    This company is a scam, my card was charged even dough I cancelled the subscription ahead of time and they still charges twice and they would not refund me. Their costumer support is terrible and there is no ph number and they respond to emails whenever they feel like. Please stay away from this scammers, save your money don’t waste your time, one way or the other they will scam you and take your money guaranteed

    They will charge you for subscription renewal, and when you want to cancel the subscription they will say they will reset it for free (which is obvious, otherwise why do you pay for?). but they WILL charge you the regular renewal fee. using this trick they manage to confuse many users to pay for the subscription renewal at least one more time.

    Customer service is full of wonderful agents but the K-Base needs some serious work. Information is either missing or incorrect and it is not a great self-service tool as of right now. I should be able to have all of my questions accurately answered in the FAQ, but I often have to chat with customer service which can be a headache if they also only have a canned response that doesn’t answer my question, or is contradictory to the K-Base (For example, K-Base says accounts update at 8pm ET, agents say they update at 12am ET. Regardless, the accounts didn’t update until 12 hours later – if it’s a manual process and not automatic, I would love that clarity). I would appreciate if they would clarify all the rules and the process and timing of switching from a test to a PRO account and note if I should anticipate delays along the way, and approximately how much delay.

    I like the real-time payment. I got my payout instantly. It is a bit hard to get to the starting balance with the trailing drawdown but once you get to the starting balance, you don’t have to worry about it anymore. Also, the key is to trade small, keep the size small and have a longer term approach. Trading by itself is hard don’t make it harder. The only person that can stop your progess is you.

    Their support does not provide you correct information, they will give you false information so you fail account. I lost my pro account because of their support’s wrong information. If you have a doubt with any of their rules don’t ask support just deal with it.

    TPT is a trustworthy company with clear rules, good support and reliable payouts. The only thing that bothers me about TPT is the static daily loss limit in funded accounts (accounts are liquidated when exceeded). But traders still obtain a 50% payout of account balances above the minimum if an account gets blown. This is extraordinary!

    I’ve used a few funded firms now and I always expect a sort of “gotchya” moment with these firms. Glad to say I haven’t had one with TPT after almost 2 months of using their platform. Once funded, received my pro account within 48 hours. They offer 3 resets once funded and the account is blown (for a decent fee amount). Support was quick and their options of platforms to use are good. Clearly professional traders who want the best working for them. Happily will buy more challenges with them.

    TPT is one of the top futures prop firms for a reason. No issues with setup and no crazy rule changes midway into the evaluation like a lot of these other fly by night prop firms. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the intraday drawdown once switched over to the pro account.

    I have a Tradovate account still pending. It has been 15 hours pending. The chat bot is useless and the contact me gets no response. I hope this improves. Still no contact so downgrading to 1 *Upgraded to 4* because the issue was fixed it just took awhile. The support could be a little understaffed. I did open the account on a Sunday but the problem was resolved on Tuesday morning but at least it is OK now!
