    Le support ne répond jamais les membres eziatant par contre si vous envoyez un message avec un compte différent , ils vous répondent tout de suite. Nous sommes 900 personnes dans un groupe et on compte faire une plainte si le problème ne se regle pas .

    The absolute best prop firm out there. They have amazing support that respond quickly. They don’t have many rules either, so you can trade your own trading style very easy. End of Day drawdowns is crucial for me, so this firm offering that was also extremely important for me, as well as them offering a 1:10 mini to micro ratio. There is only 1 thing that brings their rating down to a 4 star is their Daily Loss Limit (DLL) being a hard rule instead of a soft rule. A hard rule fails an account, but if it was a soft rule, it would just stop you from trading for the day once it’s hit. It being a hard rule allows an account in deep profit on the month to fail within a day, which is unfortunate.So if they can ever change it to be a soft rule, this firm would undoubtedly be #1, and I would give it all 5 stars.

    This people just want to take your money, don’t waste your time. Opened an account, everything was ok even though sometimes when you try to close an open trade the system wont react but managed to work at the end. Every time I finish trading I would screen capture the total balance. Yesterday I closed my account with 103,110 today after doing my analysis I jumped right in to open a trade and noticed my trade stoped at -$785 when I looked at my balance it says $100,055. And they send me a mssg for violation. Where that money go? Be my guess…

    I recently had a rather disappointing experience with TickTicktrader that I feel compelled to share, in hopes that it might prevent others from facing a similar situation.I had signed up for an evaluation subscription 100k challenge ,I failed in the challenge because i exceeded the Maximum permitted Drawdown , and I receive and email said ” You have exceeded the Maximum permitted Drawdown with your balance of 96422.5 $ below the threshold value of 96500 $.As per the signed agreement, the account has been terminated “. So my account was deactivated .today my surprise when I was automatically charged for a service I had consciously opted out of! they charged me for new month subscription Upon noticing the charge, I immediately contacted the customer service, expecting a straightforward resolution. Unfortunately, the response was far from satisfactory. Despite providing clear evidence that my subscription was deactivated, they refused to issue a refund.What concerns me most is not just the unexpected charge, but the lack of accountability and customer care exhibited by Tickticktrader. A platform’s reputation isn’t just built on the services it offers but also on the support it provides to its users, especially in situations like these.I had hoped for a better outcome and a demonstration of customer understanding, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I advise potential users to be very cautious with their subscriptions and to be aware of the platform’s billing practices, which in my experience, have been less than transparent.

    Misleading information on website dashboard/analytics, support pick and choose what messages to respond to and ignore others. No clear process for raising formal complaints and escalating to independent body even after multiple (over 5) requests— UPDATE/RESPONSE:There’s nothing comprehensive or thorough about the information provided. It’s a bunch of made up random numbers on a table with generic copy-paste support response. The CSV and screenshot from your logs show completely different numbers to the table in the email. My account has been deleted/locked out and I can’t log in to Rithmic or NinjaTrader to verify anything. Anybody can create a CSV/screenshot with random, unverified numbers. You can’t ask for additional information knowing full well that I cannot provide any as you’ve deleted or locked me out of my account.

    Unfortunately this company has adopted the 30% rule for live accounts. This rule IS not about consistency! This rule is about controlling profits so they don’t have to payout as much. If a trader makes 10k day one on a live account, they can not withdraw a cent. The trader MUST make another 8k to bring the accounts best day of profits under 30%. To add to this bs, if you LOSE money then your best day is even FURTHER off the 30% mark. Hopefully this rule ruins the prop industry until they go back. DONT use anyone who limits your profits! It doesn’t benefit the trader. It’s only good for the firm.

    I have won a funded account but was desapointed in the fact that the platform i was using to trade didn t update the end of the day threshold which make me hit it and lose my account. Wasn t my fault as i tought i was far from hiting the threshold. They recognize it at their company but refused to reset my account even it was their fault. They just take the fees i paid to activate my account.

    Intente comprar una cuenta bundle de 100.000, y me daba un error 3d al momento de colocar la tarjeta de credito, probe con varias tarjetas de diferentes personas y bancos y seguia el error. Me comunique con el soporte y me dijeron que el problema no era de la web sino del banco, llame al banco y me dijeron que estaba todo ok. Me envian un correo desde tickticktrader dandome posibles soluciones y afirmandome que el web site funcionaba ok. Probe todas las soluciones y nada! Probe borrando caches, usando difetentes bancos, diferentes tarjetas, probe con otras pc, otros navegadores y nada. El soporte sigue diciendome que el problema es mi tarjeta y no el sitio web.

    Pros:End of day Drawdown – this is a plus as many company implement the realtime trailing loss which in my opinion is a really bad rule. News Trading – you can trade during news which i think is awesome Same Day Passing – you can pass your evaluation the same day and you can create your performance account right away. That is a huge plus for experience traders who want their funded account right away.Great Customer Support – you can chat with them 24/7 if you have issuesCons:Daily Loss – you will lose your account if you go pass the daily loss. I think this is bad rule. They should just suspend the account on that trading day, so traders have the opportunity to gain it back the next trading day.Consistency Rule – this rule should be removed or raised to 50%. Profit Loss via Rule Violation – this rule is really dumb. Many other companies would at least give you 50% of your earned profits if you break a rule. This company if your consistency isn’t reached then you lose 100% of your profits. So you gotta be careful. I myself suffered from this.Multiple performance accounts – 3 accounts. I would like to have 20 performance that would be great. Most prop firm has their pros and cons. Some are better than others one way or another. It’s a give or take when choosing a prop firm. but I would say Tickticktrader is one of the top firm you can chose from. UPDATE: 10/15/24Finally was able to get my first withdraw.I submitted the withdraw last tuesday, after signing forms and contracts. It was finally delivered this tuesday. So yeah their 5 business days processing time is literally 5 days. But i read that the next withdrawal would be quicker since all forms are filled out. Can’t wait for my next withdrawal.
