They’re honest trustworthy and genuinely care for their traders. Customer services is probably the best I have ever experienced with any firm, Vlada in particular went above and beyond to assist me, truly professional and very polite and excels in her professional role. She is a credit to herself and and asset to the company. My experience with Take Profit Trader has been superb and I recommend this company to any futures trader looking to utilise funding options. Superb company superb service.

    Christine was very polite and patient when i asked on how to do my first withdrawal as a Non US citizen. Their rules maybe hard but they will always be Efficient on their Help, Their manager Vlada has even helped on some things that were a random unfortunate situation with my accounts. Yes they are expensive but to do next day withdrawals, we as professional traders should learn to “Give and Take”. God bless them and I hope to have this continuous relationship with this awesome prop firm. #gamechanger

    Constant orange stuck orders, which will bust your account, you can not close the orders, move them, they have a hard daily drawdown rule so this works perfectly to lose your account in one go, there is a youtube video defending the orange stuck orders, yet there is better places to trade for. all profitable or semi profitable trades get orange stuck orders / cant have a back up or kill switch in place. avoid them.always the same thing a youtuber gets paid and people get screwed over. just fund yourself or go with a legit company like tradeday.Feel free to reimburse the accounts I cancelled, you all state and do the same thing year after year, if there the cheapest go elsewhere you get what you paid for. Providing log files so you can blame nt8 platform or my setup when I don’t have the issues with other companies is a joke. I have provided screen shoots of it happening in real time to support. What will the log files provide if you have already dismissed any fault on your side? I’m not wasting my time and hopefully other people don’t waste theirs. All you will end up doing is going on tilt or revenge trading to try and re coup your time effort and money. Just go elsewhere good companies don’t have to under cut the market or have a YouTube video explaining it’s your fault if orange orders get stuck lol technical issues do happen but when you can have a backup it’s less likely to effect you. If you want to gamble your money go to Vegas you will have a better time.

I want to thank Susie and Alemar for helping me with all my questions.. They are both friendly and I appreciate their support. I also want to note that TakeProfit Daily Payout Request is 2nd to none.. No other prop firms offer this. I don’t have to trade 8-10 days to request a payout and I don’t have to follow any consistency rules.. They are the GAME CHANGER! Thank You Profit Trader..

    TakeProfit is the best. Passed my evaluation on Wednesday. Traded two days and got to the buffer zone and made 750 on top on Friday. Sunday night requested a transfer to my wallet. I got confirmation Monday morning that the transfer was completed. Requested a payout to my bank account this same morning and by 11 am the money was in the bank. By far the fastest payout experience. Thank you TakeProfit. Awesome experience. Absolutely love this company and this trading journey.

    I was persuaded by Justin’s enthusiastic support for your funding service to change from my existing Apex account to a TakeProfit Trader account. I have found nothing smooth about my attempt! I have a Rithmic account through Apex and I have a long standing membership with Ninjatrader. My attempt to register with Takeprofit went wrong when I took by default the option to use Tradovate. I followed the instructions and although I successfully copied the provided User name and password for Tradovate it would not paste on the requested application. I was stuck and you were offline. It was recommended that I cancel my subscription and re-apply selecting Rithmic. I did that and the suscription did not include the 40% discount. Oh dear I had mislaid the promo code from Justin. I will try to recover that and continue!!!. All in all….quite frustrating.

    Terrible customer service. The better you do with this company the worse the treat you! Most likely having liquidity issues with payouts. Probably more so than apex. After I made 10k on 3 pro accounts, I was “automatically transferred to the pro+ account” they locked my pro accounts and disabled withdrawals! Very suspicious. It has now been a week and the customer service responds once per 48 hours if you are lucky. Don’t trust these guys they are most likely broke

    Bought 3 150K accounts and one account didn’t get the NOFEE40 promo attached so I kindly asked them to refund me the difference. In the meantime I started trading on the 3 accounts and was up $2,800 on each account as I was using the same strategy. After making my next trade, it says on the refund account that my account had been revoked. After trading the exact same and never falling below $150k on any of the accounts I thought this had to be an error. I got refunded the difference and now they say my account hit the $3,300 daily drawdown and on my account page it says I hit $146,545 when I was up $2,800 on my first day of trading the account. TPT says I have to pay the $100 reset fee to continue trading AND cannot give me any details on the trades that were taken. They delete the accounts off tradovate website so you aren’t able to track the exact trades but I KNOW FOR A FACT that I did not hit the $3,300 daily drawdown. They are not responding to my emails or question in regards to this issue and I am asking for it to be escalated to management. Not sure if there was a glitch or an error during the refund phase but this issue needs to be resolved to gain the star ratings back. ThanksReply to TPT: check your email inbox for my email address. It starts with my first name. Check my emails and quit try to blame the brokers. I should now have 3 funded accounts instead of the 2. Make this right and own up to your mistakes. If I’m in the wrong I’d own up to mine.

    I keep failing the evaluation because I keep hitting the daily drawdown limit (unlike other prop firms, it is a account blowing limit…). However, their customer service through the chat is very good, and they resolve whatever issue I have very quickly. Thank you Ryan.V this time for taking care of the reset of my account!
