    I’ve only used 3 prop firms. Apex, top step and take profit. Apex sucks, topstep has topstepx which is awesome but take profit actually allows you to learn. Edit: I’m going back to topstep because take profit trader is no longer no fee forever. Even though they were promoting no fee “forever”

    Several days again I signed up but never got login credentials and the support person said to cancel the account and they would issue a refund. Waiting to see if that happens.I have been trying to use the CC link to purchase an account without success. This time I used the NOFEE40 code and used the PayPal link, however the Code didn’t apply.. I reached out and Ryan V assisted me with getting a refund. (Waiting to see if that happens.) I was able to purchase another account just minutes later and the NOFEE40 Code worked. Seems there are some issues with the web site which support si able to work out for me.

    I’ve been trading with TPT for about 10 months now. They just might be worse than Apex. Account continuously gets erroneously liquidated. Most recently, it closed an account of mine that was only $-300, and this was an open trade on a brand new account. They then removed this account from my lists of Pro Accounts, as if I never had it. Your best bet is to leave this company in 2024 and go to TopStep.

    I made a purchase with Take Profit but selected the incorrect account. They were able to refund me my money so that I may purchase the correct item. Their customer service was helpful, patient and understanding.

    I originally wrote a bad review due to a trailing drawdown issue but after further review I realized there was a lag in the software update to tell me I breached it. It let me trade still and I assumed it was an error on their end. I freaked out on customer service but after realizing my mistake I apologized and wanted to write this. This seems like a really good company and I look forward to continuing. Thanks. Matheus was a good help.

    Overall the support staff are good+ (and improving) but certain Support members are better than others. Polina is very good. ** Lucas ** is exceptional!Even with the occasional Delays, this Support team beats Apex and TopStep. No more waiting for emails for simple issues. I love the One day of profits and get paid part too… After your paperwork is done, (that could be more efficient), You can take your profits on the next day. That beats the competition that I have worked with as well. It would be better if there weren’t two Trailing Threshold challenges to get to PRO+.I guess nothing is perfect. 🙂

    Karina of TPT was amazing. I have numerous questions about the Test and PRO accounts and she was able to answer each clearly. This is also just not one time or one day, it was several days of asking. Customer service was superb!!! Kudos for TPT for hiring such talents. 2 thumbs up for Karina.

    One of the most reliable prop firms out there. Clear rules and fast payouts.I was able to bring my balance above the buffer after 3 trading days. I requested a payout for the amount above the buffer. My payout request was promptly approved and the money added to my bank account the same day. The payout included a refund of my test account subscription fee. I’m very happy with this reliable service.

    I’ve dealt with several prop firms none of them are as janky as this one. Since when do they just liquidate your account for a made up holiday. I’ve never seen any prop firm just make up rules like this. Run far away from these guys. They claiming that today is a holiday and I have an account with another prop firm and I’m trading without issue.

    Today, I experienced a peculiar problem after resetting my test. The payment went through but the test completely vanished from my dashboard. Customer service rep “Susie was able to get it semi resolved, by resetting a test but the subscription was wrong, she escalated it upward and said it would be resolved. I can continue using the test, so for now I am happy

    I never got to payout stage yet but over all experience is very positive. Customer support response time is quite fast and easy to communicate even with language barrier they where able to explain to my questions. All the rules good except live trailing limit is little small. it will be good for swing traders for having little room for market pullbacks. after 20 evals i pass 50k acc. but i blew it with 3 minis. Still trying to control emotions and dont get revenge trading…

    I am very disapointed with TPT i have been using there platform for over 2 years and pretty good up to this point. Every since I started using tradvate as my data. there has been issues. I have given video recordings of my pro account losing money. tpt says i have to speak with tradavate, tradvate says i have to speak i with tpt. This is crazy. because of this issue I lost my pro account, with evidence of the platform malfunction. now today i couldnt close my trades and lost my eval. showed the logs to Customer care and nothing. Not sure whats going on with TPT but, this is not like them. I have spent to much money on accounts for this treatmentOn the other hand the customer service has been and still amazing. I hope this issue with tradvate is resolved and my accounts are restored. So 5 star for customer service

    The website is incredibly slow and laggy, which is frustrating enough, but on top of that, they take over half a day just to process your payment and set up your account. And let’s not even get started on their ridiculous daily loss limit—it’s absolutely absurd. For example, on a $25K account, they enforce a $500 trailing daily loss limit. Yes, you read that right: if your open trade loss hits $500, you lose the account. It’s a complete joke. It’s clear they’re more interested in collecting reset fees than actually supporting their traders.

    My experience through the 50K Challenge was great. Upon reaching the Profit Target without breaching any trading rule, I was upgraded to a PRO Account. This process did take close to 36 hour. However, the support team was very helpful and promptly helped me in this journey of getting my PRO ACCOUNT activated. I now look forward to experiencing actual payments in the weeks to come, to see if Take Profit does pay its PRO traders on a timely and efficient manner. It has been value for money as my Challenge will cost me USD102 as I failed the first attempt and passed in the second one. My second attempt will be free of cost once I reach the payment threshold. So far 5☆ for Take Profit Trader. Will update this review after I get my first payment with a refund of my test fee.

    Customer Service is great at TPTCustomer service at TPT is fantastic. Kevin took the time to explain things to me, and even when I was mad, Kevin remained calm and talked me through everything. I first wanted to be at liberty to trade anyhow, but I have realized that “Liberty” in Trading is knowledge and discipline to follow a specific plan. Thanks TPT, Thanks Kevin.
