Topsteps platform with their customer service is second to none. I had issues trying to figure out to access my trade history through Tradovate which I connect to trade directly from TradingView. Jennifer provided the answered I needed and instructions on how to obtain them. OK this will be long, but there is some good stuff in here that I hope will save people time and money wasted in lesser firms. TopStep is the one. I have tested it. I have verified it. Please read on! Thanks!I have been trading markets (alongside my career day job) for 30+ years (Big Tech). Bad years (mostly), and some very good years. In the past few years I realised that Prop firms were the way to go as I used all of my own capital to buy bitcoin and MSTR a few years back. That has worked well! Prop firms – I have tried so many. I discovered TopStep by recommendation and now use TopStepX only. It is the best platform I have ever used and I have used over a dozen platforms. Note that TopStep are the ORIGINAL prop firm and seemingly one of the the only respected prop firms on Wall Street (I used to trade with SMB Capital before and invested in their training too (with them and others 50k in training over the years..), and they are great, but for me TopStep and futures is the best to trade now).I scalp, ride momentum, and use hotkeys. The TV show they have on youtube (TopStep TV) is awesome all day long. It is a really high quality show that helps you trade intraday.RIPS, (the tanned man from Vegas) is my fave mentor on there with a clear vision of possibilities available and levels.. his levels hit to the penny which blows my mind sometimes, but the other guys are all awesome traders. Dakota like me, loves to find longs, so I am always listening to him too.There is NO BETTER place to trade. (I trade only NQ futures). They are trustworthy, honest and there is clear evidence some of the team were on the floor of the CME market a long time ago. I am a remote IT Consultant but I balance trading. My wife now trades with them alongside me (kamtrader) as a trading team. It helps to bounce ideas in the room. Even after 30 years of good trading skills that I have, I STILL have blown many accounts due to being greedy and using huge size and basically gambling, often up 40k in 5 accounts and blowing the final day before a payout!! ARGGG (stoopid boy!) and not waiting for selling to end and a turn to be confirmed back up so got chopped up like sushi :< Now I am trading smaller size, and using clear rules and daily target on XFA copy accounts x5. I hope we have a very long career as funded traders with TopStep, bring success to us AND TO THE FIRM so they feel encouraged to further support our growth even though I am 50 years old already. I want another 30 years of trading. I love it!There is no second best. Please try them. Even with one account. I personally find it worth using the 150k accounts as the pass fee is the same and then you have much more drawdown room, and unlike other firms, if you have a daily gain of eg. $1,000, the maximum loss limit (MLL) does not follow you up intraday like Apex and others, which is basically a TRAP. So a HUGE difference in helping you succeed! I really cannot recommend this prop firm TopStep enough. I advise others to stay well away from Apex and others, as I had rejected claims many times. It waisted alot of my money and time. TopStep have NO RULES to worry about. Trade however you want. If you get the results = you profit (take 50% of your gains after only 5 days of $200 or more per account - then after 30 days take 100% if you want). If you show them over time (they can see your statistics and performance as the reporting is on the platform to help you too) that you have a working strategy, they move you up and support you. Their risk team has good advice and support and come on the TV show (TopStep TV on youtube) daily to give advice. TopStep actually wants you to remain funded and profit with you. Special mention to Jared in support who is a real asset to the firm. He is so helpful and also Haley has been great too. Please try them. Get one account and pass that first. My advice to anyone NEW is to buy not sell for a while. Use micros, not minis and 1 or 2 only, buying dips or joining a trend and scalping $20-$30 gains to hit a total $200 per day over a few hours, give the trades some room and try to join the overall trend on the day, and do that for a while.Then you can add 4 more accounts, which is more than enough. You are unlikely to blow up if you do not average down (you CAN average down..but.. ) I prefer to normally just cut/trim half off instead and then buy back in again when I am more sure we are going up. It saves your account. It is painful to keep blowing up accounts. Small steps WILL lead you to success. It compounds (my bitcoin purchase every week since 2020 have proved small steps work).PS: for hotkeys, check out a product called "Vaydeer smart keypad" which has 9 keys. I use it to scalp using TopStepX hot keys. It is a game changer for me. Buy, Sell, break even, cancel, flatten etc.. all instant. Got it on Amazon.Good luck! Start SMALL. J’ai quatre comptes financés à 150k je suis arrivé au Pay Out, j’arrive pas à récupérer mes bénéfices il me dit, j’ai un problème de rétro facturation, pourtant c’était un malentendu et malgré tout ça j’ai réglais le problème, je leur ai envoyé ma preuve de remboursement de rétro facturation au moment que j’ai envoyé ma preuve de remboursement, ils ont traité un seul paiement de 1800 € normalement 1800 € fois quatre, ils n’ont pas traité les trois restent, ils disent que mon compte a été soumise sous un examen, pourtant je n’ai aucun problème, tout est en règle avec mon compte vraiment c’est Décourageant Je n’ai reçu que un seul paiement de 1800 les trois reste, je n’ai rien reçu, c’est du n’importe quoiJe contact top step pour un recours ils ne me répond pas j’ai tout les preuves me ils répondent pas se du arnaque🤦🏾♂️Ma demande de paiement prouver que se du arnaque la manière dont ils mon payer le 1800€ laisser les restes normalement je fait une première demande 1800€ X 3 la personne qui s’appelle gina a bloqué le paiement et mon 4em compte je lancer dernièrement je été payer pourtant se le même profile 🥺La personne qui traite mon dossier s’appelle GINA se à cause de lui mon compte a été suspendu

I just joined TopStep Friday night 10/11/24. I made my first practice trade on TradingView integrated with Tradovate, and it went very well with a $1582.20 profit. I was unsure of a couple of thing regarding the settings on TradingView with Tradovate and @THENASDAQTRADER helped me out immensely. So far a great experience with Topstep

Tyrus thank you for explaining the RTH update to me. I was so confused before you did. I love Topstep. Best prop ever. The only thing I recommend is that someone fixes the fib retracement tool. When you put in your settings close mobile site and come back to it it resets every time. A bit of a hinderance.

Super Preise, die TopStepX Plattform ist einfach vom feinsten. Klar gibt es an der Plattform luft nach oben, aber ich denke dies wird auch noch passieren. Regeln sind übersichtlich und auch nicht wirklich schwer einzuhalten. Die Leute, die hier jammern wegen den Contracts auf anderen Plattformen, die haben entweder nicht gelesen, oder haben es nicht verstanden. Leider im deutschsprachigen Raum etwas zurückgelassen, aber was soll es. Nun warten wir die ersten Auszahlung ab, dann sehen wir weiter! Dennoch sind wir voll zufrieden bis jetzt.

I had a question about my billing and Customer Service fixed it in less than a minute. I must add that the billing issue was that they skipped a month of billing on all of my accounts after I passed a Combine. I don’t know if that was customary but I needed to be billed in order to get a free reset at the end of the month for some other accounts I made ineligible. I have been with Topstep for about 6 months now and I am very impressed with this company. I have been learning a lot and improving my trading from Topstep TV and their resources. Less drama than some other top firms. Consistency. Great Customer Service and a seasoned, talented coaching staff! The rules are simple & constant. They are focused on helping and growing good traders. I can’t go back to the rest who lack the professionalism that this company has. Also, I love their platform TopstepX. I even closed my Tradovate account to have solely TopstepX accounts. The ease of entering in a trade and the stats with Journal capabilities are stellar for me. I used to go to a separate website to analyze my trades but with TopstepX it’s one and done! I also recently passed an Eval Account and they had my XFA ready within like 3 mins!! It was so fast I didn’t realize it was up because I was expecting it to be 10 days but it wasn’t. They are pushing them out same day!I love them and am grateful that I can supplement my income by trading futures on this platform. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They take the anxiety out of trading with prop firms.

There was an error with one of my accounts and I couldn’t access it. I contacted Topstep and a little while later not only did I get access back but they also gave me a courtesy reset on one of my other accounts for the inconvenience. Topstep does that right thing by its customers.

October 2024 marks my year 1 of trading Futures with Toptep ever, just like any newbie, I had to judge for myself what is the prop firm that resonates best with me and is really for me. All the prop firms out there trying hard to “be transparent ” “denying payouts” TopStep puts their money where their mouth is, you never have to wait for a payout to be approved, their payout policy is simple as good morning, make $200 minimum for 5 days to request a payout.Never been more easy to journal on TopStep X, nobody in this industry over thousands and thousands of free resets in the past year, lock out button on their platform, that makes you stop trading for the day, improved customer support, response with minutes ( thank you Marissa today btw ) TopStep is literally paying their own money to support you to become a better trader, brining quality people with decades of experience in trading so that we can learn to become better at trading, plus they process literal millions of dollars daily for traders that requested payouts, it’s all live shared on their YT channel and Discord, can you name a prop firm that does that?What is X Y Z prop firm doing ? their are not even comparable to TopStep, delays in payouts, not allowing dollar cost averaging, if you express your opinion about a topic ,they will kick you out of discord and not allowing even to purchase a combine. If you want to become better at trading futures, stop chasing the clouds and stick to the prop firm that resonates with you and encourages you to become better and not a gambler. Like many, I have experienced other firms prior to Topstep. From the day I joined Topstep, I felt I had no need to look further. The ability to limit risk of personal funds and professional guidance, has incredible value for me. I have Parkinson’s disease and cancer, so things can be a challenge at times. To have quality traders, like Dakota, Rips and Nick (amongst others) is tremendous. Full disclosure, real time trades…awesome! Because my body tends to dance to a different beat, Roberts 5 minute videos are a God send. Now I have the ability to view endless material via video at my pace…thank you Robert!. Having the CEO, Michael part of the morning trade, is tremendous. His visibility is awesome, thanks Michael. Andre, the straw that stirs the drink in my opinion. The quality of their customer service is going downhill. Their platform topstepx has major lagging issues and other issues. Reported to the team but they denied them as they said “their partner” didn’t see the problem! Instead of helping you to resolve the issue, they only gave you “excuses” to ignore the issues.

I was working with 2 members from the TopStep team in resolving an issue with one of my express accounts. I was stressed about this issue because I didn’t believe I would get the help I needed simply based on my experience with other prop firms, however both Emily and Joel had no problem easing my stress and helping me resolve my issue quickly. Been with topstep for a couple months now, have 3 funded accounts and been paid out multiple times. Each payout was so smooth. No issues at all and quick, from day of to request to in my bank usually only takes around 2 business days after the request. Approval for payouts has been within 24 hours of each of my request. The topstepX platform is amazing, my personal favorite. Pricing and rules are very fair. I have nothing bad to say about topstep, plus the discord is great, a lot of really helpful folks in there!

J’ai quatre comptes financés à 150k je suis arrivé au Pay Out, j’arrive pas à récupérer mes bénéfices il me dit, j’ai un problème de rétro facturation, pourtant c’était un malentendu et malgré tout ça j’ai réglais le problème, je leur ai envoyé ma preuve de remboursement de rétro facturation au moment que j’ai envoyé ma preuve de remboursement, ils ont traité un seul paiement de 1800 € normalement 1800 € fois quatre, ils n’ont pas traité les trois restent, ils disent que mon compte a été soumise sous un examen, pourtant je n’ai aucun problème, tout est en règle avec mon compte vraiment c’est Décourageant Je n’ai reçu que un seul paiement de 1800 les trois reste, je n’ai rien reçu, c’est du n’importe quoiJe contact top step pour un recours ils ne me répond pas j’ai tout les preuves me ils répondent pas se du arnaque🤦🏾♂️Ma demande de paiement prouver que se du arnaque la manière dont ils mon payer le 1800€ laisser les restes normalement je fait une première demande 1800€ X 3 la personne qui s’appelle gina a bloqué le paiement et mon 4em compte je lancer dernièrement je été payer pourtant se le même profile 🥺La personne qui traite mon dossier s’appelle GINA se à cause de lui mon compte a été suspendu

I just joined TopStep Friday night 10/11/24. I made my first practice trade on TradingView integrated with Tradovate, and it went very well with a $1582.20 profit. I was unsure of a couple of thing regarding the settings on TradingView with Tradovate and @THENASDAQTRADER helped me out immensely. So far a great experience with Topstep

Tyrus thank you for explaining the RTH update to me. I was so confused before you did. I love Topstep. Best prop ever. The only thing I recommend is that someone fixes the fib retracement tool. When you put in your settings close mobile site and come back to it it resets every time. A bit of a hinderance.

Ich habe viele Firmen hinter mir und habe sie getestet. Topstep ist in meinen Augen und in den Augen meiner Community die beste auf dem Markt. Super Preise, die TopStepX Plattform ist einfach vom feinsten. Klar gibt es an der Plattform luft nach oben, aber ich denke dies wird auch noch passieren. Regeln sind übersichtlich und auch nicht wirklich schwer einzuhalten. Die Leute, die hier jammern wegen den Contracts auf anderen Plattformen, die haben entweder nicht gelesen, oder haben es nicht verstanden. Leider im deutschsprachigen Raum etwas zurückgelassen, aber was soll es. Nun warten wir die ersten Auszahlung ab, dann sehen wir weiter! Dennoch sind wir voll zufrieden bis jetzt.

I had a question about my billing and Customer Service fixed it in less than a minute. I must add that the billing issue was that they skipped a month of billing on all of my accounts after I passed a Combine. I don’t know if that was customary but I needed to be billed in order to get a free reset at the end of the month for some other accounts I made ineligible. I have been with Topstep for about 6 months now and I am very impressed with this company. I have been learning a lot and improving my trading from Topstep TV and their resources. Less drama than some other top firms. Consistency. Great Customer Service and a seasoned, talented coaching staff! The rules are simple & constant. They are focused on helping and growing good traders. I can’t go back to the rest who lack the professionalism that this company has. Also, I love their platform TopstepX. I even closed my Tradovate account to have solely TopstepX accounts. The ease of entering in a trade and the stats with Journal capabilities are stellar for me. I used to go to a separate website to analyze my trades but with TopstepX it’s one and done! I also recently passed an Eval Account and they had my XFA ready within like 3 mins!! It was so fast I didn’t realize it was up because I was expecting it to be 10 days but it wasn’t. They are pushing them out same day!I love them and am grateful that I can supplement my income by trading futures on this platform. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They take the anxiety out of trading with prop firms.

There was an error with one of my accounts and I couldn’t access it. I contacted Topstep and a little while later not only did I get access back but they also gave me a courtesy reset on one of my other accounts for the inconvenience. Topstep does that right thing by its customers.

October 2024 marks my year 1 of trading Futures with Toptep ever, just like any newbie, I had to judge for myself what is the prop firm that resonates best with me and is really for me. All the prop firms out there trying hard to “be transparent ” “denying payouts” TopStep puts their money where their mouth is, you never have to wait for a payout to be approved, their payout policy is simple as good morning, make $200 minimum for 5 days to request a payout.Never been more easy to journal on TopStep X, nobody in this industry over thousands and thousands of free resets in the past year, lock out button on their platform, that makes you stop trading for the day, improved customer support, response with minutes ( thank you Marissa today btw ) TopStep is literally paying their own money to support you to become a better trader, brining quality people with decades of experience in trading so that we can learn to become better at trading, plus they process literal millions of dollars daily for traders that requested payouts, it’s all live shared on their YT channel and Discord, can you name a prop firm that does that?What is X Y Z prop firm doing ? their are not even comparable to TopStep, delays in payouts, not allowing dollar cost averaging, if you express your opinion about a topic ,they will kick you out of discord and not allowing even to purchase a combine. If you want to become better at trading futures, stop chasing the clouds and stick to the prop firm that resonates with you and encourages you to become better and not a gambler. TopStep is by far the best prop firm in the industry. Their support is always great. Though, there was a period of time where the response was delayed, they always made sure to make it up to the traders via perks. They’ve always been transparent about any issues and it’s the only firm that has made me feel truly comfortable and trusting. Their support is back to being quick responding and they are professional and courteous each and every time. This is truly a firm of traders for traders.

Like many, I have experienced other firms prior to Topstep. From the day I joined Topstep, I felt I had no need to look further. The ability to limit risk of personal funds and professional guidance, has incredible value for me. I have Parkinson’s disease and cancer, so things can be a challenge at times. To have quality traders, like Dakota, Rips and Nick (amongst others) is tremendous. Full disclosure, real time trades…awesome! Because my body tends to dance to a different beat, Roberts 5 minute videos are a God send. Now I have the ability to view endless material via video at my pace…thank you Robert!. The quality of their customer service is going downhill. Their platform topstepx has major lagging issues and other issues. Reported to the team but they denied them as they said “their partner” didn’t see the problem! Instead of helping you to resolve the issue, they only gave you “excuses” to ignore the issues.

I was working with 2 members from the TopStep team in resolving an issue with one of my express accounts. I was stressed about this issue because I didn’t believe I would get the help I needed simply based on my experience with other prop firms, however both Emily and Joel had no problem easing my stress and helping me resolve my issue quickly. I was working with emily at first who then transferred me to Joel to further resolve the issue. He solved the problem within the same morning of me responding to his follow up email which I greatly appreciate. Been with topstep for a couple months now, have 3 funded accounts and been paid out multiple times. Each payout was so smooth. No issues at all and quick, from day of to request to in my bank usually only takes around 2 business days after the request. Approval for payouts has been within 24 hours of each of my request. The topstepX platform is amazing, my personal favorite. Pricing and rules are very fair. I have nothing bad to say about topstep, plus the discord is great, a lot of really helpful folks in there!
