    this its the best company the i aver work but i just have a problem with my account. the issue was like the account pass the loss limit but it was a bug because in my account was up 300 and i been trading since a month with that account and i gat a pay out from that account and now I realize the that account it was not eligible and now all my work was for nothing its feel like if you want you can do more than just eliminate the account and all my work an patient i just will like to you see the account and see the it was good for trading live

    I had an issue with my XFA accounts. They verified the information and helped resolve the issue. They also offered me a free reset for being patient with them. I submitted a ticket Sunday night and was taken care of within 14 hours. Thank you TopStep. Customer Service has stepped up their game in a major way.

    Although it has taken me a while to get used to the the TopstepX plat form i have to say the support from the team is amazing. Sorrell reset my account even though i mad a mistake with blowing it on the day not the day before. I was almost in tears as i had to pay twice but he took pity on me. From that interaction i cannot recommend these guys highly enough

    I just think it is awesome what y’all are doing. I have always wanted to be a trader since 2019. I could not swing the cost of the $25k to get passed the PDT rule. I have bust two combines from being impatient, which has benefited me in the long run. I passed my first combine two weeks ago and now I am making money with the expressed account.     Topstep has processed two of my payouts even though I can occasionally trade like a clown and other firms very likely would have denied my payout based on some hidden rules. To me it seems like on Topstep you sign up for no frills trading. Also they accidentally reset one of my busted challenges for free and let me keep the account (which later generated a payout for me).Feel happy and safe on Topstep.PS. Don’t risk too much!

    The rules are of a lesson it self. It taught me the hardway to accept losses and to limit my self from over trading. That was my turning point as I wait and stop trading the moment I got stop out. It meant that I could be wrong reading the market. Topstep are excellent in terms of product and service. Every problem they address are to be resolved. They have care traders as clients as well. So the customer focus are exemplary. I would love to stay as funded trader to this company than any other prop firm out there.
