    I have been a TickTickTrader client since 2022, during which time I’ve had two accounts linked to different email addresses. This was due to the fact that when I purchased an account, an additional one was automatically added under the same NinjaTrader user profile. I already had multiple accounts, so it became frustrating to keep adding new ones.In September 2024, while I was trading in one of their $100k Express Evaluations, my account suddenly froze and I was unable to close an open position. I contacted support, and they verified the issue and resolved it. During this process, they also discovered that I had two email addresses associated with my account and advised me to consolidate them into one. They assured me that the issue had been resolved.After this, I purchased about four additional accounts without any further issues. One of these accounts successfully passed the evaluation, and I was sent my real account. I met all the withdrawal requirements, and I submitted my withdrawal request. However, after several days of waiting for an evaluation (with no clear reason for the delay), I was informed that because I had two accounts, I was no longer eligible to make a withdrawal. To make matters worse, they simply disconnected my account, but they had no issue processing my previous account purchases.I generally avoid leaving negative reviews, but when an injustice occurs that causes someone to waste their time and money, I feel it’s important to speak up. I am sharing my experience in the hope that others do not face the same situation. Please keep this in mind, and remember there are other companies out there that take their commitments seriously.

    I used to love this firm. I truly trusted that my issue would be resolved with ease as they used to have excellent customer service. They suddenly became dishonest and failed my performance account with absolutely no reason and when I provided photo evidence of this they took many days to review it and confirmed a drawdown on the wrong account. Really sad that they are allowed to do this. I know they will post some fake response but please don’t accept their lies. Update: I am responding to this only because I believed their responses to others and really don’t want others to fall victim to this.Please note the response is all lies. I have never had duplicate accounts and you know this. The account in question was NOT the one reviewed and I also disputed this- how could I continue to trade days later if that were the case? Unfortunately, there is no where to report such firms, I just caution others to beware, it will happen eventually.

    The stupid daily loss limit is so unessesary. Should be an option to remove it. It damages your ability to capitalise on your opportunity.There is also a very small payout cap and max 5 accounts which limits your ability to make money with them.

    I recently purchased a subscription however, I have a 2012 macbook pro and I’m having challenges with the installation although I received support from the technical team. I was also advised by TickTick trader that their is no web based version for the Rithmic package that I purchased. Since I cannot access the application, I asked for a refund. They said there is absolutely no refunds on any circumstances. So, I now have paid for an application, that I cannot access. It is not like you are given access to try out, before you pay. I don’t think that is reasonable at all. Beware!

    Fue bueno mientras duró, tenía una cuenta swing 10K direct y me enteré de que ya no estarán disponibles, sin embargo estaba analizando las nuevas propuestas de las cuentas directas y veo que no son muy beneficiosas para nosotros como traders, siempre he tenido la opinión de que la empresa que me limite para retirar mi dinero no es de fiar, ahora agregaron a las cuentas nuevas varias políticas que complica mas a los traders como: un umbral de 5,000.00 Us eso es en la cuenta de 100k direct y ese no es el problema sino un limite de retiro de 2000.00 Us y para rematar una regla de Coherencia, la verdad me decepciona mucho yo que pensaba que esta compañía era diferente, pero lo disfrute mientras duro, si algún día vuelven las cuentas directas de antes que te daban libertad tanto de retiro como de ganancia, pues estaré encantada de volver a ser parte de TickTickTrader.

    First things first they pay you. My very first payout went with no problem and it was very fast ( Rise ) . Project X platform is very fast , Customer support is excellent. I am working on for 2nd payout.After the bad experience with Fasttrack , i can say that i could be in safe company now.

    This is a scam company that will do anything to avoid paying out their traders. Not only did they refuse to pay me out the $20k that they owed me, but they lied to my credit card company and blocked me from the website and discord hiding their lies and preventing me from properly defending myself with a credit card dispute. There are far better firms that actually pay out their traders. Avoid this firm completely, and you will save yourself many headaches.Edit: response. The only reason you won the dispute was that credit card companies that each transaction individually, and do not look at the totality of your scam. Platform was unusable. Rules are deliberately hidden. So many better companies that are not out to get traders. It is not just me. I have been hearing 10s and even 100s of complaints through my trader connections about TickTick Trader pulling all sorts of questionable dubious stunts to hurt their traders.

    Edit :)They reached out in about 20 mins after my issues and all problems where fixed and solved in about 1hour and 30 mins now every thing is going smoothly i just submited my bank statment for proof of adress so that they can sort every thing out Now i see why they are the best(I need help with KYC It is not working)I really loved what u guys are doing but after trading my accout for weeks now and reached my pay out thresh hold KYC is not verifying it keeps on saying take another photo. its very sad for such a simple thing to be a problem (the passport i am using to verifyhere is what i have used on every other platform can some one plz look in to this or send me an email i will make sure i give u guys a 5 start once my problem is solved Tnx

    Waiting payout exceeding 7 days, contact customer service and was giving multiple due dates but nothing happened and last two tickets submitted didn’t receive any response back.Customer service was doing well until the Payout request, no real action was taken other than delaying responses.Issue resolved at the end of the day, really great support team!!

    after explaining the problem several times with screenshots, and answer them after hours and days, we couldn’t find a meeting point.I couldn’t close the positions I had on the market because the system didn’t work(Loss -3000$).their response was that they didn’t have enough evidence and it turned out to be the correct trades and they blamed my connection.my connection was fine because at the same time I also operate with other accounts and they were working.this is the service you get in this company for a $699 founded account.stay away from this company.

    This business is withholding payments and shows a clear disregard for their customers. I accidentally purchased an account at full price during their 35% off promotion, and despite my request, they refuse to issue a partial refund. This is appalling, especially since I currently have five accounts with them.To make matters worse, they offered me a coupon equivalent to the 35% discount to use on a future purchase. This is both deceptive and unacceptable because their system does not allow stacking discounts. As a result, the coupon cannot be used in conjunction with their ongoing 35% promotion, making it essentially worthless. This feels like a blatant attempt to avoid issuing a refund, disguising it as a “solution.” Their behavior is deeply disappointing and untrustworthy.

    Was skeptical because of all of the recent rug pulls and firms closing. Heard so many horror stories recently and this was my first time trading with TTT.Everything went smoothly though. Customer service was great and very responsive.Once I qualified for a payout it took 2.5 business days to see a deposit into Rise. During that time they do pause your account, so you can’t trade it. A small thing.Other than that, no complaints. 5 stars.

    This company is one of the worst companies out there. Built up over 40k in my accounts to having each account deactivated because of ONE MISTAKE. First of all, I’m not a microscalper. MY TRADES SHOW THAT I AM FAR FROM WHAT A MICRO SCALPER IS. ONE INCIDENT WHERE I HAD NO CONTROL OVER THE SPEED OF THE MARKET and trading between the 9:25-9:35am timeframe because seeing a lot of opportunity at this time. My target was hit within 2 seconds and because of this ONE TRADE all accounts had been deactivated. Not even a warning or anything like they gave to other fellow traders who also accidentally microscalper. NOT TO MENTION NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE CAN THIS MADE UP RULE BE FOUND UNTIL RECENTLY. Like everyone is supposed to just assume we can’t “microscalp”. Already got a few fellow traders away from this sh**hole and will continue to warn others. ALSO THERE ARE SOME OTHER COMPANIES THAT DONT ALLOW THIS “MICROSCALPING” BUT THEY DONT DEACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNTS IF IT HAPPENS. THATS F***iNG STEALING. What a way to treat traders/customers in an already psychological game.

    I joined Tickticktrader in November and got my first payout after a few weeks in a very timely manner. Approval was within 5 days and payout received via Rise immediately right after. I was absolutely very happy with their speedy process and their excellent customer service. However, my next two payout requests (submitted 11/11) now are currently pending for more than 18 days. I submitted a helpdesk inquiry on my payout status but did not seem to get an explanation. I cannot say how frustrated I am right now after my experience with FTT’s fiasco back in October. I like Tickticktrader very much and hoping this delay is just a temporary short-term situation with the company and not related to its financial condition.I will update my review once this issue is resolved and I hope it is coming soon.

    So far have 2 S2F accounts. Received one payout in 3 days and other approval in 3 days. Going to buy 3 more 250k accounts and we’ll see how this goes. So far a great firm and much better then any other experiences with other firms so far. Barely any rule changes and extremely respectful to any problem (unlike FTT)

    I initially had a delay with my payout request approval, but one of the managers saw my case and helped with it. They do pay out, just has some issue on their website or payment system where I can’t buy more accounts, but if you get to buy accounts, trade by their rules and you’ll get paid.

Been waiting three weeks for a payout they just keep giving me bullshit answers telling me the risk team is reviewing it when we all know it doesn’t take three weeks to review a damn payout. Way overpriced for the shittiest service you could imagine yeah they replied to you but they give you bullshit answers that don’t solve anything. Beware of this company. Don’t spend a lot of money with them. Get a single account if you wanna try this firm because they waste a lot of time and they even more waste your money.
