    Best firm, takes a bit long passing evals with 5 trading days needed but once you are above buffer, the requests are approved within hours and payout instantly hits account after approval. This is the closest thing I can say to trading a personal account.

    I’m having great experience with you guys. Great customer service. To make TPT perfect you should do 2 things:1. On pro and in any kind of account take of the inra daily loss limit and change it to EOD. I see it as not honest. 2. If you take the consistency roul from pro and pro + and declare you want your traders to earn as much as they can so take of the ceiling of 10k profit. You are also not declaring it any where until you get a contract, this is not honest too.

    I have been trading with TPT for over a year now. I have had some success as well as many failures. I’ve never complained about anything with them, I’ve thought they were the next most reputable after TopStep. Yesterday 02/05/2025 there were Rithmic issues that were experienced for US traders across various sim-trading services. Unrelated to yesterday, today I was in a trade where my stop was ignored by the Rithmic service. Furthermore the “pull working orders” did not actually flatten my trade until my loss limit for the account was touched. Slippage is understandable, but not a stuck order that conveniently closed at the loss limit. This is a complete failure of the service. I brought this up to customer service and he stated they are not aware of any issues and that the issue was my connection. Furthermore I should reach out to Rithmic to have them help me with this. So since I know my connection was fine and that there were issues the day prior I asked about it – he said there were no issues yesterday either (false). Those of us who trade with these companies know that Rithmic does not assist us in anyway, and the company we pay is the one who pays Rithmic for their service. Just so new traders are informed. It’s a gray area and you will be written off by both TakeProfitTrader and Rithmic. Knowing I had an issue today, which was due to Rithmic and not anyones fault which caused my account to blow is obviously upsetting.. More upsetting is being told there were no issues at all even yesterday which folks who trade various Rithmic based firms experienced because they did in fact have issues with the Chicago feeds yesterday morning. Enough proof for me to know I am being lied to and disregarded. Your experience may vary.Take the time to read others reviews, especially the negative ones under 4 stars and take note of the response from the company.

    Absolutely the best prop firm I’ve used and I’ve used ALOT. apex, ftt, tradeify, tick tick, you name it. Love the flexibility of daily payouts with no caps. And the customer service is same day, same hour unlike all other. Easy rules. No denied payouts.

    One of the reasons why I chose Take Profit Trader is because they offer 24 hr customer service, which is not common amongst prop firms. I’ve contacted them on multiple occasions and have never had to wait more than a minute to chat with a live person. Their agents are very well informed and pleasant to interact with. In particular, Angel has assisted me on multiple occasions. Patiently and thoroughly answering my multitude of questions. Aside from the game-changing payout policy, I’m thoroughly impressed with Take Profit Trader.

    I reached out to support at 1:00 am CST to get information regarding resets that I had purchased. Klein responded to my query and within the space of 15 minutes, he sent me the link to a PDF file that I could download with all of the information I had requested. Now that is customer service!!

    The best prop firm hands down!!! Fastest payout system ever. I had an issue transferring money to my account. Takeprofit team work on it and refunded the money and got it sent to my account the same day.

    I passed my evaluation test around 5 days ago. They changed my dashboard to show the “passed test” and even added the “PRO” tab to my dashboard. Still haven’t received a contract or anything about the passing of my test. I contact the support that’s supposed to be so great and all they do is tell me to sit and wait patiently. I have missed a whole week of trading because they won’t fix my account. Keep saying they have “escalated my case to the manager” I guess he is on vacation. To top it all off I have been sending emails and trying to talk to the support chat and now it’s not even responding back anymore. Very frustrating process.

    I signed up for two TPT accounts and realized that one was charged at full price and the other half off. I had a discount code but an error on my end occurred where it worked for one and not the other.     my first time buying a challenge, I just paid the amount and the account came without credentials, they told me that at ht end of the month they do refunds! but they don’t refund the full amount!!! AND IF YOU TRY TO ASK FOR HELP AT THE CONTACT CENTER, THEY LEAVE YOU HANGING WITH NOI ANSWERS!!! I LOST 100 DOLLARS SO YOU DONT HAVE TO!!!IM REPORTING TO BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU!!

    really good company all around. Fast support, kind and polite except one guy I complained already for rushing tickets, not listening and simply ignoring but I think the company quickly handled him. Rest of the team are very attentive and solution oriented and super duper fast with replies. wait time is seconds not hours. They good with payouts. fast. I particulatly love Rhayan support specialist. I thought he was an AI or something. He is super fast. I wish that their pro account resets were a lot more reasonable price like some of the other funded companies offer low pro account resets that makes it easy to start over rather than taking the evaluation or test phase again. I would not mind paying a reasonable price for pro account reset. currently too high. But great company. Always enjoy trading their accounts. I am hoping they will increase the account size from five to ten in the near future for pro phase. I would entirely switch to TPT from all the other prop firms and exclusively trade with them. I recommend them to everyone.

    Well, I just bought my 1st test account with Takeprofittrader and I had a confusing process in getting setup with my ninjatrader account I was getting hasty and frustrated with the log in but when I contacted TPT Support, a young lady named Susie soon responded and eager to walk me through the setup process. In spite of my frustrations, Ms Susie was very poised and calm and very diligent in making sure she was going to accomplish her goal in getting me setup.I’m comming from using Apex so the setup is slightly different but then when i decided to call it quitsI changed my connection on the ninjatrader control panel from “my rithmic ninjatrader brokerage” to “my ninjatrader” and entered my credentials and immediately was logged on.     My opinion about take profit, I am currently on the PRO account, I recommend it, very high commissions, to give you an idea I was making a profit of $400 when I closed the position, they are with $300 for each trade and they take a fee from me, I consider it quite high, then the challenge is quite expensive compared to other prop firm, $85 I bought in the promotion, plus $130 for activation, challenge with many rules, MY OPINION, TOPSTEP IS BETTER

    This company disabled 3 of my 150k accounts that I had done a reset for two days prior. There’s really no explanation for this. I did not hit my overall drawdown nor did I break any rules. I’ve spent a lot money in buying accounts from this company to know this is what they’ll do to you in the end is a lesson learned. Got with a different company and do not trust them
