I had issues with customer service, I thought we had worked through them and resolved them. Currently Ticktick has Over $700 of my money and I have no account. I have been as patient as I can be with them. They keep telling me they can’t verify they have recived my funds and are waiting for a response from their payment provider. Its been almost 2 months now since they were paid and this is utterly ridiculous.

STAY AWAY!!My 1st payout was smooth for $2K, then i decided to spend more money on this firm and request $6K. It took a week for a decision and then it was denied. I was told that their system found that I had multiple people trading from my same IP address. That’s a lie because I’m the only trader in my house. I said too much on my last review and got it removed so I will say less this time. Just do your research with these guys and check out their discord of people complaining before you decide if you want put your money there. I learned my lesson and just hope I can help other traders not make the same mistake because I spent alot of money on these guys only to have them reject my payout.They try to respond to trust pilot review quickly and promptly so people will read the reviews and think it’s my fault that I did something wrong but I have had little luck during emails to get any response on this matter after they made their decision to not pay me. So I gave up trying to get any kind of explanation. You would figure I would get better service after I spent alot of money with this firm. I trusted them enough to spend my money there. The payout would’ve gotten me even with the firm so I’m at a lost. I only spent alot thinking it was a good place to spend my money. I regret using TickTickTrader, my far the worse experience of any prop firms I have used and I have had over $200K in payouts across many firms.

Despite being KYC verified and paid out before, Tickticktrader at any time can ban you any time from trading with them for no apparent reason. You will get a “Purchase Blocked” notification when trying to buy more accounts and they will only tell you its “payment gateway” issues as their default reason. Multiple members in their discord have this same issues, even those have other credit cards or crypto to pay with (please search in their discord). The Purchase Blocked is a way of flagging your account – and they do this without giving you any reason to why.For those wondering: I only bought 5 direct to funded 150k accounts (ever). Passed them within 6 days, got paid out within 3-5 days. Traded for another 2-3 days before accidentally blowing the accounts up. Then I could not buy anymore accounts.Have been in contact with support for the past 2 months and they still said the same excuse.If a company really cared about their customers, they would be transparent with the trader, whether it be telling them reasons why or showing proof that something malicious was done.That said, at least they pay traders.

Ticktick is one of the worst prop companies out here. Their evals fail you on soft breach of DLL, so they advertise you get xyz drawdown but you actually don’t. If they wanted to be fair they’d just liquidate you and not close the account. For the direct accounts they only offer platform x(top step x) and tradeovate. Project X is by far the worst platform I’ve ever used. During volatility it will lag and crashes and when you send in a video showing that, they blame your internet. Well I even took a video of a speed test with >700mbs while the platform crashed. Nothing. If you are checking out and refresh the webpage watch out to make sure your coupon doesn’t disappear. If you request a partial refund or discount for the difference they just hit you with their refund policy. Even tradeify has made that right. This is the lowest class prop firm you could be with. The payouts and push to live are delayed. Go somewhere that’s been around much longer and has a better reputation. To to live you will many different documents- submit passport & bank statements- go through orientation and risk coaching.Strict risk parameters: $500 max per trade, $1,200 DLL, and mandatory OBS recording for every trade. Stay away from this company. Between one rule and another the mechanism of having traders waiting to trade live. After buying 8 accounts, I managed to accumulate the payment for one. I had a technical problem and immediately reported the problem. The rule called microscalping operated on MNQ. I had a two-MNQ operation at a loss in the time lost due to technical problems. All my operations are MNQ. They decided to deny me payment and close my account with more than 8000 in profit.

I just received my first payout from TickTickTrader. They pay as long as you follow their rules and avoid any prohibited activities. I requested my payout on Saturday, February 8th, and received approval on February 15th. The payout was sent a few hours after approval.I’ll be waiting for future payouts and will keep updating you here every time I make a withdrawal.Suggestion: It would be better if the website and dashboard design were upgraded to be more modern and simple.

They have two departments – customer service and Risk Management that work independently from one another. I was trading with them for 4 months, requested payout, and actually knew that I broke micro-scalping rule once during first 5 minutes of the market open (was morning and I didn’t pay attention to the time until I actually exited the trade)… Nevertheless, after review and explanation, I was able to get a 1 time exception and my first payout got approved! Kudos to TickTick professional support (I had both ProjectX initial account that I lost, and then Tradovate account on which I got paid), and hope to keep this Tradovate account for foreseeable future.

I am convinced that tickticktrader is the most serious futures firm a trader can work with. I made a silly mistake when working on two of my funded accounts, a mistake that resulted in the violation of a fundamental rule. A conduct that authorizes the prop firm to close the trader’s account. In my case the 2 funded accounts were within a few hundred dollars of the total payout of $4,000.00. As soon as I realized that I had absentmindedly made that serious mistake, I closed the trade and reported what happened to tickticktrader. Another propfirm would have taken advantage of this violation that occurred close to a payout to close my accounts. Tickricktrader understood and took no action. My mistake occurred after 503 correct trades so my good faith was beyond question but the ban on hedging does not allow for exceptions and another prop firm would have closed my accounts. Tickricktrader did not do this allowing me to continue working with them so today I will present my two payout requests because the prop firm is serious and understood that mine was just an oversight. I will never change prop firm.

We bought Direct 100K accounts (each one has his own account). We worked on them for a month and met all the withdrawal conditions, but we were surprised that the company banned us and stole our money in an arbitrary manner and with false pretexts.• Same IP addressIs this a violation of the laws? Note that:- Each account was purchased with its owner’s bank card and not one card with the same name.- Each of us provided the company with his ID card and bank statement.- Each of us has his own way of trading.- We did not copy Trading , there is no similarity in out Trades – Each of us has his own computer. • Microscalping:The company says that it is forbidden to open trades for less than 10 seconds, exclusively 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after the opening of the American market only. Update: They actually reached out and reactivated my accounts and actually listened to the user. A great step in the right direction. I will see how things go and update this to 5 stars. I really appreciate that they actually answered me and understood my issue. They even edited the rule to not completely deactivate the account. I want to preface this by saying I have half a dozen live accounts with other great prop firms. I was hoping TTT would be the next one. I had multiple accounts with them with over 15k in profits about to get a payout. Tradovate had a glitch while I opened a trade and it froze. I quickly just put a stop loss in case there was some large move that would cause some issue. The trade ended up exiting and stopping out and lasting 6.5 seconds. I didn’t even see my order actually get filled. Mind you this was only for $100.00 risk. They automatically deactivated my account and refused to even look into anything besides the fact that the 10 second rule was broken. I explained to them over 7x about the issue I had and the rare instances that occurred but they just repeated the same thing like robots. Their website is slow and payments decline constantly that just makes things seem unreliable. They will find any excuse to not payout.

Guess firm has lack of funds now but they should be transparent. No risk team will take 20 days to review an account. TTT is a great firm! I had some doubts early on because I had a bad experience with 2 other firms before, but I came to realize that you cannot judge/expect the same from every firm. My payout was delayed and I was getting frustrated BUT when I was given the reason behind the delay I was completely ok with it. They have their own process and are very strict and careful with how they run their business, and I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend TTT if you are serious about trading long term and are looking for a reputable prop firm.

I received payouts and turn around time from review and approval and receiving money to bacnk in my case is 2 business days. This company is just finding excuses to terminate accounts without any formal communication about the changes in their policies. They updated their policy on Feb 23 that going forward micro scalping will result in automatically terminating the account without any warning and just updated this on the website without any email or formal communication. As a customer how will I come to know that you made this change, I cant check your website on daily basis. Every prop firm before making any major change to their policy emails the customer and highlights it everywhere but TTT expects us to know these by ourselves. They liquidated my direct 100k account for which I paid over $400 USD. Save your money and choose another reputed firm. AVOID at all cost. EDIT: If you are so fair and transparent why did you remove the lines from your website under help centre that micro scalping rule is not a hard rule and only repetitive attempts will terminate the account after warning but when I questioned your lack of communication and told you that it just hit my profit target within 10 seconds for the first time you simply deleted those lines from your website.

Disappointed and betrayed. I have traded futures for a long time and I have employed the exact same strategy for about 4 years now. I loved tick tick trader for their customer service and payout structures. However after this last encounter, I am closing shop and going to continue else where. I got accused of micro-scalping based off an NQ run that just blasted through my stop on a limit order. The exact same strategy I use all other times. Never once had I have this issue until this one time, on my first trade of the morning. I took the trade on 4 other accounts with other firms and not one of them had an issue with it. 40 tick stop loss with a 200 tick take profit target. Never and I mean NEVER have I been accused of Micro-scalping before until today. That being said I wash my hands of tick tick trader. Let me Put this Edit here:Nothing you said change what I said or the conversation I had with you guys. No that doesn’t make sense or verify what happened, so yeah you can bite it. This firm does payout but boy it’s a mess.KYC took a while. Payout takes 5 business days which isn’t too bad.I had 1 payout with the firm then blew my account. I wanted to buy more but they lock you out of purchasing more even if the accounts are inactive. I reach out to support and it took them a while to respond. They supposedly fixed the issue and I tried logging on to buy some accounts and the same issue persist. No less than 5 minutes later, my accounts get locked. I’m assuming I got banned for whatever reason. I tried resetting my password and reaching out but they would just auto close my ticket.I was vouching for them as a firm but can no longer. I had affiliate payouts owed as well but I guess I won’t be getting that either. I’d avoid them as there are much better firms at the moment. In response to to their reply:How can they flag me if I didn’t even enter my credit card yet? It immediately goes to purchase blocked when selecting the type of payment.

It’s all fair and square now. Thanks Marc.I purchased a TT direct account from them after reading great reviews. However, they came short. First of all, whole KYC thing is a complete mess. I have received payout from myfundedfutures and their KYC was super-efficient. Also, this company seem to have lots of hidden rules which is buried under a lot of documentations. Before purchasing expensive accounts make sure you read and memorize them.

Stay away from this company. Between one rule and another the mechanism of having traders waiting to trade live. After buying 8 accounts, I managed to accumulate the payment for one. I had a technical problem and immediately reported the problem. The rule called microscalping operated on MNQ. I had a two-MNQ operation at a loss in the time lost due to technical problems. All my operations are MNQ. They decided to deny me payment and close my account with more than 8000 in profit.

I just received my first payout from TickTickTrader. They pay as long as you follow their rules and avoid any prohibited activities. I requested my payout on Saturday, February 8th, and received approval on February 15th. The payout was sent a few hours after approval.I’ll be waiting for future payouts and will keep updating you here every time I make a withdrawal.Suggestion: It would be better if the website and dashboard design were upgraded to be more modern and simple.

They have two departments – customer service and Risk Management that work independently from one another. I was trading with them for 4 months, requested payout, and actually knew that I broke micro-scalping rule once during first 5 minutes of the market open (was morning and I didn’t pay attention to the time until I actually exited the trade)… Nevertheless, after review and explanation, I was able to get a 1 time exception and my first payout got approved! Kudos to TickTick professional support (I had both ProjectX initial account that I lost, and then Tradovate account on which I got paid), and hope to keep this Tradovate account for foreseeable future.

I am convinced that tickticktrader is the most serious futures firm a trader can work with. I made a silly mistake when working on two of my funded accounts, a mistake that resulted in the violation of a fundamental rule. A conduct that authorizes the prop firm to close the trader’s account. In my case the 2 funded accounts were within a few hundred dollars of the total payout of $4,000.00. As soon as I realized that I had absentmindedly made that serious mistake, I closed the trade and reported what happened to tickticktrader. Another propfirm would have taken advantage of this violation that occurred close to a payout to close my accounts. Tickricktrader understood and took no action. My mistake occurred after 503 correct trades so my good faith was beyond question but the ban on hedging does not allow for exceptions and another prop firm would have closed my accounts. Tickricktrader did not do this allowing me to continue working with them so today I will present my two payout requests because the prop firm is serious and understood that mine was just an oversight. I will never change prop firm.

We bought Direct 100K accounts (each one has his own account). We worked on them for a month and met all the withdrawal conditions, but we were surprised that the company banned us and stole our money in an arbitrary manner and with false pretexts.• Same IP addressIs this a violation of the laws? Note that:- Each account was purchased with its owner’s bank card and not one card with the same name.- Each of us provided the company with his ID card and bank statement.- Each of us has his own way of trading.- We did not copy Trading , there is no similarity in out Trades – Each of us has his own computer. • Microscalping:The company says that it is forbidden to open trades for less than 10 seconds, exclusively 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after the opening of the American market only. However, in reality, It also prevents trades that are less than a minute or two, not 10 seconds, and even outside this time frame.The company insists on its arbitrariness and injustice. They do the impossible so as not to pay you.

Update: They actually reached out and reactivated my accounts and actually listened to the user. A great step in the right direction. I will see how things go and update this to 5 stars. I really appreciate that they actually answered me and understood my issue. They even edited the rule to not completely deactivate the account. I want to preface this by saying I have half a dozen live accounts with other great prop firms. I was hoping TTT would be the next one. I had multiple accounts with them with over 15k in profits about to get a payout. Tradovate had a glitch while I opened a trade and it froze. I quickly just put a stop loss in case there was some large move that would cause some issue. The trade ended up exiting and stopping out and lasting 6.5 seconds. I didn’t even see my order actually get filled. Mind you this was only for $100.00 risk. They automatically deactivated my account and refused to even look into anything besides the fact that the 10 second rule was broken. I explained to them over 7x about the issue I had and the rare instances that occurred but they just repeated the same thing like robots. Their website is slow and payments decline constantly that just makes things seem unreliable. They will find any excuse to not payout.

But admin from discord is always telling us to wait and risk team is checking.My payouts was requested in January and 1st Feb and after more than 20 days , risk team is still checking? If you go to their discord channel, tons of traders are not receiving payouts on time. Seen so many traders complaining waiting for 10 plus business days. Firm advertise as within 5 business days. Guess firm has lack of funds now but they should be transparent. No risk team will take 20 days to review an account. All sorts of weird excuses like shared up etc. Even traders promoting to live cannot get payout.

TTT is a great firm! I had some doubts early on because I had a bad experience with 2 other firms before, but I came to realize that you cannot judge/expect the same from every firm. My payout was delayed and I was getting frustrated BUT when I was given the reason behind the delay I was completely ok with it. They have their own process and are very strict and careful with how they run their business, and I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend TTT if you are serious about trading long term and are looking for a reputable prop firm.

I started recently trading futures and TickTickTrader is my first go to place beacuse of their relaxed rules compared to others. I received payouts and turn around time from review and approval and receiving money to bacnk in my case is 2 business days. Good customer support.You can trade live accounts with them once you prove your trading skill. TTT is well established firm and has been around since 2022 and that is huge plus.

This company is just finding excuses to terminate accounts without any formal communication about the changes in their policies. They updated their policy on Feb 23 that going forward micro scalping will result in automatically terminating the account without any warning and just updated this on the website without any email or formal communication. As a customer how will I come to know that you made this change, I cant check your website on daily basis. Every prop firm before making any major change to their policy emails the customer and highlights it everywhere but TTT expects us to know these by ourselves. They liquidated my direct 100k account for which I paid over $400 USD. Save your money and choose another reputed firm. AVOID at all cost. EDIT: If you are so fair and transparent why did you remove the lines from your website under help centre that micro scalping rule is not a hard rule and only repetitive attempts will terminate the account after warning but when I questioned your lack of communication and told you that it just hit my profit target within 10 seconds for the first time you simply deleted those lines from your website.

(Actualización) Quiero comentar que después de hablar con Marc de soporte y tras explicarles que si cometà una violación de la regla de (micro scalping) fue por desconocimiento de la misma al no haber sido una regla muy visible dentro de las normas, decidieron amablemente reestablecer mi cuenta dando una advertencia final sin ninguna otra excepción. Les agradezco la decisión y su buena intención de solucionar las cosas, de igual manera les recomiendo una mejor comunicación con los clientes, que se hagan comunicados de actualizaciones o novedades importantes directamente al correo asociado de cada cuenta. También que evalúen la opción de configurar una alerta de infracción y retiro de ganancias obtenidas durante dicha violación sin necesidad de cancelar la cuenta directamente. Disappointed and betrayed. I have traded futures for a long time and I have employed the exact same strategy for about 4 years now. I loved tick tick trader for their customer service and payout structures. However after this last encounter, I am closing shop and going to continue else where. I got accused of micro-scalping based off an NQ run that just blasted through my stop on a limit order. The exact same strategy I use all other times. Never once had I have this issue until this one time, on my first trade of the morning. I took the trade on 4 other accounts with other firms and not one of them had an issue with it. 40 tick stop loss with a 200 tick take profit target. Never and I mean NEVER have I been accused of Micro-scalping before until today. That being said I wash my hands of tick tick trader. This firm does payout but boy it’s a mess.KYC took a while. Payout takes 5 business days which isn’t too bad.I had 1 payout with the firm then blew my account. I wanted to buy more but they lock you out of purchasing more even if the accounts are inactive. I reach out to support and it took them a while to respond. They supposedly fixed the issue and I tried logging on to buy some accounts and the same issue persist. No less than 5 minutes later, my accounts get locked. I’m assuming I got banned for whatever reason. I tried resetting my password and reaching out but they would just auto close my ticket.I was vouching for them as a firm but can no longer. I had affiliate payouts owed as well but I guess I won’t be getting that either. I’d avoid them as there are much better firms at the moment. In response to to their reply:How can they flag me if I didn’t even enter my credit card yet? It immediately goes to purchase blocked when selecting the type of payment.

Great prop firm. I have nothing else to say about it. They have good pricing on their accounts, the best ratio 1:1 profit goal / eod drawdown, this is unique in the whole prop firm space. Update 06/03/2025Today someone from service desk as contacted me and decided to re-instate my account that was deactivated due to a rule violation that I did not know that existed. It’s all fair and square now. Thanks Marc.I purchased a TT direct account from them after reading great reviews. However, they came short. First of all, whole KYC thing is a complete mess. I have received payout from myfundedfutures and their KYC was super-efficient. Also, this company seem to have lots of hidden rules which is buried under a lot of documentations. Before purchasing expensive accounts make sure you read and memorize them.

El dÃa 01/Marzo/2025 se me renovó la suscripción en mi cuenta de evaluación.. Al darme cuenta de este cobro, cancelé la suscripción para el mes siguiente (Abril).Desde el primer minuto de mi re-suscripcion, no me funcionaron los datos de mercado, por lo que no podÃa realizar operaciones en mi cuennta activa.Reclame en reiteradas oportunidades y ya el dia 06/Marzo/2025 me informan que mi cuenta ha sido desactivada porque se “supero el limite de perdida diaria” cuando en realidad yo NO PUDE REALIZAR NINGUNA OPERACION..despues de insistir mi reclamo nuevamente por mail, me reestablecieron la cuenta, haciendome perder no solamente mi tiempo, sino todos esos dias de operativa..
