etc before payouts are actually processed. I’ve seen other traders get payouts in 48h but mine have always taken OVER a week (fastest so far was 12 days).The platform, the rules, the trading are all solid, but very sad to see they don’t seem to prioritize payment speed or live traders at all.

    It is the worst company with customer support, they use a bot and it is impossible to talk to a person. I requested a withdrawal and it was accepted, they took the balance from my account but the money never arrives. After 3 weeks I still haven’t been able to talk to anyone. The bot is a wheel, you always go back to the same place, desperate and frustrating.     Good afternoon, I have a compliance problem with topstep, I went to make a withdrawal and it was denied.They told me that there had been a chargeback and I responded to the email saying that I resolved it with my bank and explained the situation, it has been 4 days and I have not received any response!I’m waiting for a response from TopStep to help with my problem.I just want to resolve it so I can receive my withdrawal.It’s been 4 days since I received a response.

    I set my stop loss at $150 but it didn’t take me out until $400. I complained about the issue and was told they did not see that and I would have to provide a screen recording to prove it. I cannot repeat exactly what happened but I had multiple other trades with slippage. I went back and forth with emails until I got tired and just opened another combine with different platform in hopes it doesn’t happen on this one.

    First time being funded with a Futures prop firm. A little different from what I am used too. But I read through all the rules and was good to go with Too Step. Going through the Combine, to Express and then (most importantly) to withdrawing profits was an overall great experience. No issues and any questions I had were quickly answered and no stress dealing with their Support Team. Who answered my e mails quickly, professionally and felt like they were eager to help instead of just trying to half a$$ it and get me gone. Haha!Thank you Top Step 🙏

    Topstep is great! I can trade the way that suits me. The only rule is to not exeed the Max drawdown. I use topstepX wich is also crisp and clean.If any problem accure topstep is fast to fix it and make things right.You can rely on Topstep!

    Anyone looking for a Trading platform to start Trading on, Topstep is the one. I was always looking for a Platform like Topstep. Great prices. Fair conditions for your trading plan. And most important, great and very quick support if you have any questions. I also love the fact, that you can Trade together with the big names on YouTube FOR FREE!! It’s called TopstepTV and I watch the stream every day while I trade. Unfortunately I missed out on having trading buddies before which makes it hard to stay consistent and motivated but since I started trading on Topstep, it feels like a new chapter in my life. Exactly what I was looking for, Thanks!!

    I have been trading with Topstep around 4-5 years. Always keep Traders away from payout anxiety. Real professional firm with no drama. Support was bit chaotic few months back, But they improved a lot these days. I suggest to go for any other prop firms only after full allocation with Topstep.

    Incredibly and refreshing prop firm experience. I have tried 2 others, and they did not offer the support or tools that you get with Topstep. No stupid rules or arbitrary goals. Very simple and straightforward trading challenge. First and foremost, the team and the content are great. I have already spent hours and hours watching the Youtube videos, shorts, and reading the articles on their website. I love the vibes and the positive energy. The streaming is probably excellent, but I am usually at work. Secondly, the trading platform TopstepX is next level. Tradingview integration is clear and easy to read. I have never used a DOM, and I like it a lot for setting orders. The manual lockout feature is something I have never seen anywhere, but I am locking out almost every day now. It ends the stress and FOMO and you can get get on with life until the next trading. Really cool. Keep it up guys. I look forward to opening 4 more $150k accounts soon!

    I had tried every other trading platform but regret not finding this gem sooner, few rules with easy payouts, amazing ambassadors in the group as well for example Hera V3.0版本－ Wei派万年大白鹳🥣～, TuxedoMaskMeow and PingoTrader. They especially helped me a lot with all my questions when arriving to Topstep and choosing my own native language Chinese. Everyone here is a legit, successful trader, aiming to help you win.

    I’ve been trading with TopStep off and on for over 4 years now. Given what’s happened to the prop space recently I thought it was important to write a review of a company that has consistently done things right with respect to my personal situation. With exception of a few customer support hiccups(length of time to respond), which they’ve acknowledged, they’ve paid me in a timely manner and investigated every inquiry I’ve had with professionalism and courtesy.When I was really struggling as a trader I was posting in the FB group and John Hoagland even looked me up and called me for a coaching session. I cannot begin to tell you how much that meant to a trader who was just starting out.5-star firm as of 11/7/24.Lowering to 3-star firm due to Project X issues on 12/9/24 that weren’t fixed as of 12/16/24. Unfortunately even with visual evidence and logging the issue wasn’t rectified by Tier 2 support.

    5 starsI’m so glad I went with Topstep, instead one of its competitors, when I began trading futures at the beginning of the year. The road to funding is reasonable, and I’ve not heard about a single issue with getting payouts. This firm prioritizes getting traders who can prove themselves to the live markets. Topstep TV has completely transformed my trading. I especially love that there are so many different traders with different ways of looking at the market and completely different styles of trading. Despite having the same programming schedule, there is always something new to learn. Constructive CriticismCombine Stage: The consistency target seems obsolete now that it’s just 1 step, 1 rule, especially now that the DLL has been removed. I know why its there, but I don’t see how risk management can get a sense of a trader’s consistency when they can pass in as little as 2 days. On TSTV, most days, you’ll hear someone advising traders to trade the combine just like you would trade the XFA. Why not re-structure the combine to fit the parameters of the XFA (minus the payout requirement). Remove the consistency rule, and replace it with the scaling plan. That way traders are not forced to leave a winning trade early, trade extra, or enter bad trades to lose money on the day because they went over the 50%. No live trader is ever going to say “oops, i made too much money, let me fix that.” 1Step = Combine Challenge, 1 Rule = Trade it like an XFA to reach your profit target. TSTV: It may or may not be an issue much longer, but please limit the political talk involving the two parties and their candidates. Politics absolutely affect the markets, but all MP has to do is look like he’s about to say something political or request a political poll and the “donkeys” (KH meme reference) in the chat go nuts. Great for your engagement metrics, but when the markets are actually moving, you can’t see valuable info about the charts from genuine contributors through the spam in chat. And then there’s always an awkward silence and the vibe of the whole segment shifts. As a chronic Bell-2-Bell sub, its annoying. Group Coaching or Strategy Lab: Can we get Rips, Hoag, and the dude from Edgeful on to talk more about how they read market generated data? I’d love to learn more about how Rips uses Bookmap, which program Hoag uses for TPOs, and how Edgeful dude uses data to aid his trades. All – in – all, you’re doing great, Topstep! I look forward to seeing how I progress as a trader and how you guys progress as a company!!
