    The Support team were very helpful. My first experience with takeprofit has been nothing but joy. I hope other prop firms can learn from them. I had a data issue that was delayed due to some issues. the support team did very well by helping with a reset. Most other prop firms are insensitive and wont help. The support guy luis resolved by issues.

    I couldn’t ask for a better experience as I am learning to become a consistent trader. They have always been very quick with responses and clear with answers. The platform is minimalistic in style so I can see everything clearly to navigate throughout the page. Now I just need to become profitable.

    Im replaying to your replay here because no other way ,I told you that my electricity went down for one minute , im my acount was 51491 usd , i entered position and i now my entry – you closed and deleted my account for 30 second slippage 49969 and you didn’t wait for candle to close and guess what the price went high to my target ..i sent the photo to your great costumer service no doubt about them they are professional and good in their job.Its a mistake in your system , when I had profit and I could withdraw for 3 days I wrote you by email and to costumer service that my dashboard not updating , what was your replay sorry our team working on it , my replay ok and I traded didt wait and lost the account but didnt blame you for not updating my dashboard , how many time you charged my card by mistake and you refunded back and you always say sorry a mistake in the system , and I accept that , I renew the pro account for 649 usd and you didnt give a chance to the candle to close and deleted my account so i cant argue with you ??come on man ??? I didnt ask you bity or good will that is the least what you can do for loyal costumer who is been patient for the mistakes been done by your side .Im trying my best to be polite and ask your costumer service but in the end of the day for small slippage and candle didnt close !1!you deleted my account .. a good will must be from your side for all mistakes been done in my accounts and credit card .. when i but account from you its cost me 40OMR AND WHEN YOU MAKE THE REFUND I RCEIVE 36 OMR…I CAN ARGUE ALOT HERE WITH YOU , BUT FIX YOUR SYSTEM AND PUT HISTORY IN DASHBOARD AND PHOTOS FOR EACH ACCOUNT BEEN DELETED SO PEOPLE CAN KNOW HERE IS THE MISTAKE …HERE ONLY WE HAVE YOUR WORD AND SORRY I dont take it.     This is the second time I’ve purchased an evaluation from Take Profit Trader. The first time, the account executions and data worked well, as expected. This time there was a problem with the data that caused it to be 10 minutes old when synced with Ninja Trader and Tradovate. Gustavo Fernandez of the Take Profit Team promptly resolved my concerns by fixing the data issue and assisting me with canceling my evaluation with a full refund. Equally as important, he enabled me to purchase the evaluation again with the same promotion, even though the deal had expired. This is the definition of polite, professional and prompt customer service. I have no problem recommending Take Profit Trader to anyone who wants competent support from their chosen prop firm!

    I have been trading TPT for nearly 9 months now. I have tried almost every big prop firm out there and it’s very simple. NO ONE beats TPT on (1) Payout Policy (3) Funded Account Rules Flexibility(2) Customer Service, simply great people that treat you with kindnessI pray every day that TPT continues to do well and stays a strong Prop Firm, because it’s the best out there.     I had a disappointing experience with this prop trading firm, similar to Apex. Their rules are designed to lure traders in but make it extremely difficult to succeed and withdraw profits. The fine print contains hidden conditions that ultimately work against traders, and their risk management policies seem unfairly strict.Customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful when issues arise, often giving generic responses instead of real solutions. Payouts are a hassle, with multiple hoops to jump through, and they seem to find reasons to deny or delay withdrawals. It feels like they prioritize their own profits over actually supporting traders.I would not recommend this firm to serious traders looking for a fair and transparent trading environment. There are better options out there with clearer rules and more reliable support. Stay away!

    My favorite prop firm out there! Started using them quite a while back. There have always been a couple of changes that needed to be made in my opinion. They made both changes: 1. increased to 5 max accts (which I would love if they increased again…hint hint) and 2. get rid of the DAILY LOSS LIMIT (DLL) which they just did. The Customer Service is exceptional! You’re always gonna have some issues here and there and Take Profit Trader has rectified my issues in my favor. Can’t ask more than that!!! Best prop out there!

    They have decent deals but their customer service is horrible. I purchased a 50k challenge and was charged again the following day. I contacted customer support with screenshots from my bank showing the very clear double charge. The support guy then points out the date of the previous purchase as if to “catch me in some scandal” not noticing the identical charge below it for that present day. Once realized my message thread went to complete automation and Im left in the dark, no response. They literally went into my account, stole funds and ghosted.

    Steer Clear!My pro account was permanently disabled after a mishap with one of the ”trading rules” that is not outlined to cause a hard breach.I had 1 micro contract placed that was activated during a news event while I was away from the trading desk (no intention of catching a news swing). As a result of having a trade opened during news, my whole account was liquidated (I was in over 2% profit, no breach of maximum or daily loss) WITHOUT explanation.I have had to reach out to the support team COUNTLESS times to get a response, only to have to wait 3-4 days to be told what I already suspected. I have clarified the situation earlier in my emails.TPT does not make it clear that trading a news event, or having a position open PRIOR to the event (without intention of just catching the news swing), is a HARD breach of the account.They Only make it clear when it suits them.Terrible experience.DISHONEST business.I will be reporting them to my bank to claim full compensation.Please don’t deal with this company, there are far better alternatives out there 🙂
