    Customer service is good. I had an issue with my account and a few support agents had to get involved, Luis F, helped to resolve the issue and to bring my account to the correct position. This error cost me a full trading day but I am still trading the test and hoping to have a payout soon.

    So apparently this is just something that can happen and it’s out of their control. But immediately after paying the $180 for $150,000 trading account, my account was pending and for an awfully long period of time. And after a bunch of discussions with customer service who just couldn’t seem to understand the situation, we finally came to the understanding that there was an error during the creation of my account after paying for it. So I had to cancel the order and make another order which isn’t going to happen after discussing further and finding out that the same thing could happen again. So on top of the whole thing not working and being a fiasco, now I have to wait 5 to 10 days to get my money back to now join another prop firm. So thank you very much to take profit trader for taking my money and keeping me from making a profit for the next five to 10 days.i have sucesfully received an account on my second try, if things go well from here i will finish off the review with my honest experince and adjust my rating

    TakeProfitTrader.com Is a Scam. Traders be warned. I see many people who been paid to write reviews how good Take Profit Trader is but the TakeProfitTrader is a scam because they scammed. Wanted to buy a 50,000 account but could not go through, check my bank account next day and noticed take profit trader had withdrawn $170. and $649.00 for a pro account reset.woke up the next day and the 649.00 account was disable and there was no money refunded to my bank account. Reached out to take profit trader and they said I had left a position open which violate a rule Which is a lie and needed to reset my Pro account for another $649.00.. Also, remember, they claim they liquidate any position that’s open at the end of the trading day. I never left any position open and even if one forgets. they still liquidate those position anyway. So they just stole my money because they can. What a shame Take profit trader. People work hard for their money. I have file a claim. If you reading this warn others. TakeProfitTrader.com is a scam. Take Profit trader should be investigated to protect traders and consumers.

    TAKE PROFIT TRADER is the best prop firm by far!!!I have been trading with all the leading futures prop firms and received payouts but no one matches with TAKE PROFIT TRADER!!!Not only the best customer service that answers any question I have in 5 minutes through the chat (and I had many questions for them:)) but also great quick payments.Yesterday was my first day trading in the pro account and today I received my first payout to my paypal account.my pro+ account is being set up in the next few days and I can’t wait to make some profit with my new partners.I can’t thank TAKE PROFIT enough for the great experience I am having with them.Highly recommended to try them.

    I decided to try takeprofit after years with Apex and TopStep. On my VERY FIRST trade (after waiting 3 days to use my account to close other accounts), I opened my first trade at 2pm. Had to go to a job meeting, left my position open as EVERY other prop firm liquidates my position at close and never saw anything about YOU personally need to close your position. So now, I am being told that after spending the money to open this account and even though it was literally my first and only trade, my account will be closed and have to pay another $100. Unreal. Terrible customer service. Should have stayed with Apex and TopStep. My whole discord now knows to stay away as well. They should rename their company to “Take Payments” lolJust to followup, after this rule was “violated”, they never closed my account so I continued to trade all last night, and all of today. And now, 30 hours later, since my account was now in the green, they deactivated my account. Something fishy here.
