    The only shortcoming I found unreasonable is the significant slippage (Rithmic vs NinjaTrader) between the platform and actual Rithmic balance.

    Honestly, if you’re a professional trader that has trading knowledge, discipline, and strategies it’s the company that will suit you but if you are a beginner go try a 2months on demo accounts then come to ticktick and pass the test otherwise it’s one of the best funding companies if it’s not the best I really recommend it a lot

    I have tried to use other prop firms, and Tick tick trader seemed sound. Their support is great, drawdown rules are not predatory, and they offer multiple platforms. It’s also great that I don’t have to worry about data fees!!

    Tech support would not respond except for 1 call back in a week. One day I called during regular business hours 50 times and could not get through. I have sat in the chat waiting for helps for hours at a time. I loved Rithmic and Bookamp but had to quit TIck Tick Trader – if they cant help with a connection will they be there when I need to be paid? I was charged twice for a reset 2 days apart. It was supremely frustrating. Beware! Roger

    J’ai prix le test de 25k reel direct a 349$ apres atteint presque 25700$ dans la même journée et pendant l’annonce économique je sais pas c’est quoi qu’ils ont fait mais mon SL n’est pas déclenché et qunad j’ai leur dit que j’ai bien calculé mon SL de façon que j’atteins pas mon daily loss, ils m’ont expliqué que s’arrive que les SL ne sont pas déclencher de coup chez eux c’est normale !!!!Donc il m’ont éliminé puisque j’ai touché mon daily loss faute que mon SL n’est pas touché de leur faute.Quand j’ai envoyé les capture d’écran et les justificatifs ils sont perturbés et y avait 3 agent qui me parle dans le même conversation, entre eux ils ne sont pas honnêtes 2 entre eux me disent ok on va reactive le compte et l’autre il me dit non ont peux rien faire Apres 24h je me suis connecté et je vais juste testé j’ai ouvrir un microcontrat je dit peux etre c’est activé,et j’ai fermé pour ouvrire 2 contrat normaux et sur le champ j’ai reçu un email automatique que j’ai perdu le compte. J’ai rien compris.ils ne sont pas professionnels le support ils ne sont pas des humaine Pratiquement comme des robots ils cherchent juste d’arnaquer les gens pour voler leur argent Aussi dans leur publicité ils note comme si vous avez des logiciels en plus gratuits (jigsaw et bookmap) mais si tu demande la licence key pour ninjatrader8,puisque chaque propfirm leur licence key spécifique,il t’envoie et apres j’ai demandé pour jigsaw ils m’ont dit que j’ai le droit q’un seul licence key !!!!!J’ai jamais vu !!C’est-à-dire tu trade avec euxais par un licence de leeloo par exemple pour avoir jigsaw Quelle malhonnête A fuir !!!!!!!!

    I am very new to this and had many questions. They were all answered and so far everything has been great. It is not very simple to set everything up and they are great about walking you through everything. Update: I have had more questions (like a couple everyday) and they have all been answered in usually an hour or two. Very satisfied with customer service.
