    ***Updated Status*** at the BottomI have a sour taste in my mouth.TickTick Trader seemed like a good company initially, but they do not want traders to succeed. I practice Risk Management and had a Funded Account. I ended up getting my account deactivated within 30 minutes and was not even close to my drawdown at all. Only about $100ish from my starting point. I was terminated because of a bracket order failure on 2 lots. I used their Jigsaw Tradr and was entered on +2 ES lots. My risk is tight only 3 points, and decided I wanted to reverse my position and enter short. So I entered a -2 ES bracket and I guess the limit order SL caused the system to think I was +4 and they terminated my account even though I flattened within 3 seconds. I reached out to their support team and was told no instantly. I didn’t want a fresh account, I didn’t want coupons or any of the sort. I just wanted my account re-enabled because I am an extremely safe trader. At the time of disablement, I was only down 100-200 from my starting point and only 30 minutes of being provisioned the account.I would recommend traders to stay away unless they fix or are more forgiving of tradings who fix their scaling issues within 5-10 seconds.Until then, I will trade elsewhere.***Updated ***Was reached out to by the manager, and once I was on the phone it was a lot easier to explain what happened. They ended up re-enabling my account, and I will now trade with only 1 lot per bracket. The customer support completely switched and I felt heard. As advice to anyone that sees, I would recommend trading single lots until the scaling plans goes into effect for funded accounts. Be cautious on Jigsaw Daytradr especially on volatile days.

    tienen un buen manejo a la hora de tener soporte tecnico que nos brinda informacion y sacarnos de dudas, excelentes programas donde se maneja una gama variada de pruebas para poder realizar tu trading a como mejor se acomode tu estrategia, excelente servicio a la hora de pagos para cancelacion de una prueba lo que me gustaria mejorar es la dashboard pues es muy basica y no sale un registro de cuantos trades llevas o como va tu DD y si lo tiene no supe como observar y tener un mejor seguimiento

    This outfit is a scam!! I was just about to make my number to get a funded account and they locked me out from trading. I called them out then when I could make a trade they flipped my winning trades to show losing trades. More than likely they will remove this review as the others you see where written by them.

    I’ve just passed the 100k Express test and that in just 2 days. I have burnt like 5 accounts before due to lack of informations about managing risks. With no minimum trading days and a great customer service, Tick Tick trader is by far the best propfirm.

    Realice la evaluación de 25k completada en tiempo y forma el ultimo dia de suscripción. No renove la cuenta, sin embargo se completo en tiempo y forma el ultimo dia, aun no me dieron mis credenciales y han pasado 48horas. En base a la resolucion modificare mi opinión
