    They closed my account even though I was still up on it cause they deemed me “too risky” a trader. That is something I’ve never dealt with, with any other prop firm. Did not violate any of their rules. Basically they can close your funded account anytime at their own discretion. I will say, that they did pay me out the rest of my remaining profit. So what happened was, they paused my account for 2 weeks prior to that with no clear answers. Then I just suddenly got an email that my funded account was being closed for being too risky… even though I was still up $10k on it. They also said I can never open another account with them again for this reason. Just ridiculous. I was caught completely off guard with this and was utterly confused. Pretty bad customer service experience. Oh, they also still owe me $99 cause they allowed me to pay with coinbase but it wasn’t til after I paid that they said they don’t use it anymore. Then I kept asking for refund and they said they’re just “waiting on coinbase”. Been over a month now and no response…Update 12/1/22:They did reach out and finally refunded me after I made this review. Not sure if they would’ve if I didn’t… regardless, they did refund.Update 12/5/22:I don’t think you guys need to lie about this. I requested the refund at the end of september to the beginning of october. You guys did not provide any update, reached out to me about the status of the refund, or offer me anything until I posted this review in November. Even when you guys closed my account, you did not mention it at all. Once I posted this review, you guys sent me the refund immediately. THIS should’ve been the first response. No refund should ever take over a month and a half to process. Just accept the criticism, and say you’ll do better next time. There’s no need to lie about it.

    Good experience – unique express account without daly loss limit.- Jigsaw/Bookmap for free – another unique super bonus.- Fast support.- Just one activation fee and then no monthly fees- Drawdown is EOD, not intraday- If you will pass 100k express – they refund your subcription.Minuses:- 2,5$ per order, so 5$/1 contract trade – biggest from all companies which I trade.- So We will test it now in the live account and we will see how things go in the withdrawal case.

    I have used other trader funding platforms and i found that ticktick traders platform is the best i have used so far. The rules for the funding program allow a trader to have more chance of succcess. I would defnatley reccomend ticktick trader to anyone seeking to pass a trader funding challenge and get funded with less pressure
