    Their customer support is amazing. I never have to wait to talk to someone for help. The best part of this company is being able to take a payout on day one of your pro account. The payout process is easy and really helps you lock in your profits.

    The company is exactly as they advertise! I met their buffer on the PRO account and I exceeded it and I was paid out 80% of the profit the same day. All in all the money was in my account the same day. Definitely recommend them! 5/5 stars – one of the best prop firms out there

    This company is useless. I bought a 50K challenge and passed it. They told me that I had to move to a pro account and pay $130. In addition, to be able to withdraw money, I have to make $2000 and from there on, I can withdraw. In addition to that, I lost the account because I exceeded the account loss limit and they told me that to reactivate it, I had to pay $649. This is really insane

    Watch out with this company. Customer service is terrible if you have any type of complaint. They just stop responding to you if you push back. My grievance is that I went to cancel a subscription and I received a notice stating to keep in mind that if I don’t cancel my subscription it will reset for free on the next billing cycle. What they fail to say is that you will pay a renewal fee anyway on your next billing cycle. So why bother to put that notice there? I find it so misleading and shady. It’s a trick to get people to stay and pay.

    Hey there. Im funded now with 5 Accounts. Hit 2 Payouts with 1 Account in 2 days. I just tested the firm to what the said and compared to a lot of others (over 20) this is by far (til today) the best experience i had. 5 Stars compared to others atm is too less. Payouts under 10 hrs on my account. Team, Service and so on is really great and fast. If they do this way all the time it will be my Allstar. Keep up the great work and rules. TPT is awesome.

    It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with an automatic renewal and be denied a refund. They wouldn’t even allow me to dispute the charge.To make matters worse, they only offered a $10 refund out of the $85 I was charged.

    I have been using TPT for a few months now, and just taken my first payout. The entire experience is great. Customer service was always there to sort out technical and billing issues promptly. The online portal is adequate, informative and functional. Trading rules are clearly laid out and can be trusted. The payout process was quick and efficient, going from approval to receiving funds in just a few hours. Best of all, the move to live (PRO+) is only optional, not forced upon you.Nothing more I would expect from a trader funding firm; I’m a very happy customer and hope to stay with TPT for many more months.
