I used TopStep prior, in 10 months only with TopStep I was only able to take 1 payout due to their difficult payout structure. With this company, I’ve taken 2 payouts in past month. So excited to have found them and will continue to trade with them exclusively. It’s basically like having your own cash account. Great company, great customer service, and THE BEST payout structure in the business.

    I am impressed with the help desk’s speed and professionalism.I had picked the wrong system CQG and at 11 PM EST asked the support if it’s possible to switch to Rithmic. The support was not able to switch back the system but I am pleased with the response and speed they provided late evening.

    First off my mind is blown. I love the way you pay for the challenge and they have the username and password set up for you on the platform. I bought my challenge and sat on it for a week cause I just don’t like signing up and signing up but it was all automated. I’m currently in my second week of a 25k evaluation. Customer service is great. I believe I’ll pass the challenge and become one of their best clients. God bless TPT! I highly recommend.

    I spoke with Klein on Monday morning after signing up on Friday about my rushed effort in signing up for the firm with an old discount code zerojayday and wanted to switch it with the new updated promo offer there running for no fees ever and fortunately he promptly responded to my concerns and said that the new promo is applied to all old discount codes for the customers convenience. Man I gotta say these guys are the best by far the most timely support when you need it and I would recommend these guys to any and every one!

    These companies are in to make a buck off of and along traders, some of them out there make it easier to reach our ultimate goal of generating income and this is one of them. From their nice and easy to use interface to the payouts every day at any time and no scaling rule, these are overall good qualities I appreciate. Yesterday I had an instance where I set up a personal daily loss limit within Tradovate that ultimately triggered and the account was erroneously deactivated. Spoke with Polina who investigated and escalated the situation and made things right and fair for me. I give TPT my vote of trust that they aren’t “sketchy scammers” as some would say. I recommend!

    I thought they had a good program and their prices were quite cheaper than most other prop firms out there with their zero activation fees promo. I had a months-long good experience with the evaluation and funding process. I lost the funded account so never got to payout. No reviews from me on the payout process front and I will never do, I guess (reason below). I think they’re a good firm but…We had a bit of a falling out on the administrative side of things when I politely requested an update of email address. Their TOS allows customers some control over their personal data but it also says a person can only be assigned to one email address. I had been hoping for some consideration but they actually threw the book at me and told me they could delete my email but I will not be allowed to sign up with them anymore. I agreed to it as I was in the middle of taking steps to mitigate some potential risks involving actual attempts to steal my identity. All other prop firms I asked allowed me to update my contact info except Take Profit Trader. I would rate them at 2.5 stars overall but they don’t come in 0.5 increments so I rounded down.Update: Downgraded to 1-star. After telling me they have deleted my email, I still received notification emails from them, and even after clicking the unsubscribe link in their emails. I raised it with their support and got a really odd suggestion: “Dear *****,Please kindly send the emails to spam folders or unsubscribe from emails. Best regards,The Profit Team”Fine by me.

    I have been with other prop firms. This by far is the best. Their customer service is outstanding. You can engage in a chat with live support and get your answers immediately. No need for tickets that go in a queue just because you inquire again after a few days, no not Take Profit. I have 6 accounts with them and will be with them throughout my trading career. This is the real deal and I have cancelled my accounts with the other 80% off all the time then hit you with a ton of rules, then deny your payout company. Take Profit Trader is the way to go!

    I subscribed on the 13th Jul and now its 19th and no login credentials. So i unsub and asked for a refund. I have left them 4 messages and no replies. It seems like Takeprofit is oiut to lunch. No customer service and takes your money and does not give you your account. Just radio silence. Caveat emptor !!!!!!

    It’s fine, until Tradovate froze. I was trying to close my trade before news but Tradovate was unresponsive. TPT tells you to contact Tradovate and Tradovate tells you to contact TPT leaving you pretty helpless. Other prop firms will reset your acct. NOT TPT — they said I traded through news and gave me a hard breach. Too many other prop firms to choose.

    It is true that TPT wont reset your accounts if you blew them for whatever the reasons are, but their CS is great, Bot connect me to an agent within a minute, and Chris is so nice and helpful. Paying is so fast. If TPT reset blown accounts because of Rithmic’ s issue it’d be great i think.

I passed a 50k challenge but I blew a pro account in 1 day lol gonna go again more humble this time…… but the whole experience has been smooth! I have yet to get a pay out from them. During on of their promos, at checkout the discount wasn’t applied. I reached out to customer service and someone replied and corrected the situation in less than 2 hours. Phenomenal!     Take Profit Trader is one of the best prop firms in my opinion in all aspects especially customer support. Their customer support staff has been very quick in addressing any situation I have come across. The negative reviews I come across usually reflect on the rules of the prop firm but honestly these rules are put in place for a reason and are very fair. Take Profit Trader actually wants you to make money. Once youre funded you can reset your funded account up to three times, you can get paid out any day of the week, you have a clear path to a live account, everything lines up. The cost compared to other firms is definitely worth it given the benefits that Take Profit has to offer. I feel like more traders would be using take profit trader if other firms didn’t offer really cheap evaluations and one day to pass. In my opinion, those deals create bad habits as a new trader, especially if you haven’t found your edge and can’t manage your risk. In the day and age where every other firm offers one day to pass, I know Take Profit Trader’s 5 day to pass evaluation may not seem that enticing but the timeline from evaluation to payout is much shorter than firms offering one day to pass. If you are looking for a prop firm to start out with or to switch to, I recommend Take Profit, genuinely.
