    Andy and Bryan helped solve my issues! when my combine was up $1k Italie ignored my concerns and said i was not entitled to a free reset when i just wanted it fixed…Bryan and Andy both handled the situations to the best their ability and i am very happy with them just resolving the issue, reset or not, i got the answers i needed

    I’ve recently started trading futures and stumbled upon Topstep, as a new trader I had numerous questions about the platform, how it worked, etc. Although I read the faq and scoured the internet for answers, I was still confused on certain aspects of it. For all my remaining unanswered questions, I decided to reach out to support and was connected with Natalie, she was great! She answered all my questions thoroughly, and completely! I was left amazed because, honestly, thought I was going to receive a robotic reply. This is what gained my confidence in Topstep. She was a sweetheart, and probably one of the most helpful representatives I have ever talked to across all companies. She deserves recognition because this is how you maintain a proper company, and show that they are competent enough to earn your business.

    TopStep is way ahead of every other prop firm. They promised to deliver better customer service and they did. I had a small issue with my copy trader this morning where it didn’t sync properly, but my rep, Keshona, was professional, courteous and understanding. Keshona solved my issue promptly.

    TopStep has always been the most direct and clear of the prop firms and was given really excellent customer support for a rebill issue that came up today from Christopher with the chat team within minutes. I couldn’t ask for a better interaction working with someone like that makes me want to continue to.

    1. Prior to TopstepX launch, customer service was unparalleled. Now, they are below average with less-than-pleasant agents that seriously lack in motivation and diligence with helping traders (customers) resolve issues and/or find the exact information being requested. I always get the impression they’re seriously overworked or I’m just inconveniencing their day (or both). 2. Windy, the system AI, is terrible. It never knows when I’m logged in. When I ask to speak with an agent, Windy tells me to log in and then request to speak with an agent (when I’m ALREADY logged in). This becomes an endless loop that makes question of this is a sign to just leave Topstep altogether. Sometimes I’ll get lucky and Windy will send my message to an agent, to only then get unlucky and deal with Walmart level “customer service”. You get much better help on the unofficial TopstepX Subreddit (not a joke). 3. Website data/info does not agree with itself. You’ll have some pages give contradicting information, to which, I have tried sending this info to Topstep to avoid others traders (or potential traders) get confused, but then we’re back to problem # and problem #2. Overall, it’s a 1 star. But, if you can navigate the system without ever needing to speak with a person, then you’re golden.

    Am fairly new to futures and found Topstep 6 months ago. I like the Top Step X Platform and very much appreciate the fact that there is a live support which is getting seldom these day. Shout out to Travis from Support who fixed my platform and gave me a free reset, which I did not even ask for. All the people involved seem to genuinely want to help and not just collect fees. Keep up the good work and thought your costumes on Halloween were cute.

    TopStep is the KING of Future Prop Firms. You shouldn’t put all your eggs in a basket but TS should be on everyone’s top 3 firms. When I was new to Futures was a little put off with the customer service response time but as I gained more experience in the futures prop space I realized it’s bc they don’t need a big customer service group. There’s not much to help with or fight with. They don’t have many rules to deny payouts it’s cut and dry and they payout pretty fast. The closest to trading your own funds will be found here. Thank you Top Step!

    I love trading with Topstep. The trading combine has taught me to trade with good risk management. Also, the support staff is very responsive and helpful. I once had a glitch that was not resetting my combine as well as double charging me. Support not only fixed my issue immediately, they also credited my double charge. I recently became a funded and cannot wait to start seeing payouts. This is something I would have never been able to do with my own capital. Topstep is a great company that I plan to have a long and mutually beneficial relationship with moving forward.
