    Tick Tick was not horrible during eval nor the sim account after I was funded; however their payout is absolutely terrible. They make you make $3500 and only receive 50% payout after that is made until 40 days (2 months have passed) When they pay out, it takes 5 days (roughly a week). Not a fan of this.

    Have had good experience with TickTickTrader customer support so far. Trading experience is enjoyable and the rules are fair. I would like to see some dashboard improvements to track price better as logging into Rithmic closes out my jigsaw account and jigsaw doesn’t show the balance/pnl with commissions accurately. I signed up for the 10K swing and really enjoy the rules, think it’s great for growing a small account. Am in process of doing a first withdraw, will update how that process goes.

    Got first payout from a direct performance account. Process is smooth and fast. There is no 40 day withdrawal limit. There is however a five day payout processing which can cause some misunderstanding. I hope TTT is able to shorten the processing time even further. Customer service is superb as well ( Thanks Cindy and Sean )

    Don’t let the good reviews deceive you. Once you pass the evaluation, they make you leave a review prior to receiving your Funded account. If you do not leave a review you will not get your funded account.I purchased the Direct to 25k account and I blew the account. Then I purchased another one and started trading. They disabled my account and said that I copy-traded the same instrument on two TIck TIck Accounts. I only had one account. I received confirmation that the first account was canceled prior to buying the second account. Support refused to do anything about it. I was told that they will escalate it to management and they will get back to me within 24 hours. I lost money on what would have been over a $500 profitable trade. And I was not able to trade for hours. They never called me. I called them and finally got through to a person.I was also told that if I blow my account, all money under the safety threshold is forfeited. And also if I blow my account only 20% of the money above the safety threshold is paid to me and they keep 80%. Very unfair.
