    Been on the CQG 50k Direct account with TickTick for a while, and I confirm I have been paid out. I’d say they are really one of the best operating firms in business, they offer a variety of trading software that I didn’t find any other futures firm offering, like Jigsaw, and CQG.. Also, their trading rules are very reasonable, maybe better than most of the firms I know. Their customer service are 24/7, you will always find someone from the customer service to talk to at almost anytime of the week. However, things do take time with them to process and fix, mainly because they depend less on automation, and they actually handle everything manually ( which is a good and a bad thing in itself )As far for CQG trading platform, it’s a little bit basic web trading platform imo, coming from Ninja trader and ATAS, I wouldn’t recommend it to someone trading orderflow, but it can be just fine for anyone trading PA or SMC, or any style of this nature..

    They will open trades on your behalf if you don’t log out and will claim you left trades open when there is clearly a stop loss and take profit level. They will ignore those and breach your account

    Tickticktrader is a good company, I had an express evaluation,I passed the evaluation in one day and activated my real account the same day.I made a profit and I could withdraw money, the withdraw took 5 working days to field and two days to come in my Bank account.The only thing that made me stop trading with this company is the fact that they modified the terms of the contract, in the real account,there is a consistency rule of 30%, one trade must not be more than 30% of total profit, and this is not ok for me

    well, were do a start,a have had multiple evaluation account with ticktick trader over the past year passed some and failed some but this time im just not letting go took up an 25000 evaluation which you cant hit daily loss of 500 which a did not received an email saying that a had violated my account and after looking at my rtrader and ninja trader which has never been wrong in the past its telling me a have only lost $468.75 and my $20 commision is $488.75 but after speaking with ticktick support a was told that the 2 platforms that you trade with are wrong and my daily loss was actually $508.75 which is wrong on both platforms which is BS a have had issue with them in the past also but wont get into that right now but defo a scam,after speaking with ticktick they said that my rtrader has been updated now to show my daily loss hit again a bet it does after yourselfs (ticktick trader) have changed what you need to changeafter this i will be moving to topstep trader as they have evaluations at same pricea will never trust ticktick again after yesterdays performance it just showed me they are scammersplease please dont trust them a have never had issues like this in my lifea have got the screenshots of my non-violation also

    They lie on their website, as they call their accounts things like $50k account, whereas in reality it’s a $1250 account due to the daily loss. The daily loss is overly restrictive, as you are always going to start your trading day being $1250 away from blowing it. With 10 contracts on the NQ, that’s only 6 points of drawdown before you blow my account.I tried having a conversation with their support about it, but was given condescending generic advice telling me what a daily loss is. And nonsense like it’s there to prevent significant losses on the account. This is a lie, if you hit the daily loss you lose the WHOLE ACCOUNT!All companies like this care about is getting your reset fees, nothing more. Keeping you trapped in the loop of resetting and paying more fees. Things like a strict daily loss are only there to help them and make sure that you never have enough room in the account to trade larger contract sizes. It’s all a scam, fund your own account and stop giving these predatory companies money.

    So I originally made a review a while back due to not receiving my funded account. I’d passed the evaluation but was told I’d have to wait for funding due to them having to set up Tradovate. This was January 2023. They replied to the review stating that I only had to pay the fee to get a Rithmic account, but I didn’t take them up as I didn’t want a Rithmic account. You can see their reply on my other review. Anyhow, today I saw that they now have Tradovate setup. So I asked them why my account wasn’t here yet and this is their reply:”Hi Anna, Greetings! My name is Amber from TickTickTrader, and I’m here to help you on behalf of Yara. We thank you for waiting. Upon investigation of our team, we regret to inform that you are no longer applicable in availing TickTickTrader’s services. Our team has made this decision due to a Trustpilot Review left by you in October 2022. Please note that TickTickTrader has the right to choose on which traders to collaborate with or not. We hope this clarifies your question. Feel free to reach out if there’s anything else we can help you with. Best regards,Amber”So not only did I not get my funded account last year, they also failed to honour their word and give it to me when Tradovate was ready. They then blame me for leaving a negative review after being treated so badly. I would give this company a wide berth.

    I made money on my direct account and withdrew since last Friday. Only to get email that I should submit documents and my card was found on other accounts which is absurd to me . They said I submit documents I did but cuz I used virtual card they still requested for proof of card after submitting my statement. I still went on and collaborated . But since then no new update am locked out of my account and neither have I gotten my withdrawal. And today is making it 2 weeks . And their support is saying it will take more weeks . More weeks. , for a mere verification

    Buenos días quiero empezar diciendo que porfavor tengan mucho cuidado está empresa aprovecha cualquier pequeño detalle para engañarles y desactivar sus cuentas, un claro ejemplo tuve un día en positivo de más de 1000 euros cuenta real acabe ese día en más 800 pero ellos dijeron que había llegado a la pérdida máxima y desactivaron mi cuenta, también desactivan cuentas si pones límite de pérdida diaria en ritmic y pones muchos problemas a la hora de pagar hay compañías muchísimo más fiables tengan mucho cuidado

    22/07/24Conozco esta plataforma por recomendación de un amigo, el cual vino a operar a casa un día después de hacer profit. Antes de todo esto me comunico con ellos para saber si podíamos operar juntos en casa para no tener problemas en un futuro. Su respuesta fue clara pueden operar bajo el mismo ip no el mismo instrumento. No solo que no lo hicimos, sino que mi amigo pierde 1000usd y solicita su retiro. Yo ese mismo día salgo profit y también solicito mi retiro. A lo cual con el pasar del fin de semana, a mi me pagan y a Él no. Luego de pagarme me piden que devuelva el dinero porque infringí las normas al hacer copy… lo cual el trade que me dio el profit ni siquiera estaba mi amigo operando ya en ese momento. Resulta que para ellos el activo NQ y MNQ son lo mismo (aclarado en …… ningún lado en cuentas directas). y cuando hable con ellos enviando un correo para evitar problemas futuros me podrían haber informado de todo esto. ¿Por que? porque resulta que tenían mas de 30 casos así (por no decir mas). Actué bajo sus normas que ellos mismos me comentaron y si la realidad no digo que yo estoy bien y ellos mal.La realidad es que, mi accionar se vio determinado por la respuesta de su correo y ciertas normas que me comunicaron que no infringí ninguna, y no reconocen los errores.¿errores? si también me enviaron a mi el pago “ilegitimo” otro error y a mi amigo que sus trades si eran LEGITIMOS le retuvieron el dinero…. la cuestión es que cometen errores pero no les importa como pueden afectarte con su inoperancia. Voy a ir actualizando a ver como se resuelve esto. También me enviaron un correo “devolve en 24 hs o sino cancelamos las cuentas” y no me enviaron una wallet para la devolución. Si ahora se demoran 24hs en enviar eso… ? también pago los platos rotos yo, recibiendo el bloqueo de todas las cuentas seguro! En fin como el titulo dice… cometen errores pero los pagas vos.23-07-24Acabo de preguntarle ninja trader si MNQ y NQ son el mismo instrumento y me dicen que NO. Y TICKTICK ME ACUSA DE COPYTRADING POR OPERAR ESTOS DOS DIFERENTES…. no me avisaron nunca que para ellos era lo mismo y por eso todo este problema, encima repito pregunte envié correos para evitar esto… y parece no importarles.1hs despues me respondieron debajo de este comentario. De nuevo agradezcan que truspilot no me deja subir las pruebas de su inoperancia. COPY TRADING hicimos segun ustedes porque el NQ y MNQ para ustedes son el mismo activo, ahora por decuccion logica no lo son y hasta el MISMO BROKER CON EL QUE TRABAJAN “NINJA TRADER” ME COMUNICO QUE NO LO SON. como esperaban que haga una deducción poco natural de pensar hasta para el bróker. Ahora bien no hay ninguna prueba de que esté informado de esto en mi CUENTA DIRECTA y cuando me comuniqué por correo tampoco me informaron… COPY TRADING NO HICE! según sus reglas que no me informaron hasta el 22/07 si! pero no es mi culpa que tengan mal echo los terminos y condiciones donde no informen esto y tambien que su soporte informe a medias a sus traders.A todo esto antes de que pase eso del “copy” mi amigo hizo profit adivinen que NO LE PAGARON AUN. y el lo hizo desde su casa solo y ese dia yo ni opere. y como todo esto paso al dia siguiente aprovecharon para actuar de esta manera…. saquen sus conclusiones yo voy a ir actualizando a medida que vayan contestando y resolviendo. AAAAH!…. la wallet para que les devuelvaa el dinero? no me la enviaron ni despues de 8hs y en 24hs me cierran todo digeron… pero no… no hay chance de que el error sea de ellos.21/08/2024Si me pasaron la wallet para devolver los usdt, pero denegaban el pago de mi amigo… luego de cerrarnos las cuentas (4 cuentas)….Actualizo a 5 ESTRELLAS!!! porque la verdad después de muchos correos e insistencia, me respondieron y la gerencia o nose que parte pero me llamaron y me ofrecieron una reunión de meet. Donde me escucharon, entendieron la situación y no solo que nos devolvieron todas las cuentas sino que también validaron los RETIROS QUE ESTABAN PENDIENTES <3 ! Muchas alegría y la verdad que se tomen esta molestia (aunq insistí mucho) ellos tienen el poder ni les mueve tenerme como trader o no. Pero no! SE tomaron su trabajo enserio y demostraron que si les importan sus operadores! Pensaba en borrar el comentario y escribir una reseña buena de nuevo pero todos cometemos errores y que aunque se hayan generado problemas lo importante es como se comportan las personas, en este caso, empresa en las malas. Y acá dejando y actualizando me parece que se ve realmente todo el proceso de solución desde cuando escribí lo primero un poco enojado. A como les cuento esto ahora contento con las cuentas de nuevo….Conclusión: TTT les importamos.

    I previously traded with Tick tick, where all was good. took a few payouts. then had a bad streak, where they flagged me and put me on a 1-month probation… fine, that is what it is. expecting that after the 1 month I would be able to trade again with them. 1 month go’s by and I reach out… they then proceed to tell me that I cannot purchase a new account until I go through their mentoring program (complete bogus if you ask me). It has now almost been 3 months since the call about the mentoring program and no one has reached out. So, I took it upon myself to reach out. they then said I am on a waiting list which once a spot become available, they will reach out, and only then I will be able to purchase a new account. steer clear from this firm if you want to build a long-term partnership with a firm.

    TickTickTrader is the only futures prop firm that I know of that allows traders to bypass the evaluation phase and move straight to a direct simulated live funded account! I used to have problems with the daily loss limit but they recently made this a soft daily loss reset (ie it stops you from trading for the day but as long as you’re within the tick drawdown limit, you can trade the next day) – this was a MUCH needed improvement and I’m so grateful they did this! Requesting a $5k withdrawal today – will update my review with timeline on the withdrawal and deposit process 🙂

    No nonsense, very professional operation. By far the best customer service from the help desk I’ve experienced from any other funding firms I have had the pleasure of doing business with. You ever had another firm have an actual human being call you to work to resolve a misunderstanding which was YOUR fault? Instead of just treating you like a number in a spreadsheet, liquidating and terminating your account? The TickTick team did that for me last fall. Second to none.
