    So far the best prop firm in terms of customer support and user experience. Generally they’re amazingly fast and helpful whenever you reach out to them. Bernardo just fixed an issue in less than 5 minutes – that’s why I’m taking 5 minutes to quickly write this review. I would appreciate a European server for faster order fills though. Hopefully that will get implemented soon

    Hands down one of the best prop firms I have worked with! Their live response team is always on it, and quick to get a hold of! Theo is one of the people on the team and he was more helpful than beyond belief! Their payouts, their rules, their timeliness, just everything about this company is truly amazing!     Take Profit Trader is by FAR the BEST PROP FIRM OUT THERE. They treat you with dignity and respect. The customer service is incredible and they have a chat that responds to you in real time. They actually want you to make money (so they can make money!) I was on TOPSTEP before and they have made some changes that really make it less attractive all around, the biggest being limiting your payouts. Take Profit Trader is all about the trader and their success. VERY HAPPY TO BE TRADING WITH THIS FIRM!

With the new “no daily loss limit” functionality, they have truly positioned day traders to succeed on a day to day basis…Customer Service continues to remain top notch and I truly appreciate the transparency the provide on their website…no need to look anywhere else!!!

    Take Profit Customer Service is pretty good, they are knowledgable and helpful. Ofcourse, talking to a real person is always th epreferred method, but with these guys, eventually, it will change if everyone use chat system in such a seamless manner.I decided to use TakeProfit because of the ease of use, and the features they offer which is better than the other companies and you pay for these features. End of the day when you make money, these are small investments to make.Eventually, I will update the commetns when I begin to withdraw funds. Overall, as of now, good company and recommend it.

    I am thoroughly disappointed with the service I received from TakeProfitTrader.com. My experience has left me questioning the legitimacy of this platform entirely.I initially contacted their support team regarding the purchase of a $150K account. After completing my purchase, I waited for my Tradovate credentials to appear in my control center, but after more than an hour, nothing had shown up. I reached out to support and was told by someone (which I was requested to remove his name by TakeProfitTrader so I removed his/her name) that there was a delay in account creation, and that I would receive my credentials within the hour. Over two and a half hours later, I still had not received my credentials, so I reached out again.This time, I was told by someone (which I was requested to remove his/her name by TakeProfitTrader so I removed his name) that my account had not been created successfully and that I needed to cancel it for a refund. How is this even possible? I purchased the account without any issues during checkout, and yet somehow, the creation failed on their end. This is beyond unacceptable.I canceled the account as instructed, but now I’m left wondering how a company that can’t even create accounts properly expects me to trust them with my profits in the future.To make matters worse, I received no confirmation emails after my purchase. Not a single email to confirm my registration or even my email address. This is incredibly unprofessional and only adds to the suspicion around this platform.At this point, I have no faith in TakeProfitTrader.com and will be proceeding with caution. If they can’t get something as basic as account creation right, I have no reason to believe they will honor any profits I make. I’ve taken screenshots of the entire conversation, but unfortunately, there’s no way to send them here. I strongly advise anyone considering this platform to proceed with extreme caution. I will be following up on my refund, but I’m skeptical it will be processed without further issues.

    Overall great company.I have traded off and on with Take Profit Trader, and it’s always been a smooth process, and the rules are perfect for a trader trying to actually trade properly.Well, I ended up having a billing issue with one of my accounts so I tried out their support. Ryan V took the time to ask me questions and drill into my account. He made things right for me. Very professional and excellent customer service.Really can’t beat the whole package for TPT.

    Well I am just starting with these guys and always one needs a certain amount of assurance which in itself reveals or not in the smallest of details.. I cannot yet comment in terms of their performance regarding trading activity and the other services they provide as I have yet to enter into fully their offerings. However, their customer service has been excellent but for one minor instance of over waiting and if they can take care in excellent form of such detail then it serves as a reference to continue with confidence deeper into the foray that they present .

    I just passed an account and I am ready to trade the PRO account. Once I reach the threshold, I will be able to ask for payouts. So far everything is going well, great customer support and good promotions. I will give 5 stars if there are no problems when I ask for my first payout but, as I have read, they are the best propfirm when it comes to payouts, so I am calmed in this regard
