    I passed my evaluation. TPT has not listed the passed eval under “Passed Tests” nor added a new PRO account to the “PRO” tab. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. Still haven’t received a contract or anything about the passing of my test. I contacted the support that’s supposed to be so great and all they do is tell me to sit and wait patiently. I have missed going on 2 days of trading opportunities because TPT has not opened my PRO account. If a rule is violated in the test account it is automatically closed. There is no human required to verify that a rule was violated. But when the test is passed then a human is required to verify that the test was passed before a PRO account is opened. Process must be consistent on both ends. TPT keeps saying they have “escalated my case to the manager”. I guess the manager is on vacation. My latest response from TPT today “We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please know that this has already been escalated and is in the queue for review. At this time, we are unable to offer any adjustments. However, we truly understand your concerns and appreciate your patience while we work through this. If there’s anything else we can assist you with, please let us know.” Very frustrating, disappointing, and inconsistent process.

    Tenho 5 contas na takeprofit, ontem no dia 11-02 tomei um stop de -215 dentro do meu gerenciamento e fechei a plataforma, depois eu entro para verificar e vejo que todas as 4 contas tinham o saldo normal como deixei porem uma tinha um saldo de -1k sendo que não tinha ordem nenhuma executada na ninja como na tradovate, filmei minhas contas mostrei a takeprofit e tradovate e ate o momento so estao jogando de um lado para o outro para ninguem resolver ou seja se sua conta for liquidada de forma indevida ja saiba que você vai perder ela.Mesmo mostrando o video confirmando que todas as contas só tinham 2 entradas, que não entrei a mais eles se recusam a resolver a situação.

    Excellent support from Racquel – I was having trouble for hours trying to login using motivewave – she was able to replicate issue on her end and login to test connections etc using my credentials – and figure out that my motivewave installation was the issue. reinstalled and the problem was resovled!!

    Support has helped my so many times with so many issues. Problem with activation fee – solved in 10 min. Problem with rebilling -solved in 10 mins and most of all, I always get my response within 5-10 mins at. most. Highly recommended and going to stick with TPT!

    Meilleur expérience de propfirm 2025. Le site est bien , ils payent rapidement, depuis la suppression du Daily loss les conditions sont honnête , il faudrait juste changer le trailing dd en EOD sur les étapes 2 et 3 et c est bon. On est vachement bien chez TPT , merci

    If I could go less than one star I would. I opened a trade and the position never went past -$240 and as it was coming into profit I got a message saying my account has hit maximum drawdown when clearly it was not even close. I messaged support and all they say is that we have explained enough and won’t look any further into this. The market did not move enough for it to go -$1800 with the position I had open. This just seems strange as I was $15 off of passing the account today and the trade would have in-fact passed my account. It had been great up u till this moment and support are not helpful at all. It’s almost like they don’t want you to pass and get a payout so they have this in place for some people. I have read more reviews and some have the same issue.I am more than happy to update this review if this is resolved and actually taken care of but for now I would go to another firm as this seems like it’s a scam

    Things have been great but a few things need to be improved:1. After hour customer support chat wait time is a bit long , average 1-2 hours to get a response 2. If any of the issues is assigned to a manager , then the wait time gets even longer ,usually 1-2 business days.Other than those, I’m pretty happy and impressed by this prop firm , payouts are very fast and straightforward. People who are complaining about the rules might need to work on their risk management. Trading is all about consistency, and these rules definitely can make you a better trader eventually

    I started using Take Profit after researching different firms. What drew me to them was quick withdraws. I was concerned they didn’t have a discord but after seeing they have a full customer support team on chat I was sold. Every time and I mean every time I messaged them it was a quick response with a live person and they were always helpful even when I was frustrated. This is the best firm to trade with hands down and I’ve been with them all. They really want you to take profit. I wish I would have found them earlier but now there is no going back for me. I’m a customer for life. Love this group. If you are on the fence, try them out I promise you wont be disappointed.

    My experience with customer service in the last 2 weeks has been terrible. The response time is so bad I have had to leave the chat box due no one responding to a support request. Also, it would help if there chat window was detachable/movable. This would alleviate the frustration of feeling held hostage until someone responds.
