    I’ve been messaging customer service for the past two days and it’s basically non existent. I keep getting generic responses. It says I’m talking to a human but it’s the most robotic human ever. Now I can’t get a response at all. Passed my eval however the system isn’t updating and I’ve been trying to get someone to fix the issue for the past two days.

    Since day one they have been very responsive. I have to admit I didn’t pay attention to all of the rules initially and accidentally left a position open over night. Other than that everything has been smooth. I’ve passed 4 challenges, working on my 5th now. Awesome team!

    Maricar was great at helping me figure out the issues I had with my TradingView and Travovate connection. The platforms were telling me I wasn’t able to trade some specific instruments in the futures markets, and it was my first time using the Take Profit Trader services. The minor issue was that I was not connected and had not updated my Market Data to sync. It was a great, quick help. In addition, she responded quickly and helped me figure out the problems.     knowing that you can contact them 24/5 is really something that put one at ease. not speaking to a bot, makes the conversation come alive. the person that responded to my query was polite and clear with his answers. so definitely a company to deal with. a suggestion: DLL should pause the account if breached. Max DD should cancel the account

    I am new to takeprofittrader. Yesterday was the first trading day with a pro account. The dashboard didn’t update on time, which I experienced before. When I reached out to customer service, Christine sent me a snapshot of my trading result and explained the dashboard may have some delay and will be updated soon. It is great to have the timely support for a new customer.

    I made a purchase with a discount code earlier today. However, there was a blunder on my end where I forgot to “apply” the discount code and ended up paying for it with the full price. Contacted support and within less than 2 mins, I got a reply saying that they will refund the cost difference and apply the discount code benefit to the account I had purchased.This is the only futures firm that would do this for their customer, I guarantee that a partnership with them will not make you regret it.

    I paid full price for an EVAL and missed applying the coupon code. I reached customer service immediately and “Bernardo” (Customer service rep) was very helpful in assisting me quickly process a partial refund and applied the coupon code for me.He went above and beyond and quickly addressed the issue that was my mistake.Really makes me feel I’d want to continue doing business with TakeProfitTrader.
