My account had a profit of $1,434 with all winning trades. Today, I took a micro contract of 15 with a stop loss of 36 points, which equals $1,080. The trade moved in my favor by approximately 10 points, around $300, bringing my drawdown to $48,000 + ($1,434 + $300) = $49,734.Strangely, my account ended up being wiped out at $50,166.I requested an explanation from support, and they responded with, ‘Stop losses are not guaranteed to work.’But it doesn’t stop there. I no longer have any historical data: no trade history, no conversations with support.This is theft and lacks transparency. The agent I interacted with before escalated the conversation without providing the needed information. You can check the chat log for this incident.The next day, I was fortunate to chat with a professional and wonderful agent who not only answered my question immediately but also offered to help and deleted the codes within minutes. This demonstrates the stark difference between the two agents’ approaches.Why didn’t the first agent handle my inquiry the same way the second agent did? Great payout policy and structure. Great customer service. Often have good deals. Love the wallet feature. Nice rewards system where you accumulate points that you can use for things like resets and evals. Great prop firm. Maybe 3 things that I’d like to see different, but I think that these three things probably help keep them in business.1. It would be nice if you were allowed to pass in one or two days. 5 days feels a little long in the current environment.2. Currently hitting the daily loss limit nukes your account. With the markets like they are (every 1 minute candle on NQ is about 70 points these days) that means it is pretty easy to incur some unpredictable slippage when your stop gets hit. I’ve lost several accounts by $5 or $10 even though my stop was in at a price that should have adequately protected the account. It would be great if the DLL just ended your day instead of the eval. Related to this, you cannot manually set a more restrictive DLL in Tradovate like you can on your personal Tradovate account or Tradovate accounts with other prop firms. I suspect this is purposefully deactivated so that you are stuck with the account ending DLL set by the eval rules.3. Everyone’s favorite: the Pro and Pro+ Account Unrealized Profit Trailing Drawdown until you are out of the buffer zone. Again, I understand that the good folks at Take Profit have to eat, but this would be the number one thing I’d like to see go. There are a couple of other prop firms that don’t use it. But Take Profit has so many other great features that this drawdown – painful as it is – isn’t quite enough to jump ship.

My experience with TakeProfitTrader has been nothing short of a nightmare, and unfortunately, this isn’t the first time. I trade using Tradovate on TradingView, and it’s been a constant battle. If it’s not platform outages disrupting my trades, it’s the system freezing and placing unintended orders. I’ve reached out to both TPT and Tradovate, only to be caught in a frustrating game of ping-pong, with each side deflecting responsibility. It’s like they expect traders to pick up the pieces while they wash their hands of any accountability.The customer service representatives I’ve dealt with have been absolutely terrible. There’s been no help whatsoever, no solutions offered, and certainly no empathy. I recently had an issue with TopStep where I paid to start their combine, as I was fed up with TPT’s issues. While they initially took the money without setting up my account, their response was a world apart from TPT. TopStep’s support team apologized profusely, credited me with two free account resets, and followed up with several apology emails. It’s clear where customer service actually matters, and it’s not with TPT.Maybe it’s time I take my business to a company that values its customers.

I have used these guys for a little while now. I clicked on the cancel subscription button and i got a popup that said if you want to cancel your subscription you can but if not we will waive your next months renewal fee. I got charged again for the monthly fee and support said oh its not the monthly renewal fee its the reset fee. Their wording is not clear about a lot of things. Other than that they are great. Just beware of their wording. Thank you for your reply. I was just a bit confused about the monthly renewal fee versus the rest fee.

They stole my money! I bought a test and never got the invite to log in the rhythmic. without rhythmic you can’t use the trading platform and can’t start the test. I emailed and used their Chat system at least a dozen times with over the next month with no response. I had to cancel the account when I got their notice, they were going to rebill me.

I have used these guys for a little while now. I clicked on the cancel subscription button and i got a popup that said if you want to cancel your subscription you can but if not we will waive your next months renewal fee. I got charged again for the monthly fee and support said oh its not the monthly renewal fee its the reset fee. Their wording is not clear about a lot of things. Other than that they are great. Just beware of their wording. Thank you for your reply. I was just a bit confused about the monthly renewal fee versus the rest fee.

They stole my money! I bought a test and never got the invite to log in the rhythmic. without rhythmic you can’t use the trading platform and can’t start the test. I emailed and used their Chat system at least a dozen times with over the next month with no response. I had to cancel the account when I got their notice, they were going to rebill me.
