    This is my third review in as many weeks for TPT. The thing is, I used to really love them I have even had sizeable payouts from them (so not disputing they pay out). But jeez, they really are letting people down left and right atm. I lost 5 x Test accounts today because of fills being the incorrect size (more lots than I entered in the DOM, not the first time this has happened btw) and also forcing me out of trades. Upon logging out more than annoyed, I saw this message in bright yellow on the Tradovate platform log in. “We are aware of the current order routing issue and are actively working with our providers to resolve it as soon as possible.” I provided these screenshots to TPT in the chat. I had also reset these test accounts so I contacted TPT to refund the reset prices given the information at hand with the issue on Tradovate. 5 hours have passed and Ryan from TPT responds…(01:15:44)”Insert Name”: Hi there! It’s ”Insert Name” from The Profit Team. I’ll be more than happy to help! There may be a delay in my response, as we’ve been receiving a really high volume of request(01:15:52) ”Insert Name”: Do you have a video of the issue happening?(01:18:13) ”Insert Name”: Since I did not receive any response. I’ll close this chat now. Thank you for contacting TPT. Have a great night!Barely giving me enough time to respond before closing the chat. Despite waiting for over 5 hours. I literally provided screenshots of the Tradovate platform confirming their are issues and they just glossed over them. They closed the chat before I could respond. They have at every point in the last few weeks constantly been a failure. Myself as a trader is down $500 USD because of “current order routing issue” as Tradovate themselves put on their own platforms. Its beyond a joke. I used to love their customer service and firm, but now… its just a huge let down. I just want my test account fees refunded. Edit: Take Profit Trader haven’t even responded to the original emails I have sent yet had enough time to force me to redact the customer service agents name from this review. They are a joke.

    My experience with Take Profit Trader (TPT) has been frustrating, to say the least. I initially reached out because my account was wrongly reset, despite having built up profits. Instead of taking responsibility for the issue or providing a proper resolution, support repeatedly insisted it was my mistake and refused to offer any real help.After pushing for escalation, I was eventually granted only a partial profit transfer ($583) and a reset credit—which is better than nothing, but still far from fair compensation. If TPT claims to uphold “high standards,” then there should be safeguards in place to prevent accidental resets, instead of blaming traders for their system’s flaws.On top of that, my new account showed as ‘disabled’, and I had to follow up yet again to ask why and when my funds would reflect. This lack of transparency and accountability is a major red flag for any serious trader.Final Verdict: If you’re considering TPT, be aware that their support team is rigid, unhelpful, and quick to shift blame rather than resolve legitimate issues. There are better, more trader-friendly platforms out there. Proceed with caution.

    Takeprofit customer service team is amazing. Luis was able to assist me. I am a new trader with them and Luis was able to quickly respond to every question that I had in regards to the rules for becoming funded and with how does the withdrawal process works.

    A few weeks ago I saw TakeprofitTrader running adds for “no activation fee” on Youtube. I clicked on the adds which took me to their website. I purchased an evalutation and passed to get a Pro Account. I was told that they were not running that promo so I would have to pay the activation fee. I started a chat with a customer rep explaining what happened and shared multiple screenshots of the adds on Youtube clearly showing it said ‘no activation fee’.This is what I was told : “I understand the screenshot and I acknowledge that it says on the screenshot “No activation fee.” They admitted that the add said “no activation fee”. They still refused to honor it.A week later I purchased an evaluation with my rewards points using a code for “no activation fees” that was accepted. I just passed that and was told that I have to pay the activation fee because it is not valid if you us the credit bank. Nowhere in there knowledge base does it say that and they accepted the ‘no activation fee code’ when I purchased it. I believe this is false advertising because they refuse to honor what they put out.

    Best Prop Firm! In general, their model, tests, Pro (funded) account rules, and definitely payout policy are the best in the industry. Being able to reset the funded account is essentially a straight to funded model, before straight to funded was an actual thing. They recognise if you can pass the test but had a down turn in the funded, you should be able to just get back in and make money rather than test again, big plus!!! I’ve had a couple issues with tests, the dashboard, and one of their auto liquidate rules but their support staff, specifically Bernardo, were quick to assist, objective about the issues and taking responsibility, and resolved all the problems, going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I’ve tried 6 different props, TPT is my #1 choice….

    i signed up for my 25k account sunday, i chose tradovate and th data on charts just would not show up, i searched for a number to call there is NO NUMBER to call, so i messaged them in chatbox they couldnt figure out the problem , they sent me to tradovate and they said its not a problem on their end..ive messaged the chatbox litterally 20 times today and nobody responded or helped.its now 4 days later,,and nothing– TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

    I have been trading Prop firms for 2 years, seen the good the bad and the ugly, and 1 of my favorite 2 prop firms are without a doubt, Take Profit Trader. Limited rules, basically none, can take payouts anytime you want, good support and payments usually in account within 48 hours of submitting to the time it hits bank. Revolutionize the space these folks are and you will NOT go wrong utilizing them as your prop firm of choice, I hope they can keep it up, as I think so far they have set the bar for all others to match. Great work TPT team!

    They lag chart data randomly and fill orders discretely with fraudulent practices.I have been asked to provide more information and here it is. I do have video evidence too but not sure how to upload it here. My intention of writing this review is to help other individuals before they get trapped and looted by these scammers.1. This company follows fraudulent activity of executing trades secretely while actual real market data is too far away from stop loss.2. They play different tactics of providing lagging data randomly.3. As per their contract 6Minis or 60Micros per account can be placed however they placed restrictions on going above 1micro contract which is a direct evidence of failure of their contract terms.4. They chose non famous traders across globe and play dirty psychological tactics and manually intervene of opening orders and closing it with loss. IT IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY SCAMMING RANDOM PEOPLE.

    On the first day, I lost $725 and decided to close my account. I went to sleep, and the next day, I discovered that my account had been completely blown up. Two sell orders were placed without my knowledge, and they ran until my account was liquidated.I reached out to customer service, but I received no response—only a screenshot of the orders I never placed. On top of that, I no longer have access to the Rithmic data. This experience makes me feel like I was scammed.I highly recommend everyone switch to Topstep instead. They have a great community, excellent customer service, a practice account, and full data access for an entire month.

    One of their rules is that you don’t hold a trade past 5pm. Unlike companies like Top step that would end your trade automatically after 5pm, these ones don’t, so I lost an account. It would have been nice to offer a free reset when I asked, since it was my first time. This act would have been appreciated and world have kept me even longer with them, but their staff Theo said NO, with no remorse, so I cancelled my subscription unfortunately

    What the actual crap is this? Charts and data are delayed – got in touch with support he was being VERY vague! You are forced to buy CME data to have your charts print in real time. Tradovate is gobshite lmao do not waste your money !So i placed a Sell limit and it was filled 10 ticks early,how does that account blow with 2 micros?!! Man i am blown away by that the rediculous experience i just had with tradovate and TPTStay away. Go to Top Step !

They are designed to teach you to manage your risk, and I needed that horribly when I got started. Consistency has won. Short term sacrifices for long term gains. 100% would recommend 10xs over. Ease of use, friendliness, helpful, portal is crazy simple. Love this company.

    After being my own worst enemy for several weeks, I finally made it to the finish line in test mode. I had signed up with the NOFEE40 code which waives activation fees upon passing. I think I had these reset at least 4 times. Sure enough, on moving to Pro today, my activation fees were waived even though I found a way to suck at trading when I know better. Looking forward to continuing the journey with no consistency rules!

    I’ve been with TPT for a few weeks now and have been able to seamlessly withdraw over 6k in profit. Each day I can make a withdrawl and know that the next day it will be in my bank account! I do wish their Pro+ plan didn’t make you have a trailing drawdown again but that’s the cost of business and they won’t force you to go into pro+ until you have taken out 20k in payouts! Would highly recommend TPT!
