First and foremost, the community environment was the very first thing I noticed about TopStep. As a new trader (only 1 month in prior to finding TopStep) I was looking for proper direction and guidance. After dealing with other prop firms, It was a clear difference between TopStep and the rest! I started watching their daily YouTube channel from start to finish, and I continue to do so daily. My goals of being able to properly shift from a 9-5 day job, to full time trader is finally within reach. This time last year, I was unemployed due to being laid off, going on 10 months strong, driving 12-14 hrs per day, 5-6 days per week, to make what I lost with my day job, to this year having a day job I can see myself leaving within the next 6 months, making 3 times the monthly amount with my current level of skill and comprehension. My daily journey and growth is increasing at rate I did not know was possible, and I 1000% owe that to TopStep! I’ve been trading with Topstep for almost a year. I was there when they launched their platform TOPSTEPX, which by the way is absolutely wonderful. No doubt it was designed by a trader. For me it’s one of the best (most complete) platforms out there (I’ve tried a few). From the beginning I have noticed that they really care about the traders and try very hard to create a community of like-minded people. I also enjoy their Topstep TV commentary and always try to learn from all of them. When it comes to customer service, their AI bot is very useful, but if you need a real live person, they offer that right away. I have communicated with them a few times and it has always been a satisfying experience. Today I needed help and I was connected to Christopher. He was absolutely wonderful and assisted me right away. I feel this team really cares about helping us. I am very happy with Topstep and I hope to continue growing in my trading with their help. Once you have payment issue on purchase evail account, they will reply very fast. They want your money will reply very fast. I moved to Topstep from a different prop firm, and I can say with no doubt that Topstep is a lottt better! Had an issue with the old prop firm and now it has been 3 weeks and nobody has answered me yet. I had an issue with my platform with Topstep and they replied after hours, accommodated me even when their side had no errors and they were very nice and helpful. They want to help you stay here and be a successful trader, I feel comfortable here. After trading on TOPStepX platform. i received an notification saying compliance team flag me for VPN usage, then deleted my profile. i have not travel outside of the USA for the passed 15 years. and there is no reason for me to turn on VPN or VPS. i challenge them for the proof of VPN usage and never get an answer back. the decision of VENNESA(topstep compliance) and is FINAL. all my trading accounts is in TOPSTEPX. and vennesa deleted all $19 accounts. if you are in my case what would you do? maybe because i use google chrome. the trade ID on google chrome and other browser is different! is it platform error or USER error? i challenge Topstep compliance to show proof of VPN usage…i dont have it on or know how to turn it on. i am still using the same exact devices. if this happenned to me, it could happen to anyone using the same browser(google chrome). i am willing to have any Topstep team to check my Mac. Please make it right, thank you.it is very irritated and disturbing when someone accused you of something that you do not do. if you are in my shoes, and says their decision is FINAL!..what would you do, Micheals? i dont mind of closure…but Venessa have to give a legit reason of closure. i never have the VPN on or know how to turn it on. I’ve had minor issues in the past and went through TopSteps Discord for assistance which went smooth and fast. Today I had a billing issue (no fault but my own) I went through TopStep Chat Bot. I was informed an Agent would get back to me within 1 business day. However, within no time I was speaking to someone (Sorell) who didn’t hesitate to help me with my issue and went out of their way to contact a supervisor to approve my request.It’s very reassuring to know that the company you’ve aligned yourself with cares and are willing to help where they can.If you debating joining TopStep don’t hesitate to give them a try, they’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Topstep Closed My Express AccountI had been with Topstep for several months now, having invested thousands into their combines. I have recently passed the trading combine, paid for the activation and cleared all criteria required for a payout. When I requested my payout, it was denied and my account was closed. Rectified an error with no fuss and professionalismMy account was stopped, due to my new credit card details changing. TS sent me the notification after the 6 days grace period had lapsed, which was too late for me to rectify, resulting in my account closing and profit I had made to date lost.Once I explained and they realised their error, they quickly sorted this out for me, and transferred my profit into a new account.Big thanks to Ricky for going above and beyond.Great Team effort!

TopStep has great people. Sorell helped me today and she was excellent. I’ve been feeling some of the frustration so many newbies before me have felt — not reading the signals, jumping too quickly, mis-timing my entries, and so on. Sorell talked me ‘off the ledge’, encouraging me to use the combine as it’s meant to be used, that is, to try and fail and fail again, and eventually succeed. So that’s what I’m going to do and I’m going to look into using TopStepX. Feedback… I do think it would be helpful if TopStep offered a form of mentoring — maybe group mentoring with a different mentee at the controls each session and the coach offering feedback. There is no shortage of information, for sure. What’s needed is hands-on mentoring… ‘you see, this is what you’re doing, this is where you’re running into difficulty.’

After trading on TOPStepX platform. i received an notification saying compliance team flag me for VPN usage, then deleted my profile. i have not travel outside of the USA for the passed 15 years. and there is no reason for me to turn on VPN or VPS. i challenge them for the proof of VPN usage and never get an answer back. the decision of VENNESA(topstep compliance) and is FINAL. all my trading accounts is in TOPSTEPX. and vennesa deleted all $19 accounts. if you are in my case what would you do? maybe because i use google chrome. the trade ID on google chrome and other browser is different! is it platform error or USER error? i challenge Topstep compliance to show proof of VPN usage…i dont have it on or know how to turn it on. i am still using the same exact devices. if this happenned to me, it could happen to anyone using the same browser(google chrome). i am willing to have any Topstep team to check my Mac. Please make it right, thank you.it is very irritated and disturbing when someone accused you of something that you do not do. if you are in my shoes, and says their decision is FINAL!..what would you do, Micheals? i dont mind of closure…but Venessa have to give a legit reason of closure. i never have the VPN on or know how to turn it on. I’ve had minor issues in the past and went through TopSteps Discord for assistance which went smooth and fast. Today I had a billing issue (no fault but my own) I went through TopStep Chat Bot. I was informed an Agent would get back to me within 1 business day. However, within no time I was speaking to someone (Sorell) who didn’t hesitate to help me with my issue and went out of their way to contact a supervisor to approve my request.It’s very reassuring to know that the company you’ve aligned yourself with cares and are willing to help where they can.If you debating joining TopStep don’t hesitate to give them a try, they’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Topstep Closed My Express AccountI had been with Topstep for several months now, having invested thousands into their combines. I have recently passed the trading combine, paid for the activation and cleared all criteria required for a payout. When I requested my payout, it was denied and my account was closed. Negative experience. I don’t recommend Topstep.

I had trouble with their platform X, which hindered my trading the day before causing in part the blowing of 4 account, one funded 3 combines. I did appreciate their reaction by resetting two of the accounts for free, which is more than most would do. Still hurts that the other two are gone costing me real cash, but at least grateful for their gesture in helping. Thanks.

Rectified an error with no fuss and professionalismMy account was stopped, due to my new credit card details changing. TS sent me the notification after the 6 days grace period had lapsed, which was too late for me to rectify, resulting in my account closing and profit I had made to date lost.Once I explained and they realised their error, they quickly sorted this out for me, and transferred my profit into a new account.Big thanks to Ricky for going above and beyond.Great Team effort!

TopStep has great people. Sorell helped me today and she was excellent. I’ve been feeling some of the frustration so many newbies before me have felt — not reading the signals, jumping too quickly, mis-timing my entries, and so on. Sorell talked me ‘off the ledge’, encouraging me to use the combine as it’s meant to be used, that is, to try and fail and fail again, and eventually succeed. So that’s what I’m going to do and I’m going to look into using TopStepX. Feedback… I do think it would be helpful if TopStep offered a form of mentoring — maybe group mentoring with a different mentee at the controls each session and the coach offering feedback. There is no shortage of information, for sure. What’s needed is hands-on mentoring… ‘you see, this is what you’re doing, this is where you’re running into difficulty.’
